Hansons Window & Siding

I have made 4 phone calls over a 2 week time frame regarding new 4 inch commercial gutter with a life time warranty. I do not believe the gutters were properly installed as I had water and ice form around my house on brick and stone work that I have never had before. ICE from the gutter to the ground over 8 feet space by the back downspout. An area of my home that has never been an issue. I had new gutters installed due to one small area of the front of my home and the whole process was unprofessional and now I can not get any help. First snow fall and freezing temps of the year and I hate to see what happens later. Lack of customer service and response is horrible!! A+ rating means nothing if no one will return or call or look at the pictures you have as proof!!

Wow! Not only were these guys polite and professional but they worked steadily and were perfectionists. We weren't sure what to expect as this was our first experience with Hanson's but we are definitely impressed with their work and the whole crew. I will definitely use them again in the future and spread the word that they are a great company! Thanks!

Terrible experience, nothing that was sold to me by the sales rep happened the way he said. Told me the roof would be done in one day, and that they drop off and pick up the dumpster same day. Dumpster was in my drive way from Thursday the 7th thru Tuesday the 19th with 6 flat tires looking like crap blocking my drive. Supposed to have ‘project coordinator’ to help me through the whole process. Still not sure who that is. Was told I’d be contacted before they start. Only got a text saying my materials where being delivered 11/6. Got another call Friday the 8th in the morning while at work asking me if the crew was there working. Which I replied “I don’t know I’m at work, shouldn’t you know if there is a crew at my house working?” Which she had no answer for. Came home Friday evening to find they had only done a small section of the roof. Saturday morning they came back to finish. Got another text saying the crew should be at your home work to call if I need anything. Later that afternoon someone call and asked me to log into Hanson.com to fill out a review, to which I said “shouldn’t that be after they finish?“ she so ohh they aren’t done? And then told me it was scheduled for two days and they would be finished that day. Go outside later that evening and it’s still not done, they worker tells me they have to come back Sunday morning and finish up. They returned Sunday and where working all day. Go no further communication from Hansons Sunday. Sunday evening I go outside and it’s still not completed. At this point I’m pretty annoyed and asked what’s going on, they guy tells me they can’t finish and have to come back Monday, which I replied “we are getting 6-8 inches of snow tonight” . He say ohhh. How do you work outside for a living and not know the weather forecast?? About 35% of my roof had no shingles on it for the 8 inches of snow we got!! When I called and left messages on Sunday asking what’s going on I got no response. Called again Monday morning, finally got a call back and was told it’s no big deal and I have a warranty. Just because you says there’s a warranty doesn’t mean I was my house exposed to the elements for a week! I’ve never heard of a professional roofing company taking more than 2 days to do a job. Finally they returned Friday 11/15 to finish, then told me they couldn’t clean up because of the snow and would be back. 11/21 still no return to clean all the nails and debris from my yard driveway deck and porch. After repeated calls they finally sent someone to clean up the mess in the afternoon. Wouldn’t recommend Hansons for anything! Almost 3 weeks to finish a 2 day job!

Have been a customer for yrs have lifetime warranty siding came loose called service they were to come on a schedule day they NEVER showed up didnt call I called and was advised that someone said they did come LIES LIES LIES now I have another appt but not until dec4th my siding is about to come off SMH

The roofing crew was excellent very timely and worked very efficiently especially under the weather conditions they were working in. This crew should be recommended for any homeowner needing a roof installed!

The crew from Hanson's was great. Drew Rynberg, the sales person we talked to walked us thru what to expect, the specifications of the windows and made some really astute observations and suggestions we wouldn't have thought of otherwise, He was very clear with his explanations and answered all of our questions.

Nate and his crew-mates, Clint and Austin from Window and Door Specialists were also great to work with. Nate came in and introduced himself, looked over the windows o be replaced and then we hardly saw him again. They were very respectful of our home and considerate in coming in and out as necessary. I hope we get the same crew when we have the rest of the install later this month or beginning of December. I've requested the same installers for that, too.

Highly recommend Hansons.

Had them put windows in my home it took them 1 day to put them in but it took months to get it finished to our liking. We had issues with the inside border trim of the windows which was not done to sizing of window were short. When they did repair they put the border trim up backwards. Calling there 800 number home office is a complete joke they never helped at all. I will never do a job with 1-800-hansons again. Oh and by the way their lock on the window 9 months later broke. How this buisness can continue running is a joke. I guess the joke was on me for allowing them to do the work which I will be paying for the next 10 years. Please do not do business with this outfit so you dont have the headache like I have now.

Very pleased with the installation and representative that first came out. We've dealt with Hansons before which is why we came back!

the crew that installed my windows were great. I love the windows couldn't ask for more great people.

Had a glitch in instalation of siding but the company took care of it and the crew came and finished the job. We are happy with our siding and our house looks great. Neighbors comment on how good it looks. Thank again to Chad, Tim and James for sticking with it and "getting it done."

What can I say other than I feel I received great quality work. After all, they guarantee their work for life. Who can top that? I'm very happy with Hansons.com

No organization at all. It appears that the office personnel are a bunch of skilled trades has-beens. I had to cancel half of the job I hired them to do, after 4 months of waiting on some siding I read between the lies and excuses and realized that they didnt want my money. They have absolutely no documentation from the sales rep and cannot produce an itemized invoice. They have no clue how the sales rep figured my price. I now feel as though they are piecing together a generic price just to get rid of me. Do not hire Hansons. Hire your own sub-contractor and leave out the middle man. It would also be considerably cheaper.
