Haymarket Designs Reviews (157)

Review: I ordered a total of 10 Koozies for my bridal party. Six of them had the phrase "will you be my bridesmiad?" On them, with bridesmaid misspelled. I have been contacting the owner via email ([email protected] or [email protected]) and calling (804-673-1702) for the past three weeks with no response. However I sent the company an email asking for a new purchase and someone responded, so it is blatant ignorance. All I have asked for is for her to redo the 6 Koozies with bridesmaid spelled correctly or to refund me the $75. I picked up the product from her home on Friday April 17th, she was not home and left them in a bag outside. Since then no response has been made.Desired Settlement: I would like to either have my 6 Koozies remade with bridesmaid spelled correctly or to be refunded the $75 I spent on the Koozies.

Review: I ordered a product from Haymarket Designs. Per the online website I was directed to allow 3 weeks after ordering my product before it would be shipped. After week three had passed I used the website "contact us" email section to check on the status of my order. I was instructed that it may take up to 2 business days for a response. After a week of no response I put another request through their website. That was 3 days ago and I still have not heard anything back on the status of the product I have already paid for. I also put in two emails to an employee ([redacted]), and left 3 voicemails for the company. I have heard nothing from this company after the money was taken from my account. Over a month after ordering I have no product and no one at Haymarket Designs who will get back with me. Will I ever see the product I ordered or my money back?Desired Settlement: I would like the product rush shipped with a tracking number by this Friday or a refund to my credit card.

I have reviewed the offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved. If the company does not perform as promised I can get back to you at: [email protected].

Review: I contact [redacted] at Haymarket Designs in early March in regards to koozies for my bridal party. She sent me the proof of the design and an invoice and I paid the invoice almost immediately. It is now almost May and I still have NOT received my product. I've emailed countless times and after much research, finally found a phone number. I have also called and left messages with no response. I leave for my wedding in ONE week and do not have the product that I ordered and paid for. As this is not the first compliant similar to this for Haymarket Designs. I HIGHLY suggest they are investigated! I have also reported this company as fraudulent to my credit card company.Desired Settlement: I would like the koozies that I paid for to be over-nighted to me ASAP so that I can take them with me to my wedding.

Review: I ordered a monogrammed [redacted] in the beginning of July. I was told to allow 3 weeks for the item to be made and then allow shipping. It is now September 11th and I have received no product. But they gladly drafted my credit card for this purchase the day after it was ordered. I have contacted the company by 2 different emails provided and have heard nothing back.Desired Settlement: I would like the item I ordered to be delivered within 2 weeks, if not sooner. This item was ordered for a birthday gift and now is over 2 months late. I feel I should receive the product and get a refund of my money for the problems I and as I can see many others have been caused.

Review: On or about July 29, 2013 I placed an order with Haymarket Designs for a iphone case. I was promptly charged $52.00 for this product. The website reports that delivery would take approximately 2-3 weeks. Almost one month later, on August 21, 2013 I was reviweing my order and noticed a spelling error in the deliver address (one letter left out of my address name but my post office told me there would not have been an issue with delivery). I emailed [redacted] at Haymarkey on August 21 the spelling error and received a prompt response on August 21 from [redacted] that the error was corrected (mian was written; it should have been [redacted]) and that my order was scheduled to ship that Friday (August 23). I was told the order would be received early the following week. However, no product was received. On August 30, 2013 I sent a follow up email to cehck on the status of the order to ensure there were no issues. No response. I waited a couple more days due to the Labor Day holiday and also checked with both the [redacted] and [redacted] and was told they had no ordered for me from Haymarker. I then sent tow more requests for an update to [redacted] at Harmarket on September 5, 2013. Again, no response. I even asked for a tracking muber as I was traveling for work and wanted my neighbor to monitor any deliveries. No response. I even reached out to HAymarket on their [redacted] page. Curiously, after other dissatified customers responded to my inquiry complaining about similar issues, Haymarket deleted my posting. It is now September 9, 2013, Haymarket has refused to respond to any correspondence regarding my order, they were paid for the product and my back has suggested I contest the charge at this time.Desired Settlement: I no longer wish to receive the product. This company has horrible customer service. There is a reason this business has numerous complaints for the SAME ISSUE. I want a full refund. Due to the delay, I have purchased a new iphone case from another company that was delievered promptly as I orded and whom I will gladly do business with again.

The customers phone case has been delivered. Tracking #[redacted]. Custom orders can not be cancelled once they have been ordered

Review: The product that was delivered does not match what was agreed upon with Haymarket Designs. When we contacted this company, they did not appear to be concerned with our complaint. Nor were they responsive to our requests for more communication. We attempted to have this company call us to come to an agreement, but they never attempted to call. The one phone number we were provided always went straight to voice-mail, but the voice mail box was always full.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund for the products purchased and for the setup fee.

Response:

The koozies [redacted] received were exactly as ordered. Our logo is printed on the bottom of every koozie and is clearly seen in hundreds of pictures on our website and is stated in our FAQ section on our website. We responded numerous times (6/12, 6/13, 6/17) and offered to reprint the koozies since she had mistakenly not noticed the logo on the bottom of all of our koozies. We even waived the design fee to create art for a new logo for the bottom of the koozie and the shipping for the new koozie. We only asked her to pay $25 dollars for the set up fee for her replacement custom logo. Even though the koozies were correctly printed the first time we tried to work with Ms. [redacted] so that she would be happy with the product for her wedding. She responded that she was going to cancel payment on her credit card which indicated to us she was more interested in getting the koozies for free rather than not having the logo on the bottom of the koozie.

Review: I have contacted this business on [redacted], through their online message center, and via their [redacted] account and have heard nothing about my order which was made on December 8, 2013. The site claims a 3 week period for making the product before shipping but I have yet to receive anything or hear back from the company. The company has already drafted the money out of my account.Desired Settlement: I would like a complete refund of my money.

Review: August 20, 2013 Haymarket Designs happily took my money for koozies I had ordered. After first contacting Haymarket about the koozies, I was giving terrific quick service. They helped me with my order and even emailed me when I had not visited the [redacted] website to finish the transaction a few days after they sent the email. I was told my koozies will arrive approx 3-4 weeks. Week 4 I emailed Haymarket very politely asking if my order was in the process of being shipped. I gave them every out possible to tell me they were backed up and busy. After 2 weeks of not hearing back, I emailed them again. This time I was a bit frustrated and told them so. I explained in my email that I was getting worried I had not seen the product, not heard back from the company, and they had already taken my money. I remembered how quickly they had responded pre-order and was feeling frustrated that they could not explain where my order was. A week or so later, I noticed they had been active on their [redacted] account, so I messaged the [redacted] letting them know I was beyond frustrated with their customer service. As a customer, I see they are a small business but they still need to treat their paying customers with respect and respond to their inquiries. A few days later, I wrote a [redacted] status about their horrible customer service, at this point I am more mad at their customer service than not having the darn koozies. I received an email response from my first nice email. The email explained that they had attempted to ship my order but it was returned. They told me the address and it was missing the West before my street number. I am not saying I am perfect but there is probably only a one in 15 million chance I would have not typed that on my order. They asked me to confirm the address so they could send my shipment out "again". This was over 2 weeks ago, we are both in the United States, and I still do not have my order. This seems to me as if they were just giving me a line because I was to the point of anger and making it public. Now that I see on Revdex.com that others were given this line, I believe it is total bs and that this company has the most terrible customer service.Desired Settlement: At this point I am feel like I am not asking a lot - I did pay them over 10 weeks ago for the product. But I think that I should get my koozies within 2 weeks. I also, this will not be able to be measured, do not want anyone else to go through the excitement, scared, frustration, and just plain [redacted] emotions this company has taken me through and ask that they email and respond to ALL customers within 3-4 days answering their question. We understand you are small business, we understand that you may be working on a huge order, we understand that sometimes you estimate wrong, but we do not understand why you are so responsive before you get our money but once you get it we are nothing. My mind is telling me to demand money back but my heard just wants the company to do the right thing moving forward and tell the customer what is going on, even if it is not the most positive of news.

The order has been shipped.

Recently cleaning out my apartment and was reminded of the bad experience that I had with haymarket designs. A few YEARS ago, I ordered a custom koozi for myself and one for my roommate for her birthday. The order was green elephants with a black square with her monogram. It came back with the wrong colors and wrong initials! I can live with the wrong color but it's a bit strange to use someone else's initials. I used the form on their website and received no response. I sent numerous emails to the email address, no response. I feel that it is a businesses responsibility to at the very LEAST reply to my emails about an issue. Cute stuff, but very unprofessional.

Review: I have tried to contact this company at least four times after never receiving my products (which I paid for in June). They sent me a tracking number three weeks ago which did not work and since then have not heard from them.Desired Settlement: Refund or finish the job, Apologize, Disclose a phone number, respond to emails. All in all be a legitimate business.

The customer's order was shipped on July 3, within the 6 week production time we give for large orders. When the customer contacted us on July 31 asking where her order was we responded immediately with the tracking number ([redacted] ) and said we would contact [redacted] and file a claim for her. The claim is still under investigation by [redacted] but we went ahead and rushed another order that was shipped on Aug 15th. We notified the customer on Aug 13th that replacement order was getting ready to ship. UPS # [redacted]

Review: I ordered a custom beach towel on 7 March from the company's website [redacted] I was charged immediately for the towel, but still have not received it. I have emailed the owner, but have received no response. I found the company through the website [redacted], and I never did any research on the company before ordering as the website looked legitimate. After thinking something might be up I checked out the company's [redacted] page and have noticed no activity since Christmas. She has blocked comments from other users, probably because they are negative. I also found a blog post where the blogger had trouble with the company for not honoring a give-away and several commenters on the post stated how the store [redacted], would not respond to emails, never sent items people paid for, and had horrible customer service. I never received an emailed confirmation of the order or any acknowledgment that the order would be processed. I just trusted that it would take 2- 3 weeks to make and would ship after 3 weeks. After reading and researching on this company I see some huge red flags. I believe this [redacted] has no intention of mailing out my order and has stolen my money and I would like a refund.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund of $**.00 to my [redacted] that the purchase was made on.

Review: I made an order with HaymarketDesigns.com in October and was told that the product would be shipped in 8-10 weeks. The product noted that it had a Christmas Delivery cutoff date of Nov. 15th. It is now the second week in January and I have not received my product. I have made repeated attempts to contact the business (phone, email, [redacted] and [redacted]) and have received no response from the business. The voicemail box of the company is full and my emails, [redacted] posts and [redacted] messages have gone unanswered.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund of the product.

I ordered 5 koozies that's it 5, on November 18th. It is now January 14th my event is the 17th and I have no koozies. The estimated time of delivery was 2-3 weeks. I have called 8 time with no response. I emailed early December where someone Garunteed the koozies were finished and we're going to be shipped within daysI again emailed after Christmas where the said they didn't have my address and things were hectic during the holiday season. They reassued me 12 days before the holiday season began the koozies would be shipped the next day. I gave my address January 5th and 10 days later there are no koozies...I have emailed twice and called two more times with no response. These were surprises for my bridal party, to let them know they were my bridal party and haymarket knew this. They have ruined it.

Review: After multiple attempted emails to the company without a response, I finally placed an order with Haymarket Designs back in February for 250 koozies for our wedding. $15 deposit was paid on February 11 and $527 was paid on February 26. I finally received my koozies 6 weeks later, when their policy is 4 week turnaround. Last week on Wednesday we were making our favors for my wedding (on May 16) and realized that there were only 150 koozies in the box. I finally got a response on Friday that they were overnighting my remaining amount of koozies. It's Tuesday and we have not received them and after asking for a relevant contact number or a tracking number AT LEAST, we have had no response to our multiple e-mails. They delete their complaints on Facebook, but they do have several other bad reviews on other sites... One female is even filing fraud on her credit card because she hasn't received her products paid in full. This is the worst customer service and experience I've ever had and for the money I paid this should have been handled appropriately, or done right the first time. No other bride should ever have to deal with this FOUR days before their wedding.Desired Settlement: I would like my money refunded in full and my koozies delivered for the trouble and stress this company has put me through.

Review: I ordered an item mid April and the $51.00 was removed from my account on 4/15/14. I requested that the item be expedited because the bridal shower (for someone on their bridal registry) was on 4/26/14. I've emailed the company 3x through their website and there has been no response.Desired Settlement: Ideally I'd like the order to be delivered ASAP. If this can't happen, I'd like communication letting me know and then a prompt refund of the $51.00 so that I can purchase another bridal shower gift.

Review: On March 17, 2014, Haymarket Designs charged my credit card $15.00 for a mock up koozie, and the product was never created or sent to me, or my daughter, [redacted]. The company does not respond to any of my emails or my telephone messages. I have been working with this company since January 29, 2014 to order wedding koozies for my daughter's wedding. It took the company 7 weeks of emails and telephone messages to finally respond and let me pay the $15.00 down deposit that they required to do a mock up koozie. Another 17 days have gone by, and the product should have been sent to me within 4 days. The company will not return phone calls or emails back to me. I have sent an email on March 31, 2014 to inform them I wanted $15.00 credited back to my credit card due to the fact that the company did not produce and send the product to me. I have chosen a different company to make my product that is reliable and has a customer service department that is reachable. Haymarket has wasted over 9 weeks of my time now and my daughter's wedding is in a few weeks. Haymarket was informed by email on March 31, 2014, that I was contacting the Revdex.com and making a complaint. I requested $15.00 to be credited back to my credit card and this was never done. Haymarket has had no response to my email.Desired Settlement: Credit $15.00 back to my credit card.

Review: I ordered 5 custom koozies on February 16 for a bachelorette party the weekend of April 10th. When I hadn't received my order after 3 weeks, I contacted them and heard right back that they were to be shipped the next week. The items were shipped but when I received them one of personalized koozies was incorrect, to make it worse, it was the brides. So I attempted to contact them 3 times via email to find out about getting the correct koozie made and have not received a response. I found a phone number that I am going to try but I am very dissatisfied with their service.Desired Settlement: For the correct koozie that I ordered to be mailed to me ASAP.
