I attempted multiple times to email the company and on their website they do not have any telephone to reach them. They are ignoring all of my emails and attempts to contact them. Review: I have contacted this company multiple times (5) and in multiple ways (website, [redacted]) and have yet to hear back from them. I ordered a [redacted] on May 7 and it was never delivered. I have given them multiple ways of contacting me back, but they have failed to do so. Customer services seems to really be lacking as they have just ignored my messages, yet seem to keep posting on their [redacted] account. I want a refund for the purchase I made that was never delivered to me! Extremely disappointed!Desired Settlement: I want a full refund for the wine koozie that was never delivered!

Review: I ordered a cutting board and matching coasters on May 5, 2015. This order was meant to be a wedding present for a July wedding. Needless to say, I never received the order. I made several attempts to contact the business and never got a response. I finally got an email on September 23, 2015 after I commented on their Instagram account. The owner stated it was shipped on May 27, which is not true because then she stated she was on maternity leave and left her interns in charge and they had "communication issues". She assured me she would start a new order and have is shipped ASAP. I emailed her a month later when I still didn't have my order and on October 15 I got another email. She stated she had the coasters and would go ahead and ship those & then ship the cutting board at a later date. I sent an email on November 19 stating that I wanted a full return and didn't care if I ever got the order.Desired Settlement: I want to be refunded for the entire cost of the order I never received.

Review: I placed an order on December 9, 2013 and according to the website, the items were guaranteed to be here by Christmas Eve (December 24, 2013) I ordered two coffee mugs, and two sets of two dog bowls. I received one box that had one set of dog bowls in it. I have now contacted the company by the email listed on their webpage and there has been no response. They do not provide a phone number most likely because they are apparently notorious for this type of horrible service. I spent over $150 on these items and am so unbelievably dissatisfied.Desired Settlement: Due to the fact that I have promised these gifts to relatives for over a month now, I would like the order to be completed, shipped and the amount of the purchase refunded on my card.

This is the second complaint I have had to file on this "company" I placed my order in December and it was suppose to arrive by Christmas Eve. I had tried over and over again to get in contact with the company and there was no reply until I filed a Revdex.com complaint. I finally TWO MONTHS LATER just received the package with the over $150 of merchandise in it but half of the items were smashed.

Review: I ordered from Haymarket Designs on November 8th. I ordered 3 personalized makeup bags to be given to my new sisters-in-law for Christmas. Included in my product order email confirmation, I was guaranteed the following: "Please allow up to three weeks for your order to be completed before shipping." It has now been 5 weeks, and approximately 38 days. I emailed the company on Monday December 1st asking for an update on the shipment, and was told the following: "Hi[redacted], Your cosmetic bags are scheduled to ship at the end of the week. I apologize for the delay, the Thanksgiving holiday put us a few days behind in production." This reply occurred on December 1st, only a few hours after I contacted the company. Since that time, I left another voicemail requesting a phone call, and another email that has not been answered. I am appalled that this company has not only COMPLETELY not sent the product, they apparently do not have the decency to answer phone calls. This is plain theft to me. They charged my card immediately upon ordering but have not refunded my money even after several attempts to get this reimbursement.Desired Settlement: I would like an immediate refund and an apology. I do not wish to get this product, as the product would be too late to deliver as a Christmas gift as planned.

A few years ago I shopped at a Junior League holiday sale and purchased a few items from Haymarket Designs. The ones I was able to walk away with that day were great. The items that were to be delivered never arrived.

Now, I am a bride trying to plan my wedding and ordered some [redacted]. The company replied straight away until I paid. The week before one item was supposed to be received, I emailed asking for a status and they said they had the item completed but didnt have my address though it was provided on the invoice. I sent the address and the item was received. The white was alittle off color but overall, really great product.

The other items I tried to order, I paid for the proof and after 3 emails following up, received the proof but then have never heard back after asking for a change or for info on how to order. Like the reviews before me, they seem to take your money to make proofs but not want to provide the product.

Review: I ordered an monogrammed ice bucket for my mother for her birthday. The ice bucket arrived and was covered in scratches, taped together, and the inserts did not fit. None of this is depicted in the product images on the Haymarket Designs website, so they should also be investigated for faulty advertising. There was no where to contact the business other than through email. I sent 3 emails to the company, including one with images of the faulty product. They only responded to one of the emails, telling me that I could spend extra shipping to return the product for a full refund. They also did not respond to any communication to my mother. I am still waiting for them to refund my money or provide a customer service number to contact them. This has caused added stress to me and my mother as we try to obtain the $72 I spent on ordering and shipping. This situation has given me anxiety and additional concern, taking me away from my job to try to settle this and caused me to wonder if I should cancel my debit card information since this does not appear to be a legitimate business. I am now worried that my financial security may be compromised since this business cannot even be bothered to act responsibly.Desired Settlement: I would like them to actually respond to their customers and give me a full refund of both the shipping and the product.

Though they refunded the item, they did not refund the full price of shipping. The total was $**, but they refunded $**. They also did not respond to any of my emails or apologize for their lack of contact. I would not recommend this business to anyone. I found them very disrespectful--their only remedy verbally to my complaint was that they had "shipped some to [redacted] and they loved them." I felt that my order was completely pushed to the side for a major name brand.

Review: I contacted Steffi from Haymarkert Designs via e-mail in February 2015 to inquire about purchasing 200 koozies for our upcoming wedding. She e-mailed me back, answered all of my questions and explained the process from start to finish. Steffi said that before she could send me a mock up of the kooaie design, she needed a deposit and would be sending me a Pay Pal invoice. I paid the invoice in February of 2015 and never received anything. I have attempted to contact her multiple times via email, phone, and through Haymarket's Facebook page, with no response. I asked for the mock up I ordered or a refund.Desired Settlement: I would like Steffi to refund my money for the wedding koozie deposit I made. I never received a proof, digital or by mail.

Review: I placed an order on April 2 for a beach towel and promptly received an order confirmation email and my credit card was charged. The details said please allow up to 3 weeks to process your oder. I waited. After 4 weeks and no communication or update, I sent an email to ask where the order was in the process. I never heard back. I sent 3 follow up emails over the next 3 weeks and have yet to hear back from anyone. I tried to find a phone number to call but couldn't...I'm over wanting the towel. I placed an order for Haymarketdesigns on March 5th for over $100 worth of monogrammed koozies for my bridesmaids. When placing the order, I was told it takes 2-3 weeks for shipping. After 3 weeks, I emailed them and was told they were finishing up and I would recieve them within a week. After 5 and a half weeks I have finally received them, and I'm missing one and was given two of the same ones? I'm not sure how this is possible and would like to know how I can return these and get my money back.

I found Haymarket Designs through pinterest and ordered cosmetic bags for all my bridesmaids. They were fast to respond to me and helped with color selections. I just got the bags (a week before they told me they would be delivered!) they look great and I can't wait to give them to my girls.

Review: Order for personalized stationary was placed 6/6/15 with 3 week delivery. Requested status update 6/30 and response received same day for shipment end of that week. On July 21 and July 27th emails were sent again requesting update. Email of 7/27 advised that I was contacting credit card company for failure to provide items that had been charged. Filed complaint with credit card company and credit card refunded money. On 8/3 stationary was shipped and received 8/6. Item totally unacceptable (liners to envelopes falling out and not centered). Now receiving emails from Haymarket that they are contacting my credit card for fraud on my part. Items were received almost 9 weeks after ordered. Horrible customer service and zero attempt to do the right thing. Requested they send me shipping label to return items and they refuse and place blame with me for accepting mail and not putting back in mail to them.Desired Settlement: They provide me a shipping label to return the items at their cost; be responsive to their customers reasonable requests and to provide items in the time frame that they have set for themselves.

We received chargeback from her credit card 2.5 weeks later stating she did not receive the order and contacted her to see if this was the case. When she said she did have the order but did not like the envelop liners (which are normal custom envelope liners and not defective) we asked her to ship the order back. She has had the order for almost 3 weeks and made no attempt to return them until we contacted her and has no longer paid for them. The company has intentionally been untruthful to Revdex.com. As stated in my complaint, I emailed Haymarket on July 27th (see attached) and advised I was filing a complaint with my credit card company for the money to be refunded. They were put on notice THEN that I was not satisfied with their customer service and they were still unresponsive. On July 30th, I received a letter from the credit card company saying they had investigated and credited my card. (See attached). In their response to Revdex.com, Haymarket said it 2.5 weeks after I had received the item when I requested the charges reversed on my card. This is a blatant mistruth. The money was refunded five days before the item was even shipped. They have a history of not being responsive to their customers so I saw no responsibility on my part to continue to attempt to contact them after they shipped the item in question.

Review: November 30th, 2013 I placed an online order for the amount of $80.00 and the amount was transferred from my account to Haymarket Design December 02, 2013. I recieved a confirmation email with a confirmation number immediately following my purchase. The confirmation email stated to expect 3 weeks to process and up to 3 weeks for the item to be shipped. I waited the allotted time and still did not receive my order. I decided that I should get into contact with the company to check the status of my order. I emailed the company twice and submitted a note on their website asking for the status over a period of two weeks and received no response. I finally concluded that further action needed to be taken and emailed the company one last time stating that I would file a complaint with Revdex.com if I did not hear from the company within 3 days of the email date. It was only a few hours until I received a response stating:

I'm so sorry we have missed your messages. Did you email or send a note through the website? Let us know what we can do to help you with your order!

I have emailed this account approximately 3 times and sent 1 note through the website. I also work for a small business and understand that you are constantly fighting against time. But we value our customers and try to our best abilities to make sure our customers leave our company happy and well taken care of. As much as I hate to say this, I feel that I have been treated the exact opposite of what I expect from a small business. I would like to know what you think you could do to make this situation better and turn this negative opinion into a positive.

It's been 3 days and I have received no response to that email. I promised not to file a complaint for 3 days and unfortunately I have been the only honorable person in this situation with my word.

I have gathered that this company fails in the customer service department from reading previous complaints regarding the same issue. I too find it completely absurd that the company is quick to take my money but once they have it they are of no help what so ever. My family has run a small business for over 60 years and we have never had a customer service complaint. According to Revdex.com, Haymarket Designs will now have 12 complaints regarding poor customer service! I hope this company will take this as a wake up call and realize that they need to change policies before they lose too many customers to stay in production.Desired Settlement: If the order [redacted] has already been made, I am happy to pay for the price of the merchandise I ordered, but I would like complimentary shipping given that this was suppose to be a Christmas gift and I was left with nothing to give to the recipient. I would like it to be shipped immediately and expect to be informed of all necessary shipping and tracking numbers. If the order has not already been made, I would like my order cancelled immediately and the full purchase amount of $80.00 refunded to my bank account.

Ordered a doormat ONE MONTH AGO!! I thought I would check on it 2 weeks ago for a "order status" and STUPID ME found they don't have such a thing. There is also NO telephone number to contact. Another thing they offer a form for you to fill out and send them a note/email and to which NO reply to my first 2 weeks ago and today I sent another one! No idea if my item is shipped? (which is $10 for one item) or anyway to get a hold of this so-called company. It surprised me this day and age a company can get away with this!

Review: I placed an order online with Haymarket Designs for a monogrammed towel to be delivered to a friend. I placed the order on Dec. 12, 2012 and received a confirmation that my order went through and that the item would arrive 6 weeks from then. It has been nearly 8 weeks and no towel has arrived. I emailed the company in the 6th week via their web page to inquire and have not heard anything in return. I emailed them again yesterday and have not gotten an answer. I checked online to see if other customer's of Haymarket were reporting similar problems and yes, indeed, many report not receiving merchandise. I'm afraid I've been charged for something I'll never see delivered to my friend. DO NOT BUY FROM HAYMARKET DESIGNS! I bought [redacted] from them to give to my bridesmaids. They color I received was not the color that I thought I would be getting, which is fine. I emailed them and asked about changing the color, they told me that would be fine and to send them back to them and they would get some more into production for me the next day. Perfect. I sent her an email with the color I wanted them and never got a response. That was 2.5 weeks ago. Sent an email last week asking about my [redacted]. Nothing. Sent another email yesterday and still have received anything. My [redacted] were over $100 and I have nothing to show for it. Do not use them. They take your money and don't respond. Extremely disappointed in this business.

I ordered from Haymarket, and paid the invoice in full. I needed my order this past weekend, and that has now come and gone, and I have not received my order. I have sent several emails to the business owner, who was very responsive prior to me paying, and I have not heard anything back. She responded once, to say she was overnighting the order, but that overnight delivery would already be here and it is not, she will not respond to send me a tracking number. I would not recommend this business as it is a scam.

Haymarket is extremely unprofessional and unreliable. Once I payed my invoice, I was never contacted again. I have emailed, called and sent requests through the website and have not heard from anyone. Do not waste your time and energy on this product.
