Not an email that just has my name and a totalAnd yes, I am concerned about the legitimacy of the company and for the rep to respond with "we are a licensed Illinois collection agency" proves nothingThe Halsted Facebook page as well as the Halsted website both seem very fake they are also nonexistent on LinkedInOther collection agencies at least have working websites and have news and updates on their Facebook pagesHalsted has posted hundreds of quotes with no postings about the actual company on their FB pageIt seems too scary and with all the scams that go on, you can surely see my concern Thank you
