Wonderful! Quick and efficient very friendly installers done in one day

We could not be more pleased. Everything for us with Hanson's has been first class from the beginning. Our sales person was awesome and explained everything in detail. The follow-up from the support personnel was professional and kept us informed. The time frame we were given was 6-10 weeks and I think we had our door wall installed within that time frame. In fact, we were told January 21 or thereafter for install and the install was last Friday - so several days before the estimated time. And, finally, the installer was awesome. Our first experience with Hanson's was par excellente and we will use Hanson's again as we continue to replace all 21 windows in this house.

As of day of install Jan 16 2020, Installation was done in a timely manner. Installers where on the mark, friendly and professional. Windows look great.

I think Hansons work is great but there customer service stinks it needs to be improved!!!

Started out with the inferior crew I was not satisfied . Hanson's contact and another crew leader to inspect the work, they agreed with me and proceeded to redo the project to perfection thanks to Jay and his crew and the staff working at Hanson's we got a wonderful beautiful house siding.

Great windows at a great price. Courteous and professional installation. I would recommend Hansons to anybody.

We had a terrific experience from the Salesman,to the Scheduler,to the Installers who did a fantastick job!

I had my doubts but I truly have to say every member that we have dealt with have been nothing but amazing from the salesman to the contractors truly professional work we had 6 windows installed and without a doubt quality work. 5 stars

Wrong size windows ordered. Wrong size trim ordered next. Still waiting for job to be finished. Can not get anyone to return calls.

Actually I would not even give them a one!!!! I totally was SCREWED by Hanson's! I had a second order with them (windows went fine, even though they installed one incorrectly but fixed it) The second order was for siding! I have 8 inch siding on 3 sides of my house and my sales guy (Kent) actually took out a piece of 6 inch to show how it would blend, because he could not get the 8 inch. I waited 6 MONTHS for them to come to install (when it state it should be about 6-12 weeks) and when they installed it, IT WAS 4 INCH!!!!!! They gave me some speech about how they would help me out and wanted to make me happy, WHAT AN F ING JOKE!!!! The last call I had with them is that I signed for the 4 inch (even though it doesn't say anything about what size it is ANYWHERE on my paperwork) and that they will not cut me a break on the price --- WHAT A CRAPPY COMPANY -- TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUN --- DO NOT GO TO HANSONS FOR ANYTHING!!!!!!!

Hanson's Window & Siding did a very good job. The crew that installed our windows and clean up of work, did an excellent job. We would highly recommend them.

Work, quality and results for new windows 5 star. Only given 4 star because some difficulty being scheduled when originally told. Otherwise excellent job and would definitely recommend.

This company took over some of the contacts from my understanding from a company that went out of business. called American Exteriors, LLC. This company went out of business and left without notifying any of its customers for warranty concerns. Hansons would not honor anything because they did not take over the contract from Wyoming. This is a large company I'm sure with the money to make issues right but instead, they say well we didn't by all the contracts, therefore, we cant help you. Very sad that instead of wanting to assist customers from a company they took over they turn them away. I'm sure if I resided in Colorado or one of the states they took over there would be no problem.
