Everyone is very professional and courteous. From sales and installation to checking back with us to make sure everything was done well, no complaints here. We called them because of the work they had done previously.

One 800 Hansons was a great company to deal with. Everything was well explained and they’re free estimate/virtual meeting. I’ll products arrived on property hassle free. Worker showed up on time we are hard-working and practice good housekeeping. Great company to deal with I will be working with them in the future

Very pleasant experience with our Hanson’s siding and gutter project. Great job, our house looks wonderful! Staff was very courteous, followed up with any questions or concerns. Office kept in touch with us during whole project to address any concerns. Would refer friends and family to Hanson’s. Salesman also called during project to see how things were going and if we were satisfied.

This company installed insulation in my attic and as a result of them not adding more soffit vents mold developed in the ceiling of my attic which cost me more money than the insulation originally cost.

Scheduling was off the mark. Overall the windows are great!

READ ALL THE REVIEWS FIRST! HORRIBLE AFTER SERVICE!! WILL NOT USE AGAIN FOR REST OF OUR WINDOWS. This is the second problem we've had with their windows in two years. The first time it took almost three weeks after the initial contact to have our window fixed. I had opened a crank out window for the 2nd time in 2 yrs and now, it wouldn't close! I contacted Hanson's again on 7/26 and left a voicemail but the message said someone would contact us in 24 hrs. No response after 48 hrs. Called again and on 7/29 received an email that stated, "Thank you for submitting your service request. A member of our team will be contacting you within one business day to get more details and review options to resolve the issue..." Here it is 2 1/2 weeks later and NOTHING! We repaired on our own and will not deal with them ever again.

New patio slider installed mid July, have 3 dirt specks inside the glass that we can live with but should not be their. The lock works but is not right. They came out to inspect and said they will be replacing the lock and if we wanted they would fix the specs inn the thermo glass. On a scale of 1-10 I give them a 8.5 We plan to hire them again for other windows later. All in all a good company with good workers.

Great roofing crew they kept me informed and did a great job

Two windows were damaged during installation and another has a significant leak that I got to learn about during a storm. After realizing the leaking window also had no caulk applied, I noticed the caulk applied to the other windows was the wrong color and another window had two pieces of casing put overlapping rather than one continuous piece.

One of the windows was measured incorrectly so they had to modify my house in order to make the window fit.

Two months later and the problem still hasn't been fixed and none of my messages/emails have been returned.

I waited on hold for ten minutes before I got someone who I could barely understand (and who could barely understand me) because she wouldn't turn off her fan, which was apparently blowing across a speaker phone. She put me on hold for an additional 40 minutes before forwarding me to some random extension to leave yet another message that will likely never be returned.

So... damaged windows (still not fixed), shoddy work, and non-responsive/unprofessional customer service.

Hansons did a outstanding job on my roof. The workers were very professional. I will differently have them do more work for me. If you need a company that does great work.Give them a call.

The beginning was rough. There were numerous calls about which window was marked A and was it a box or a half round. They also came out to measure 3 times. Once the windows were produced they called for install. Of course it was the first week of the shutdown due to COVID 19. We were a little nervous but the crew who did the installation was very impressive. They worked hard and were very understanding about the need to wear a mask while inside the house. There were 3 windows that were the wrong size and 1 broken. This was a little frustrating, however they measured again, and once the windows were in came back out and installed them. The new windows are beautiful and house is noticbly cooler. I am happy we made the decision to go with the triple pane. Overall good experience and I recommend 1 800 Hansons.

I had a roof on the house and garage, and new gutters and nine new windows from Hansons. I had three different cruise for each service and I would give them a five star rating for each service in each crew that was here. Everyone was nothing but nice and courteous, they were all clean looking and dressed decent for outside work in regards to the heat and type of work they were doing. Each crew cleaned up the yard as soon as they were done. Tonya, Tom, Ashley and Marilyn were so helpful in answering my phone calls and text messages promptly while the service was being performed, they called during before and after each crew came and went. I have absolutely no Complaints with their service. Thank you Hansons !!

Professional and knowledgeable employees from first contact to installation and follow-up. Well priced as well.

Team that was here worked hard all day and got the job done. Everything looks great and all was cleaned up.

NO Communication, while America has shifted to working from home due to COVID-19, Hansons has done little to solve issues. 25 windows installed in October one had a lock break during install and it still has not been fixed. One has a screen that has never fit from day 1 although they have replaced it twice (they measured them and installed them yet can't make a screen the right size). Ordered vinyl siding to have the project start in February 2020 finishing up in the middle of March. During the process they took down our gutters front and rear of the house and bent them bad enough that they would not go back up. The facia is falling off the house with one piece almost striking my dog as it slid off the roof and speared the yard right next to them. The District Manager stopped by during the install, and when the first piece came off a representative came out to see that the soffits were not aligned and the piece was falling off wrote on his tablet and left. Multiple work orders in no communication and no warranty work completed. Lifetime warranty does little if they never actually do anything about it.

Great work, friendly people and a quality product. happy all around.

I had windows installed in December 2019. Got a bad batch of windows and it took months to have someone come out to look at them. Then COVID -19 hit and that delayed matters. I did not look at the outside of the house of the installed windows not thinking that there would be damage to the trim of multiple windows and more importantly the flashing to brand new roof. Thank goodness my roof has not leaked these past 6 months but needs to be repaired ASAP. I got an estimate to fix the damage to the roof around the window and the the trim on multiple windows for $1,200!!!! This is unacceptable! I cannot believe the poor installation, quality of windows that were put in and worst is the customer service. Reached out to the GM and higher up today....lets see how long it takes them to get back to me! I regret buying my windows from them even if you have to pay a bit more, go with a better, and more reliable company!!!!!

Terrible communication, we had windows installed and they look good, we had new siding installed and it looks terrible, the facia looks like it was bent by hand and the end cuts are anything but straight. The siding is warping like crazy and I'm still waiting to be contacted for warranty work, let's wait and see how that goes. Spent alot of money expecting a decent job but I had a amiture father/son team come out, I can go on and on but will wait to see if Hanson's will stand behind their product.
