I have an additional screenshot of the ordering page where I selected my towel but it would only allow me attachmentsI can send the additional screenshot under separate cover if neededI sent the ones that I feel are most pertinent.As you can see on the screenshots, on the customization page it has a warning that colors may vary due to "printing on the cotton terry material"And on the FAQ page it describes the towel as "100% cotton." Of course this is no longer there since it was deleted soon after I contacted themIn my original email response from Hillary at Haymarket Designs she admitted that the website had outdated and incorrect information.Nowhere on this website did it describe the towels as poly blendIn fact, that's why I went to the FAQ section in the first place because I couldn't find a description of the towelsOnce I thought I had confirmation that the towel was 100% cotton I placed my orderThe whole purpose of a FAQ section is to answer "frequently asked questions" such as "what are your towels made of?".That is my whole argument as to why I should receive a full refundOn the day I ordered (and also on the day I received) the website described the towel as 100% cotton but the product I received was notThey've updated their website soon after I contacted them and in fact if you go there now you will see that this verbiage has been deleted.I ordered what I expected was a 100% cotton towel and that's what I expected to receiveIf the company cannot deliver what they advertised, then I feel I am entitled to a full refund

STAY AWAY! I used Haymarket Designs to order bachelorette koozies for my friends bachelorette weekend three years agoThe experience was greatThey arrived on time, were easy to work with, etcetcSOI decided to use the company again this year when ordering for another friend's bachelorette weekend this yearWORSTDECISIONEVERI emailed the company on 08/08/inquiring about ordering the koozies, knowing I was in a bit of a time crunchI noted this in my emailThey emailed me back that night and said this was no problem, they could even rush my order free of chargeLucky me! They sent all the forms & documentation I needed to complete, I filled everything out, they sent an invoice, I sent over all the last pieces of info they needed, and everything was charged to my credit card and good to go by the end of the day on 08/09/They told me the koozies would ship in two weeks, leaving me with a week and a half before I left for the bachelorette partyGREAT! SO EXCITED! Two weeks go byNo kooziesweeksNothingThree weeksI'm nervousI leave in daysI send an email asking about the status of my orderIs there a tracking number? An update? Anything? No responsehours go byNothingI leave in hoursI send another emailTracking number? Are they going to be here? No responseThis is about 1pm on WednesdayI'm scheduled to leave the following evening, on Thursday nightWednesday is also the day I requested the koozies to be in my possession attheabsolutelatestI send another emailNo responseAt about pm, I get an email notification from USPSThey've sent the kooziesThat dayOn the day I requested I needed themAt the absolute latestI send another email noting that while I appreciate the USPS notification, they have not responded to any of my other emails/ concernsLong story shortI'm leaving for my best friends bachelorette party tonightI wanted to surprise her with koozies she would love, keep, and enjoy foreverI've now sent Haymarket Designs four emails since Tuesday and they've responded to noneI've called the phone number provided and it's a disconnected numberI've tried this phone number maybe times nowI'm now out over $and still have no koozies to show for it, as promisedThe tracking number cannot be foundAgainSTAY AWAY from this companyI absolutely, positively would not recommend them to anyoneOne of the WORST customer service experiences I've ever had!

Recently cleaning out my apartment and was reminded of the bad experience that I had with haymarket designsA few YEARS ago, I ordered a custom koozi for myself and one for my roommate for her birthdayThe order was green elephants with a black square with her monogramIt came back with the wrong colors and wrong initials! I can live with the wrong color but it's a bit strange to use someone else's initialsI used the form on their website and received no responseI sent numerous emails to the email address, no responseI feel that it is a businesses responsibility to at the very LEAST reply to my emails about an issueCute stuff, but very unprofessional

This order has been delivered been deliveredUPS tracking number ***If the customer no longer wants the lucite tray please have it shipped back and we will refund her minus the shipping

This order was shipped on time in the 3-week production time period*** tracking number *** shows they were delivered on the 4th

The customer has has the order since August 6th and never emailed to say anything was wrong with the orderWe received chargeback from her credit card weeks later stating she did not receive the order and contacted her to see if this was the caseWhen she said she did have the order but did
not like the envelop liners (which are custom envelope liners and not defective) we asked her to ship the order backShe has had the order for almost weeks and made no attempt to return them until we contacted her and has no longer paid for themWe have submitted tracking info and her acknowledgement of receipt to her credit card company and will let them handle this. I ordered from Haymarket, and paid the invoice in full I needed my order this past weekend, and that has now come and gone, and I have not received my order I have sent several emails to the business owner, who was very responsive prior to me paying, and I have not heard anything back She responded once, to say she was overnighting the order, but that overnight delivery would already be here and it is not, she will not respond to send me a tracking number I would not recommend this business as it is a scam

This order had already shipped and has been delivered.

I have the same compliant as many on websiteThere is noo phone number to reach them at and they don't ever respond to emailsI paid a deposit for a rough draft for *** to which they sent me and said the colors I choose would not print out well I responded and asked then to change the proof to something else, they never corrected what I asked them to, and never responded to ANY of my follow up emails that I sentBasically took my money for the proof then disappeared
I never received a final completed proof to place an orderThey only responded to my emails and offered to give my money back when I posted a negative review of my experience onlineVery ironic! I did get my money back but it took wiring that review online, which shouldn't be the case for any business Brides save your time and money, there's a reason why there are so many negative reviews on this company

the customer called and stated that the item did come in the mail

I have successfully ordered things from HD in the past, but at Christmas this past year, I ordered a child's *** plate which arrived with cracks in it and an *** cover, which started developing cracks in all corners within a few weeksI complained and was told it was past the return date (my *** cover is custom so I wouldn't have been able to return it anyway) and that maybe I was rough on my phone (absolutely not!), but that since I was a good customer, they would provide me with replacementsI told them I didn't want replacements, but would prefer a refund, since clearly their *** is very poor qualityNope, they wouldn't issue a refund, but said they would send me replacementsIt is months later, I haven't received a replacement plate or *** cover, and I have emailed 2x within the last month to check on status, and they are completely ignoring meI still have the cover on my Phone, as it's the only one I own, and it is severely cracked at all corners and the little piece of plastic over the camera completely broke offI am very upset they have not resolved this issue and would never buy from them again due to poor quality goods and complete lack of customer serviceI have never experienced such poor customer service -- I mean, no business on the up-awould flat-out ignore a customer or promise something and then ignore themVERY unprofessional
