The Hartford courant offers home delivery however continues to fail on its serviceWe subscribe in the summer and never get a full weeek of of deliveryWe have now moved to a separate part of East Haddam Ct and still get the same disappointing serviceWe have to call for a credit and we are not in a redelivery area so pretty much the same as beforeHow can they continue to take our money and not provide the service?

The Sunday Hartford Courant is the very worst paper in CT let alone the NationI buy (or as of today bought) the Sunday Courant at the pharmacy or grocery store It is missing parts - especially coupons and store circulars They should be ashamed of themselves and I will complain EVERY week if necessary until this rip off is corrected I don't subscribe because I am on a fixed income and can't commit to paying for it in advance! YOU should be ashamed of yourselves - the price of the paper goes up on a more then regular basis but the quality goes down even more YOUR DISGUST ME!!

The Hartford Courant has a very poor delivery service. About once every third or fourth time, we don't get our Sunday morning paper. Sunday is the only paper we signed up for. I usually call Monday mornings to request the missing Sunday paper. Customer service will say they will deliver it, but doesn't always happen. I refuse to accept the option of fare rebate for that day, but ask for the paper instead.
