I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted]. The situation has almost been completely resolved. The door was in fact replaced on 11/20/2016 but it is missing a gasket that seals the door where the ice maker and door meet. I called Customer Service and they requested that I send an email to [email protected] with the invoice in the title and a picture of the door where the part(s) are missing which I have done and am waiting a response as to when those parts will be replaced. Please see the attached document of the email that was sent on 11/21/2016. When those components are replaced I will be satisfied with the results.

I received a check in the mail on 6/9/2016 for $1,005.69, although the refrigerator cost $1,884.44, although not quite satisfied by the outcome of a total reimbursement, especially with the amount off time spent away from work, I will settle at this time to be done with this disappointing experience.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
The store released the merchandise to somebody not authorized to pick it up who had no receipt or order number. They never even called me. Their rules are that you need the receipt, order number, or photo id. The person who they gave the damaged tv had none of these and presented none of these. I had the receipt the whole time and I was not the one who went to the store.

HHGregg is kicking the can to Warrantech and Warrantech is dragging their feet.  We have spoken to Warrantech on two separate occasions and they continue to say that they are evaluating the situation.  We have spoken to Warrantech on 23 February and 1 March.  They indicated they where looking at replacing the refrigerator (preferred) but, they have not yet been in contact  with us nor have they made that decision.  I'm requesting HHGregg, apply their vast resources to influence Warrantech to put this issue to rest.  I would expect this issue to be resolved with the next few days.
