Paul S [redacted] was the HVAC service technician who came out on Labor Day at 8pm in the dark to rescue us from no AC He worked for over hours in the darkness cleaning out our HVAC unit and determining that the blower motor was not working He was able to put in a "rescue motor" to get our AC back working that same night The following day (after he had driven up to Nashville to get the new blower motor) he came back and put in the new motor He is a hard worker and very professional

On a very hot day last week, the fan on my HVAC unit stopped working I called Hiller Plumbing; and a Hiller tech, Curley M [redacted] came out shortly thereafter He put what he called a rescue fan motor on until a replacement could be ordered Today, less than a week later, Curley came back an installed the new motor On both visits, he was very knowledgeable, courteous, and pleasant In addition to good service from Hiller, I wasn't charged for the replacement motor or labor, since their company installed my HVAC a couple of years ago I would give Hiller five stars

Plumbing issues are never pleasant, but, with the right personally, and the right level of job knowledge, problem issues are correctable That's what we got when Todd F [redacted] knocked on our door A mystery water leak was resolved after an absolute thorough testing of our entire water system Todd was able to make a potentially unpleasant situation bearable and resolved our issue without further difficulty Prior to Todd F*'s visit we had no "Go To Plumbing Guy", but, after he successfully corrected our issue, we do now With Todd's continued association with Hiller Plumbing, Hiller Plumbing is our light at the end of our domestic dwelling tunnel Todd, many thanks for all your help

I am EXTREMELY disappointed in the service Hiller Plumbing provided myself and my familyAt the initial consultation we received a quote for needed servicesDuring the consultation ,Anthony T***, whom identified himself as " the manager" took several phone calls and interrupted my spouse and I when we tried to explain the problems we were having with our home During the assessment MrT [redacted] stated that installment of various fixtures would be included in the price quote ,due to my families concern of leaking faucetsMrT [redacted] interrupted my concern without even looking at anything in my home and stated " the faucets would be replaced and are replaced in every job." My family then explained a list of issues that we were having with our homeMrT [redacted] promised that every issue could be fixed for the quoted priceAs the job got started the techs from Hiller informed me that nothing on the original list was in the price quoteI feel this is due to MrT [redacted] being so distractedAlso, Once the work was completed my family noticed that the fixtures MrT [redacted] stated would be installed during the job were notThinking this was an oversight I contacted the companyMrT [redacted] stated that " during our consultation he did not write down anything about fixtures and stated it would be an extra dollars to complete." I am very unhappy with how distracted MrT [redacted] was and feel that he outright lied about the service that would be providing

From start to finish Hiller was great! Initial visit the techs were on time and explained in detail what repairs were needed or options I hadI decided to go with a new unit and Josh went above and beyond helping me find one in my budgetFinancing was easy and was just a one day turnaround to have it installedHappy Hiller customer!

When I first called Hiller right from the start the lady that answered the phone was so nice and helpfulShe got me a appointment asapThen [redacted] the technician called me to let me know he was on his wayHe was very friendly and was good with our dogsI would recommend the Hiller team to everyone needing any work done at their homeTHANK YOU HILLER!!
