MrGary S arrived this morning on time to introduce himself He was there to correct some problems that arose from the first install, which unfortunately resulted in a few aesthetic problems MrS did not waste anytime in setting up his equipment and began tackling the problem He was efficient, but thorough MrS maintained his professionalism and was very courteous during his time at my homeClearly, he is an asset to Reborn Cabinets I have been very impressed with Reborn Cabinets as they clearly listened to what the issues were with the first install and were diligent in making the corrections right to the standards of the customer I cannot recommend this company enough They clearly strive to make their final product acceptable to customer satisfaction, which is rare in this day and age! Reborn Cabinets is as good as advertised!

The installers were very good and patient throughout the installation processWe had a few issues with the internal sales and production staff that lead to some delays in the expected installation finish date and several return trips to properly complete the jobReborn did work to satisfy us and the final product is very nice

friends 4 reviews 10/31/2016 I should have been skeptical when a profession measure engineer did not show up and Mike the consultant took the measurements and that was it. Of course they SAY a professional engineer will be out to check but as I later found out that is only with BIGGER jobs. ( I guess over 8 grand is too small for them). I must have missed that hidden gem. With the miss measurement the toilet is inches from the shower door on one side. Tough fit!! Promises of things that they don't have is another. How can Mike let us see shower doors that one manager says they haven't had for a long time and another manager says they NEVER have had it.?? go figure, but it was free.(nothing is ever free). Missing a compartment in the shower wall another "oh well". NON Communication seems to be their norm except when I withheld finance from. Would I use them again or recommend them.. I think NOT!!

Reborn Cabinets did an absolutely beautiful job on my kitchen cabinets I had the uppers replaced and the lowers refaced with MDF white shaker Gregory B and Ryan worked for five days in the kitchen They are perfectionists! They were very neat and polite They cleaned up everything after each day of work They were careful and we're always willing to answer my questions I must say they were patient I am a person who looks for something wrong, and there is nothing wrong What a great team One instance is when I pointed out one corner that needed caulking Everything was put away and Gregory didn't hesitate to take materials out again and he spent minutes getting the corner perfect! I would definitely recommend Reborn Cabinets You get what you pay for! A few years back, I had my shower done and it is beautiful!

Originally I had a rocky start with Reborn I expressed my issues with one of the installers and he immediately sent [redacted] over [redacted] addressed my concerns/complaints, apologized and took every measure to make it right She also explained that my previous experience was not what Reborn is about and did not meet their standards She made sure that the job was done right with courtesy and made sure I was happy Consequently I have changed my opinion and while it is pricy she made sure I received the standards I paid for

Reborn Cabinets recently installed a new shower in our home. They met with us and explained what they had to offer and the products we could choose from. It only took three days from start to finish and the instillation was done well and our home was kept clean and respected. I would highly recommend the company to friends and family.
