On June 2, 2015, I purchased a personalized monogrammed coffee mug for a friend's birthdayThe item description stated to give 2-weeks for the production before the item would be shippedMy bank statement says my account was charged the day after the purchase was made (June 3rd)I waited 1/weeks and then decided to e-mail the company to check the status of my order, as I had not received any word on shipping or anythingI received an e-mail back from someone named *** that said the mug would be finished in production and sent out by the end of the weekI waited another week and still had not received the mugI e-mailed again asking about the status and didn't receive a responseI've e-mailed almost every week since then and have received no response from any of themI also made complaint on FB website and did not get a response there eitherI've asked for a refund and have received no responsePoor customer servicePoor communicationI am currently in the process of trying to get my money put back on my debit card by card servicesI was told by my bank that more than likely, I'm going to have to cancel my debit card and get a new oneVery irritating and could have been avoided, but I'm not paying $for something that was never receivedNow, I will have to change all of my auto-pay accounts online because of this companies poor serviceDO NOT USE HAYMARKET DESIGNSBUYER BEWARE!!!

I contacted Haymarket designs to get a quote for an order of custom [redacted] for my wedding. I was looking to order 100+ custom [redacted]. After some deliberation on the cost, I went ahead and paid the deposit to get a proof of a design and explained what I wanted. It has been over a week and I have not heard back from them despite repeated emails. After doing some searching online, it doesn't seem that my experience is unusual, so I have contacted them again to ask for a refund. I will update this review based on what I hear back from them...

I have reviewed the offer and/or response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.The company has intentionally been untruthful to Revdex.com.  As stated in my complaint, I emailed Haymarket on July 27th (see attached) and advised I was filing a complaint with my credit card company for the money to be refunded.  They were put on notice THEN that I was not satisfied with their customer service and they were still unresponsive.  On July 30th, I received a letter from the credit card company saying they had investigated and credited my card. (See attached).  In their response to Revdex.com, Haymarket said it 2.5 weeks after I had received the item when I requested the charges reversed on my card.  This is a blatant mistruth.  The money was refunded five days before the item was even shipped.  They have a history of not being responsive to their customers so I saw no responsibility on my part to continue to attempt to contact them after they shipped the item in question.

I Placed 2 orders with Haymarket designs. One on 7/4 and the other on 7/12, and was charged in full when the orders were placed. On 7/27 I emailed them, inquiring about the 1st order. They said I'd receive tracking info on 8/3 and have the order by 8/5. Neither order appeared. Emailed them again on 8/7 & 8/13. No response. Finally found their phone #, called and it's disconnected. So .... DO NOT PLACE ANY ORDERS with Haymarket Designs!!! Right now [redacted] is disputing this. I think they must be out of business.

We have talked to the customer and working on sending replacements for missing items

The customer has been refunded for her order.
