Hansons Window & Siding

We decided to use this company to replace an outdated backdoor. We were told several times by our installer that "we could take a hammer to the sliding glass door and they would fix it free of charge." His exact words. we paid off the door in lass than 3 years. Well we had a house fire in September, less than 3 years from our purchase date. The firemen had to take an ax to it to get in the house to put the fire out.They have given more than one excuse as to why they wont hold up their end of the deal. 1. We only cover small windows (we were told our door was covered under this deal) 2. We dond cover it if its vandalism. Last I checked , that is not the definition of vandalism. This company lacks integrity.

This company took over American Exteriors LLC and will not honor any issues for the state of Wyoming. Are not even willing to fix the window to honor any warranties.

I purchased a new home that had Hansons windows and door walls. I called and paid $500.00 for the warranty to transfer to me. After paying the money they said that Hansons would replace one section of a bad door wall.
It took months to have someone come out to look at the door wall. It's like pulling teeth to get Hansons to return a call. It has been months to get a call returned again and they said they will stay in touch but back to no communication again, more months and no response. So I emailed my contact and it has been over a week with no response. is my contact
We are a new customer that is planning on maybe upgrading other windows that are not new from Hansons but I will probably go elsewhere. Some people at Hansons are dropping the ball and more than likely it is more than one person to blame. I would like to talk to someone that is in top management that can listen to what a customer is experiencing. My email is ________. I hope this problem gets taken care of. Thank you

HANSONS DID AN AWESOME JOB ON MY ROOF. THEY WERE HERE BEFORE THE SUN SHINED . STARTED ON TIME. WORKED THROUGH LIGHT RAIN. AND COMPLETED THE JOB WITHIN 8 HOURS. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM. AND WILL BE A RETURNING CUSTOMER FOR MY WINDOWS. THANKS HANSONS. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK.

I couldn’t be happier. I have a 120 year old home in a prestigious neighborhood. I was unable to install replacement windows in wood because all of the architectural trim work around the original windows would have to be torn out. I turned to Hansons to see what my options were and they had very high end looking insert options in custom colors that matched the trim of the home perfectly. Even the cherry stained walnut dining room windows matched our wainscoting perfectly. The windows look fantastic... you can’t tell they are vinyl at all from the street. The installers were amazing. The head installer was took the time to look at other trim designs on houses in our neighborhood and determined that he would cut down the trim into thinner strips to get the same look as the historic look. They were timely, conscientious and left the house and exterior clean as they had found it. They were friendly and proud of their work. As a person who is doing many major home renovations I was unexpectedly pleasantly surprised by what a great experience we had with Hansons and our install crew!!

They did a great job. Arrived early and finished just after noon. Very happy with their work

Very impressed with the workers , clean up as they work , keep working non stop. I would recommend Hansons to anyone needing home improvement work performed.

I had windows installed in June and here are the list of problems that occurred…

1) Subcontracted workers walking around with no shirts, no covering over their shoes in my house and blasting loud music INSIDE MY HOUSE.
2) They left broken glass and screws in the plants outside my windows.
3) They left a hole in one of the window screens
4) Tried calling numerous times and no one would help.
5) One month later kept hearing loud popping sound from a window. Days later it popped open on its own and wouldn’t shut. Someone did come out three days later. He fixed the hole, but only was able to close the open window and warned me not to open it because a “balancer” needed to be ordered.. He said it’d take 6 weeks. It’s been months…
6) Been calling them since September. Talked to so many people who only tried to pacify me to shut me up. It didn’t work.
7) Day before Thanksgiving we had a big storm. Discovered water pouring into my bedroom from the window. Called Hansons and the lady said she’d put me in the schedule for the following Monday. Guess what? No one showed up. They have since cancelled on me 4 times!!!
8) Called again and dealt with the most rude people. The worst of all of them was the general manager. Who kept cutting me off and purposely eating in my ear while on the phone.
9) Thankfully I’ve took pictures and videos of everything that has gone wrong. I’m considering pursuing legal action
If you do decide to go with this company I warn you to document any and everything that goes wrong!!

Windows look beautiful! Setting up the actual installation date could have been a little more timely (ordered in August, install 12/10) but the install crew they sent was awesome

This Company does everything they can to not cover any warranty!!!!!!!!!
The salesman said anything go wrong its under warranty... NOT.
I paid to get my windows replaced after a year battle over them. So I Paid Hanson's to replace the damaged ones. Took 6 months for those. When the Installers got to house one just started and didn't know what to do and the other was in a hurry to go to someone else's house for a quote.
SO he was in A major hurry. When it came to removing and installing my BIG BAY window center the tool broke. instead of stopping and coming back or getting someone to bring right tool to remove window The "experienced one" LOL used anything he could and ruined the seal that is molded in the frame and acted like he didn't see them messing it up.... SO now that I have given you this mess up review I to this day 12-09-2019 haven't got my window fixed ITS been 2 1\2 years from the first contact about these windows. this company is a big joke.....
DO NOT HIRE THEM RUN AND FIND A GOOD CONTRACTOR

and have talked to the V.P. him self "Bunch of smoke and mirror out of his mouth.

The roofers were very efficient and quick! The whole experience was very professional, from the initial encounter with the salesman to the actual installation. Would recommend them to others!
