3 days ago from 7/17/2023. I spent $300.00 plus, to have my package arrive in as fast as possible. I got a email saying that, it's still in processing. I'm requesting a refund. The company is not providing Professional services. Not cool at all, this is why people can not be so trustworthy. Damn Scammers are everywhere!

I tried Hollywood hair bar serum in 2001 lost damn near all my hair try to get in touch with them by emailing them about their product never got an answer still struggling to grow hair back this day 7 /4 /2023 looking to sue soon as possible

I PLACED AN ORDER ON MAY 15TH,2023 NEVER RECEIVED THE PACKAGE. NOW ITS JUNE BEEN EMAILING THEM. WENT BACK AND FORTH IN EMAILS AND DID EVERYTHING THAT THEY ASKED AND THEN SOME FROM TALKING TO THE POST OFFICE, NEIGHBORS, MAIL MAN, ETC EVEN SHARED THIS WITH THEM VIA EMAIL STILL NOTHING THEY SEND ME A PIC SHOWING IT WAS DELIVERED. I EXPLAINED TO THEM AGAIN I DIDNT RECEIVE THE PRODUCT I PAID FOR NOR DID I GET A REFUND. I WILL KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND AS WELL AS TELLING AND REPORTING TO ALL I CAN. THIS DOESNT MAKE ANY SENSE. I WANT MY MONEY BACK. I COULD NOT EVEN GET ON THERE SITE TO DO A REVIEW. I WONDER DO THEY KNOW THAT GOD DON'T LIKE UGLY . IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD BUT, I HAD TO FILL THE REVIEW RATING WISH I COULD POST THE EMAILS.

I started with them and the product works but their prices are high and now their shipping times are atrocious. I won't be ordering from them again and no one else should either. The bigger they got the are cutting corners. I am about to do a TicTok against them they need to be stopped so they stop getting richer off innocent hard working people. I will be contacting the BBB to complain and whomever else I can think of and no company with prices this high should have a no refund policy they are robbing you from the beginning. I can't leave 0 stars so 1 is what I give.

They send out 40% or 30% off their products but in reality the discount is never what they claim. When I brought that out, they say products is already discounted and the 30 or 40 is a combine total discount…. Say what? Check the math before ordering!

I placed an order for a few products that cost over $120 total on January 31,2023. After receiving a confirmation email that my order was on it's way, I received another email on Feb 1, 2023 stating my order was being canceled and I didn't cancel it. After contacting support about it, I was told that there was an error in the system with placing the order and I'd be given a refund within 48 to 72 hours. It is now Feb 11, 2023 and I haven't received a refund, the product, or heard anything back from the support team. Not to mention that I placed a different order over $120 last summer and I never received the product at all. I wasn't given a refund or anything, just lost $120🤷🏽‍♀️. It's very frustrating at this point because all I want to do is purchase the product and actually see if it's a good oil to use. They keep sending emails and text messages with all these deals and trying to convince me to buy more but I can't get a reply from support about my refund or product for the order I placed on January 31. I'm very much unsatisfied 🧘🏽‍♀️

Company still sending out emails for code BLK40 as a 40% off discount while only taking off 30%….

Been a customer for a while…. They advertised a discount for 40% off a product but when I tried to use the code; discount was 30%. Mentioned that to them they said product is already discounted and it’s supposed to be only 30% more but the code and picture on ad clearly states 40…. When I went back to try again it said code didn’t work on that product but it worked on my friend computer but with the same 30% off….. do the math on discount before purchase people

I purchase their regrowth shampoo used it for the first time it made my hair hard and brittle also I purchased the Hollywood super grow hair balm and I read the ingredients which I should have read before buying it it has a lot of petroleum jelly and mineral oil as their first ingredient meaning that's the main ingredient which is bad for your hair it can cause your scalp to clog and you can potentially lose hair from using those two ingredients I do not recommend using any of their products they seem to be cheaply made and I've spent a total of $150 on their products which I'm throwing them all away

I have been a loyal customer for years with the hair company “Hollywood Hair Bar” I have spent over $800 on products due to the products being incredibly expensive. I did see improvement with hair growth so I continued with my support and faith until the big RED FLAG went up.

Today July 2022 this company is advertising 60% off the entire site. As I mentioned before I’m a loyal customer so I know the original prices and follow all the sales. I was very surprised once I received the multiple emails regarding the sale.

I went to the website and I was in complete SHOCK, they had inconceivable marked up the prices to extreme Heights as if they wasn’t already bad enough then pretend to drop them.

Ex. Their “Extra Hair Growth Serum 8oz” original $149.99 was displayed as $169.99. The $169.99 was crossed out to show the so called new sale item $149.99 which was the original price for years including literally two weeks before this 60% off sale.
They added this markup Sale and another code “Summer 60” which gives you an extra 30% off on the mark up prices.
Hollywood Hair Bar is advertising 60% off which in actuality the sale is 30% off, the same Sale they been had on and off For 5 months straight.

I used the Code “Summer 30” which gives you 30% off and code “Summer 60” which also gives you only 30% off.

I reached out to customer service and they had no explanation.

I showed them proof of the original prices and showed them how they marked up the prices just to hide under the 30% Sale they had going on for months. They pretend it’s a new Sale in all Reality it’s the same old one, trying to trick the new and old customers.

I added photos. The Last photo shows the original price before the markup, and I have many of those photos from different purchases showing this original price.

Please stay away from this SCAM!

The CEO *** Rose is a joke. Her growth serum doesn't work and arrived to me broken. When reaching out via email to get a refund, I was told no by the team. I commented my experience under an Instagram ad for the growth serum and the CEO went all crazy commenting under my IG photo calling me a hater and how I'm just trying to tarnish her company's image. She gloats that she's a millionaire but what millionaire can't afford a social media team to answer customer complaints? She can't even afford a billing department because she stated to use the third party company they partner with to file a claim. Well I already spoke with PayPal and I'll be seeing that refund sooner than later with no help from that company. Their business practices are shady and not that of a multi million dollar company. No matter how much the CEO brags about it, she herself and her company do not act professional whatsoever and soon enough their business will fail just as quick as it started.

SO I BUY THIS THINKING IT WILL HELP ONLY TO FIND OUT MY HAIR SHRIVALED UP AND CAME OUT.. I USE TO HAVE A PUFF NOW AFTER USING THIS PRODUCT I DNT HAVE *** TO PUT IN A *** PUFF.. THESE COMPANY NEED TO BE PUT OUT OF BUSINESS FALSE ADVERTISING. THEN ON THE COMMERCIALS THEY SHOW YOU SOMETHING TOTALLY DIFFERENT FROM WHAT YOU GET IN THE MAIL. THT U WILL GET BOTH HONEY MOISTURIZER THAT LOOKS LIKE "HONEY" INCLUDING THE HONEY CONDITIONER. BUT IT DOES NOT COME LIKE THT. ONE LOOKS LIKE HONEY WHICH IS THE SHAMPOO BUT THE CONDITIONER LOOKS LIKE REGULAR CONDITIONER AND NOT HONEY LIKE THEY SHOW US.

Apparently someone hacked into my accounts and used my card to make a purchase. Then they even used my email address and emailed these people. low and behold, I told them this was not me and I do not want their product well no response. I called my credit card company and blocked the transaction but that's not the bad part. I would of let the transaction go through but they charged the person twice the amount stated. I saw an email copy from their response and they are downright thieves. I saw their reviews so I would definitely never order from them but dam. I hope something is done about them because no matter how good your product is, if you are running a fraudulent business then you will crash and burn.

Saw their AD on FB and wanted to try. I ordered the product and once I got email I noticed and error with my apartment #. I sent an email right away for them to correct and was told no they can't. Mind you , this is a brand new order and tracking has not been created. After a few emails of getting nowhere, I asked to cancel for refund. They then replied no refund. What a lack of customer service!! This is why I never order from these types of business but wanted to give them a try. Judging from alot of these complaints I now see what they're all about. I will be contacting my bank once the charge is posted.

What I ordered was not at price advertised. I overpaid at regular price when it was to be at a reduced price.
I was getting three items one at two for $45 something regular price. But it charged me $49.66. Another order of the serum was priced at a fraction of the price advertised at $18 something. For the edge control your company charged me the full price of $45.50, and it should've been discounted at $11.90 but it charged me $13.90, your company charged me a total $109.06. Way over what it should be. I would like receive a refund on all except the main order which was the friendship order of two serums at $45 + s/h. Can you please resolve this matter expeditiously. I would truly appreciate it.
I was trying to give you a play but I don't want to be overcharged when it says one thing. It that is too much to ask just give me a full refund.

The item I ordered was never shipped and I would like a refund.
I ordered a Steam Flat Iron for $96.00 and another item on March 14, 2020. I received the other item but never received the Steam Flat Iron. I emailed HHB several times asking when I would receive the rest of my order and they told me it would be shipped soon. On May 14, 2020 I asked that they please refund me the $96 dollars. They responded saying "I cannot accept any cancellation or refund requests as all sales are final" .. I responded saying I didn't cancel my order, it arrived incomplete. It was NEVER shipped and for them to please read my previous emails. I also asked for them to please explain why this circumstance don't justify me getting a refund. They stopped responding to my emails after that.

Why are y'all writing Revdex.com? They won't DO anything! Call your credit card companies and refuse to pay!!! Or go online with the credit card's BANK and open up a DISPUTE for the amount they want you to pay. If y'all do that it'll flood these scammers with complaints they have to answer before they can get THEIR money from the credit card company!!
If you used PayPal, do the same thing!!! Start a dispute!! Their policy is to NOT PAY these scammers until you say you got your product in satisfactory condition. And if they already paid, they'll take the money back from the scammer's PP account and put it back in yours.
Let the CC companies and PayPal do the legwork. That's what they're getting that 3 or 4% for!!!

I asked about the wait on my product as I had ordered 2 weeks before I asked. I left a comment on an Instagram ad the company posted. I got a response, but the next lady sent me a comment and was met with rudeness and attitude. For a company with as many sales, you'd think they'd work on their customer service, but half of the interactions I've seen with them were either condescending and undetected or straight up attitude and they need to work on their manners.

I ordered from Hollywood Hair Bar on March 26th, 2020 I Ordered 1 bottle of hair hair regrowth serum,1 super grow revitalizing balm and a one-step hair dryer and styler. I received everything but the styler. I emailed them over 10 times, I called to only get a recording saying email them, However I need get an email stating all sales are final and no refunds. I even texted to see if I can get something else instead and no response. I reached out to the sponsor ***, no response from her but she instead got on my face book page and put angry faces on my pictures which I find is very immature. I do have proof of everything as well. All I want is my money back and I will never do business with them again. I really believe they do not have that product because if they were out they could have said so. I don't have money to give away like that. very bad business.

I havent had any of the unfortunate situations as I've seen in the other reviews. My packages came as expected and the product really has strengthened my hair and has my edges healthy again. I use minimal amounts because the product is potent and it tells you not to over use. Im satisfied with the results but I want them to correct the customer service situation. Its not a good look and everyone I recommend this product to reads the reviews and don't wanna try it anymore.
