I had Hanson put 11 windows in my house f our done good rest they had to come back several time to fix them the last time the installer climb threw the window and broke a shelf after my daughter just finish painting her room from last time they were there and replace the window

Bought vinyl siding from Hanson’s. The process was wonderful from start to finish, no surprises along the way. Sales was informative and honest. The installation crew was perfect. The house looks beautiful. Would highly recommend.

Done a great job on my house roof a year earlier so called back to do garage roof and just like the house did a great job and left area around both nicely cleaned up.

Our new windows look great!! The workers were efficient and kept a clean work sight!!

This company is awful. I have a double slide window in my living room that they "mis-measured" 3 separate times, then on the 4th time it fit - supposedly, it also took close to 4 month's to get the right window. They also had to return because there were parts missing on the windows.

Additionally a simple thing like the gutters that were supposed to have been completed almost immediately, took 2 1/2 months. Shall we talk about those COVERED overflowing leaking gutters - that are less than a year old?

I have been calling for a month now - NO reply. I submitted a work request 2 weeks ago - NO response. I was given an area supervisors number (Anthony) - NO reply, and now his mailbox is full where NO ONE can even leave a message.

I was forewarned about using this company from the beginning, but still went with them. Shame on me - but for their horrible product, and customer service, shame on THEM.

You have been warned - even if you have to pay a bit more, go with a better, more reliable company.

Hansons did an awesome job from giving us a proposal to installation and cleanup. Each individual that we dealt with were very professional, friendly and helpful when asked questions. I would recommend them to anyone that needs windows or doorwalls.

Back in January 2020 I decided to brave the project of siding my house. It was a huge expense (for me) but Chris Pfaff did a great job working out a great deal for me. Then COVID-19 came to visit us all and put my project on hold. I assumed that I wouldn't hear anything until the EO was lifted. Let me tell you about the best phone call I have ever received. Her name is Marilyn Weitz and she called to let me know they had my siding and were ready to schedule the installation. I was so excited and took the first date I could get. During the process there were some things didn't go and look as I expected. Thankfully I kept Marilyn's phone number and called her. She took immediate action and resolved my issues above and beyond what anyone would expect, and that's saying a lot for someone that also works in customer service and takes it very seriously. She went above and beyond what I would have expected but also kept the company's bottom line in mind. Hanson's, you have a keeper in Marilyn and I hope that you realize that and treat her very well! I feel as though I have a new friend and I'm so lucky. Thanks for all of your hard work and dedication, Marilyn! Christopher B.

I received an excellent job done on my windows! They arrived early and finished the job within 4 1/2 hours which was excellent. They were very friendly. I will use this company again.

Excellent service. Fast. Had a leak and they where here within 2 weeks of my estimate.

Installers are great. Scheduled this months ago and they still showed up even during the COVID pandemic. Installers noticed some quality issues and pointed them out and ordered parts immediately to fix the issues.

Excellent and fast service windows and roof look great and such a huge improvement over what was replaced. They were clear with us through whole process and readily available for all questions
