I have experienced the same issue I have placed an order 15 days ago and I have not received any information regarding my order. I have tried to contact the company multiple times and multiple ways but I have not been able to get in contact with anyone. my money is wasted. this company should be allowed to sale anything.

This company does not respond to emails and I want my money back. I ordered my product almost 3 weeks ago and no one has responded to the whereabouts of my order.

I ordered my hair serum on 12/13/2019 for $51.63 and have not received a tracking number or any notification about my order. It's now 12/ 21/ 2019 . I have contacted them on Facebook, email etc.. and still no response. I would like a full refund or better the hair serum that was purchased.

Hollywood Hair Bar is steady ripping of consumers. They advertise hair products and ask you to pay with PayPal. After they withdraw your money from your account they do not send the merchandise. This should be report to the Los Angeles Police Department. And also the give the fake phone number that they have online. Everyone that they have ripped off should also report them and take them out of this fraudulent business.

I ordered over *** dollars worth of product from this company since December 5th 2019 and still have yet to recieve it or hear a response from anyone
I placed an order for a little over 150 dollars on December 5th, 2019 and have yet to recieve or get a response back from the company. Someone from the company was texting me trying to offer discounts, but when I messaged her about my products, she sent me a response telling me to contact them through email- which I did, and also tried several attempts on their website, to no avail- and the young lady now will not respond to my text messages. Ijust would like my monies back and do not want their stuff again!!!

This place if it's really a business is scanning innocent people out of their hard earned money. They get your money and then don't reply to any of your calls. And if they do they give you the run around. They will email you a shipping label a if they are going to send you the product. Buyer beware the might just be sending you plain water.

I made an order over the phone with Hollywood hair bar on Sunday, November 10 I canceled Monday morning which was a holiday 12 November 2019 I have called them I've emailed them I've text him several times I've left messages I've also contacted them with my bank they still wouldn't answer no messages received I just want to refund I canceled the order 24 hours ahead of time

I ordered a hair growth serum from this company. I didn't receive any sort of tracking number or conformation until almost a week after I placed my order. I contacted the company numerous times to follow up and to get some information about my order. The individual I was in correspondence with, was very rude and unprofessional. I just wanted some clarification as to when I would receive my product When I wasn't getting any sort of response back, I requested to have a refund. Then I was sent an email with my tracking number. At that point I didn't want the product anymore and requested a refund. My request was denied and I was basically blown off by the business. I threatened legal action. The business was giving me the run around and ignored my messages after that. I received the product today. The bottle is a lot smaller then it is depicted on the website. I'm not happy at all with the service I received.
