So far the install has gone quickly, and every time I have asked a question they have been helpful.

As I sit here, I am so grateful for 1800HANSONS. We live in a Victorian house built in 1893. This summer we worked with 1800HANSONS to replace all of our original windows, as well as our siding and gutters. Tonight we have a blizzard with wind gusts of up to 50 miles per hour and it is QUIET in our house! After 20 years of listening to the windows rattle and wrapping up in quilts to avoid the drafts, it is amazing to have it so quiet and cozy. I had a hard time giving up my original windows, but the 1800HANSONS folks worked very hard to retain the original character and historical detail on our home. They understood how important it was to us. This house has been in my family for a long time. Justin and Jeremiah and Izzy and Jane and all the folks in Michigan as well as the installers were phenomenal to work with. When I called with a question, they would get back to me immediately. The work crews were polite and cleaned up after themselves. They were professional and worked hard, but were a lot of fun to have around. Their attention to detail was much appreciated and they went above and beyond in so many ways. While our siding was installed, my husband left on deployment and I ended up in the hospital. Every day the crew texted my husband and I pictures of the progress at the end of the day. When I got home, JorEl and Dave did thoughtful little things like bring my trash to the curb and get the empty can at the end of the day.
We decided to purchase the Premier siding in Charcoal Smoke, with white trim and we couldn’t be happier. It is a substantial product of high quality and adds not only beauty but insulation to the house. I know how well it performs in the winter and I look forward to seeing the impact on our summer cooling costs. We purchased SmartChoice triple-pane windows in white. I love all the features. Easy to clean the amazing lifetime warranty. 1800HANSONS were great about making any adjustments that were needed. The windows were installed in June, and even before the siding went on, I couldn’t believe how much quieter and cooler the windows kept our living room. We have a very large two-story bay window that has been particularly problematic when it is hot or cold. It was never comfortable to sit there before, but now it is cool when the sun shines and there are no drafts when it is cold.
We are very happy customers and would (and have) recommend 1800HANSONS to anyone.

5 windows I wanted installed and it didn't take that long even with one person doing all the work. Quality of the windows and the install made my day. I plan on going with Hanson's again later down the road

ZERO GOLD STARS***Definitely WILL NOT be recommending Hanson's to ANYONE I know. My husband and I had (2) different orders on (2) different homes, (1) roof at one location and (1) window at our home we reside in. Hanson's crew starts tear off on roof on our home that was to have window installed. They did patch work to fix their mistake. They do roof at correct home, leave a mess, our renters now have a roofing nail in their truck tire. I was constantly getting the run- around when I would call in with my concerns. Project manager STILL has not been out to look at the patchwork on our roof like I was told he would be doing to see if my husband and I were satisfied. Never again will we be dealing with this company!! I highly recommend others to go elsewhere.

Outstanding customer service and the instillation crew was wonderful. They arrived on time and worked from 8 am till dark to complete the job in a timely manner.

The sales mgr Kris Garrison worked through my concerns for repair of prior work and to facilitate garage roofing. I do appreciate eventally the coordination of repair AND new work via sales. Sales must present more detail upon initial presentation to the customer. FNL roofing team was superb in their workmanship!

The work was very very satisfying to my husband and I, clean up was excellent.

Installers of our Windows were courteous, efficient and very competent. The Windows are attractive with the stokes as we ordered and the room is considerably warmer now.
