Hollywood Hair Bar

It took over a month to receive my product, but I did receive it. I have ordered twice. And both times it 3 to 4 weeks. I just think it's so popular and good that they can't keep up with the demand.

I placed my order on Dec 16, 2019. I was like everyone else, waiting for the tracking number and looking for information to contact them . I sent emails but no response. Then on January 13, 2020, I got confirmation that my package was delivered. I thought it was taking so long because of the holidays but never heard anything from anyone.

I ordered products from this company in November 2019 and it is now January 2020 I have no product,the company never sent tracking number or anything,when I try to contact them(social media is the only way they will answer)they give smart remarks instead of trying to make this right.
Please stay away from this company.

I ordered on Dec. 28, 2019. Their US shipping policy is 3-5 days. Today is Jan. 25, 2020. No product arrived. I emailed them 3 times with no response.

Order XXXXX placed 12/28 has not shipped. Order confirmed 1/10. 1/21 told it should ship this week. It has not. I want the product or immediate refund
I ordered *** worth of product on 12/28 and it has not shipped. Horrible customer services that blames it on holiday shipping. Order not confirmed until 1/10 by site. No tracking number sent because it has NOT Shipped. 1/13 told order would ship in a week. 1/21 told order should ship this week. And again order has not shipped. This is approaching 30 days since the order was made. I want an immediate refund or the product. I'm not willing to wait any longer.

12/26/19 made an order a ship email came 1/8/20, but the pkg was sent . I contacted & they gave the same excuse of "holidays" Req. refund no response
My sister purchased the 6-1 Curl defining pudding for me online (order #***). The confirmation came stating to allow 7-10 business days to process and 3-5 days for holiday hours ( so we expected it to take a while). 1/8/2020 we received a USPS pre-ship label that only indicated it was created, but the product was never picked up. On 1/13/20 after contacting them about this they emailed saying "they experienced some delays due to the holiday shipping schedule. Your order is on its way....." 15 days later still not movement on the shipping or response from them when I told them that I preferred a "refund" at this point because even if I received the product and liked it the struggling to order it is not worth it. Attempts to chat online with item is futile I sat for an hour one and not responded back. I took a screenshot of that. Calling is just a voice mail.

Never received my order and money was taken. Order was placed on Jan 2nd!

I have reached out to Hollywood Hair Bar twice via email with no return email. I never received any tracking information! I feel like this is either a scam or they are really behind and have poor communication with their consumers. At this point I do not want the products I ordered I want a refund!

On 1.12.20 my order was confirmed and taken out of my husbands account I downloaded the app "arrive" as instructed and checked immediately to see if I could retrieve my tracking information but was not given one I waited a few days and was given the message that hollywood hair bar does not provide tracking information I emailed them and never got a response I emailed again and nothing happened again I commented on their Instagram account and my comments were deleted both times I finally messaged them on Instagram and nothing again it is now 1.22.20 and I have yet to hear anything except an automated message saying I will receive my package this week but it has been saying that since last week I have filed a complaint through my husbands credit card company in hopes to receive our money back I really was excited to try this product but I feel they are not capable of basic communication with consumers

I haven't received any response regarding my package.
I ordered 3 bottles of the hair growth serum on December 21st for *** order number ***. I have attempted contact via email, Instagram and Facebook to only not receive a response or a deleted post. I have been waiting over a month for even a confirmation number and haven't received that either. When placing the order it did not say anything about delayed delivery and once ordered my only email from them stated it would take 7-10 business days to receive my order since holidays they are backed up. Not including holidays or weekends it is well over 10 business days. I have tried asking for a refund or order confirmation with no response.

I have also logged onto Arrive, an app they say will contain my tracking information but it says order confirmed on January 3rd and says the company has not provided any tracking information.

I ordered a product since the 19th of December and I still have not received my product an it's now January 21st

I made an order with the Hollywoodhairbar on dec 16th 2019. .I have yet to receive any information on my order and I want to know when will I receive it I made an order on December 16th 2019 and haven't received any information upon my order. I got a tracking number by email and haven't heard back yet an the serum has not been received by the usps as of January 21st 2020. I just would like my order or to receive my money back. It's been over a month an the holidays are over.
