I order there product 12/27/19 and today is 1/14/20 and I still have not received my product they got my money and never sent me no product at all

I purchased 2 items from Hollywoodhairbar, they have closed/BLOCKED all communication with me on receiving them! I want my money or my products.
I ordered the Hair Growth Serum and the Edge Control from Hollywoodhairbar.com on December 24, 2019. I understand that because of the holidays this company was delayed so I waited patiently. I started seeing this company post on Facebook how they were shipping out THOUSANDS of orders DAILY so I began to wonder and started to reach out to the company via Email, Direct Message, comments on their post and by making my own posts on their wall. When my mother(who made her purchase December 26, 2019) received her items Monday, January 13, 2020, I began to reach out to Hollywoodhairbar AGAIN. They have since blocked me on Facebook instead of reaching out to me to correct the problem. They took $45.47 out of my account on December 24, 2019, and I just want my money back or my products, I have also reached out to them on Instagram since they have blocked me on Facebook.

Product purchased on business website not received.
I placed an order on this business website on Jan 2 and received an email confirmation stating delivery in 3-5 bus days. I starting reaching out to the business via return email and email on the website after 7 business days. No reply to emails for status.

I ordered products on December 19th 2019 and I have not received them yet.I emailed them numerous times and has gotten no response,and called.

Non Delivery of Product Purcahsed from *** since December 26, 2019
I made an order with the *** online on December 26, 2019 with confirmed Order #XXXXX. And I have yet to receive any information on my order and I want to know when will I be receiving my order? They took my money prior to shipping out any product so I expected shipment updates shortly thereafter! I have reached out several times both by phone and through their online chat and email and no one reached back out to me as of yet. I just want what I ordered. If that isn't possible please give me back my hard earned money. It's been over 3 weeks and I'm upset to have not gotten a response nor my product!

I ordered two bottles of this product through paypal on 19 Dec 2019. I received my order number stating that the payment was received.
I ordered two hair serums for a total price of 61 dollars on 19 Dec 2019 through paypal. I received my order number XXXXX immediatley letting me know that my purchase was successful. I never received any updates or tracking numbers to date.
I tried calling them several times and I always get a recording. I also emailed them through their contact website and I never ever heard from anyone! I want my products ASAP or my total refund ASAP.

I have not received my product and the communication with this company is horrible.

I have sent 2 e-mails requesting a status after the tracking number was not provided. After 2 weeks I sent an e-mail requesting a refund. I have not received a response to any of my e-mails and there is no number on the website to reach a person. After the 2nd request for a refund, I received a message with a shipping number on December 30, 2019. As of today, January 12, 2020, the product has not been shipped nor received based on the tracking number.

I bought a bottle of regrow serum 4oz from Hollywood hair for 64.99 using my *** account. Payment was completed the same day. I have proof from my *** account statement, and my bank statement. I sent them email message, text message, no response back, I called no body answer only voice mail with no option to leave message because voice message full. Sent them a text message I received an automated answer that they are away now. That's really frustrating that they don't have a better way to serve their customers, no one to talk to. I would like to know when my product will arrive?

I never received the product I order over 6 WEEKS ago. I have had multiple messages asking the shipment details with no detailed response. I have asked for a refund for never getting the product! I told that my order would not be refunded. I informed them that the sales transaction was never complete! Nor have they responded to any of my texts/email. The received payment on 1/2/2020 from my account. They have notated on their site that Due to the Nature of our Products
All Sales Are Final. What is the nature of their products that you take someone's money with not honor of providing the product.
In my email sent from their site, I suggested that since they wont give my refund send me the product. Either send me the product for send my money back.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I placed in order a month ago never received it. When I questioned the order no response until I sent a follow up saying if I don't hear back I'm reporting the. Then I got an extremely rude, unprofessional, unbelievably nasty email response back basically saying we have thousands of customers as if to say they could care less about having me as a customer. 2 days later I get a text to my phone which I thought was odd because I ordered and communicated via email only, but the text didn't answer my question about my order, it instead said "your order from Hollywood hair bar has been cancelled". I thought that was very unprofessional to send a text message, kind of persona, and quite frankly out of control and their way of saying we don't value our customers unless you have no questions, and only write good reviews, and screw you we already have customers.

I ordered products in December 2019 that have not been received yet.
I ordered 3 products on December 7, 2019. I emailed the company and reached out to their company website at the end of the month three times without any response from the company. On December 28th, an email was received from USPS with a tracking number XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX stating a shipping label was made. Since then, there has been no other communication nor any product arrival to my house. My shipment order is #XXXXX. At this point I time, a refund is requested as the promise from this company was a 7-10 business day turnaround. I believe it is unacceptable for a company to take the money, not respond or correspond with their customers and then not send out products of which have been purchased. My total cost has been $150.98 of which is hard earned money. With this, if I pay for a product or service I expect to receive my products or service in a timely fashion or at least have acceptable correspondence from the said company. A refund is necessary. Thank you for the help in advance.

On December 21 of 2019 I paid $53.48 plus first day shipping for their product I haven't received any calls or emails that I reached out numerous of times to see when they are shipping the product is very unprofessional for them to take peoples money But very adamant that they cannot give any refunds on their site but no product since then I have received I would like a refund or for them to ship out my product as I am the Consumer I have tried reaching out to the CEO in to the website no accurate response on when my product is going to be *** it just says there is unfilled but they did receive my money with no problem I would like for them to say my product after I paid for or A refund $53.48
