Super fast and good install. Great improvement from my original 1948 windows

Windows look nice. Bay window like great, octagon window looks good. Door wall, have some concerns about. We took off the trim to put on a larger header,due to the extra gap at the top. (Previous owners construction). Noticed a lot of gaps in the sides that should have been filled in with insulation. and could feel the drafts. Had to go but another dehumidifier due to still having a lot of condensation. Installer said we have a leak somewhere. I would say we are 75% satisfied.

Oil in drive. Lawn ruined by truck tires. Left deep tire mark in grass. Took fence board to keep dogs in yard.

Hanson’s replaced my old faded siding with beautiful new siding that all of my neighbors envy and did the job in less time then I was originally was told even though it was the middle of winter, thanks hanson’s , money well spent!

Our experience with Hanson's has been one issue after the next. We signed a contract in June 2019 for windows and siding. To date, the siding job has not been completed. Three times it has been scheduled and no one showed up. Today the siding has been delivered in our yard and we have no date set for installation. The original estimated time frame for the job to be done was 6-12 weeks.

We also ordered windows. After a few months, the job was scheduled to be completed and the contractor no-showed 3 times. We had to call to notify Hanson's every time as they didn't even know the contractor had not shown up to do the job.

We call and can only get an answer that Hanson's does not schedule out more than three weeks at a time so there are no appointments open at this time. Under the contract, there is no way to back out after 3 days of signing. I do not recommend Hanson's to anyone.

We signed up in June, 2019. It has taken all the way to January, 2020 to complete the job! This is over 8 months; they say they will complete the job in a three month period. The windows were incorrectly measured the first time; when they corrected the problem, they lost two of the windows. They are terrible at returning phone calls. They cancelled appointments without letting us know. The only positive things I can say is that the windows are nice, and the technicians that installed the windows here in Ogden, Utah did a great job. They installed six windows in one day, and there work was very professional.

This was an excellent experience; from the salesman, to the phone center, to the installers. I recommend Hansons to anyone needing wndows.

Excellent service - the installation crew was very careful and thorough, and replaced the windows for entire house in less than one day. The windows look great, and are a huge improvement over the house's original windows.

Hanson's installed gutter covers and did a great job .Jeremy did a very good job cleaning up when finished.
