order after the 30 minute grace period has expired, and it caused the resolution of this issue to be delayed without adequate communication to the customer regarding the issue.   We are sincerely sorry for the inconvenience this has caused and for the delay in resolution. We ultimately issued a manual refund for the full value of the order: $176.43. The consumer was left a detailed message explaining what was done, and she was advised to disregard any shipping confirmation e-mail she might receive, as the order is not actually shipping and a refund was issued. A direct contact number for our [redacted] team was left, and this information was provided via phone.   We greatly appreciate the feedback and will escalate the information to the appropriate department for further review, as we are always looking for ways to improve the online shopping experience for our customers.
