I ordered the Hollywood hair bar. To use on my hair but I never received it.
I ordered it 1/2/20 and I waited for it to arrive. It never came but they took my money off of my card. All I want is my products. If I can't get it can you please give me my money back. Because I been trying for a while to get in touch with Hollywood hair but I couldn't. So I thought it was a scam. So please can somebody send me something.

I just want my products and keep doing business with them

I ordered a hair serum online and was sent an empty bottle. The oil did not spill during shipment, the bottle was completely empty at all times.

Desired Outcome

I initially offered to have the company send me a new bottle of hair serum in exchange for the empty bottle that was orginally sent. Now, due to the lack of responsiveness, I demand an immediate refund of the total cost including shipping.

I TRIED TO REACH OUT TO THE COMPANY SEVERAL TIMES NO RESPONSE.I ONLY GET AN AUTO RESPONSE.

These people never respond to emails or calls but be right on social media and their prices are very expensive, I don't care how good your products are, if I can't get a response about my order, it's a No for me!! They are rude, they be on social media advertising their products, but Soon as you ask them to check on your order they blocked you and screenshot it to your messenger, to tell you your being rude, but can't answer questions about my order! Never again! Don't care if your products the bomb..it took a whole month for one 2 oz bottle for 48 dollars! Never again!!!

On 12/10/2019 I ordered from Hollywood Hair Bar hair care products and never received them nor was I given a refund when requested.

1/27/2020 - I sent email and called their number listed on website and voicemail is full. They never answer either goes straight to voicemail. Trying to get a response on my request for my product or refund.

The same message saying order is on the way. It still appears as if the shipment is waiting at the post office. The just need to send me my product or issue refund .
The later being my preference REFUND my MONEY. ***

The post office shows it is awaiting the item and a shipping label only was created but not shipped nor presented to be shipped.

This is ridiculous.

This company has not returned calls, emails or any methodof contact regarding an order I paid for but never received the product.
I placed over a month and a half ag and have not received the product or a shipping date as of today. Me trying to handle the matter with the company one on one continues to yeild no results. I placed a $100+ order in December 30, 2019 with Hollywood Hair Bar for a steam straightener and hair balm (order #XXXXX). I still as if today, February 12, 2020 still have yet to receive the most expensive product. I received a partial order today fir just the hair balm but the straightener is still not here. Ive tried on multiple attempts through phone and email to contact fir an update, which after weeks of no actual information turned into attempts to cancel the order ands get my miney refunded. Every time I reach out to cancel the order and requeat a refund, I get an automated system or an email with the order number as if I don't already know that information. I want the remainder of the order cancelled and I want refunded for the hair straightener I have yet to receive and has not even shipped yet. Every effort and complaint has fallen on deaf ears of this company and I do not agree with how I am treated as a paying customer.

Have made contact several ways. Placed order on the 10th of december. 2 months later still nothing... I've never waited 2 months to receive anything.
2 months later.... Placed an order on the 10th of december 2019 still have not recieved what I purchased. I have made contact with the business they messenger on facebook and the response is always next week next week. I've tried numerous times to call their business and only a recording comes on. No on picks up the phone and u can bot leave a message. I would love the product I ordered to be delivered or a refund. Payment was recieved immediately my order should've been shipped immediately.

The order is still in preshipment status after 30 days.
I placed an order on 12/18/19.***. This tracking shows the order is still in pre-shipping. When will the order be shipped? My order has not shipped it is still in pre-shipment. Please just cancel my order and refund my money. It has been 2 months and you have said the order was going to ship twice through dm and email and it hasn't.

I order the hair regrowth serum in the 2ounces and I received the 1 ounce.
I order the larger bottle of the serum in the 2 ounces and received the 1 ounce bottle and I email them and told me that I had the 2 ounces when the bottle says 1 ounce.

Paid for item and the company never sent the product
On Saturday November *** I placed an order on Hollywood hair bar online site for their hair growth serum which they *** my account on November 25th 2019 for *** I received my order # *** as well as a tracking email. After several attempts to track my order after a week and seeing it never left the companies store/warehouse I called the company and was told it was on its way very rudely. I waited another another week still nothing. I've contacted the company several times and now it's going on 3 months and I still haven't received the product nor a refund that I asked for. This is the worse customer service I have ever received from any company. When you call their number it's an automated system that says the item will be shipped by Saturday. No one answers the phones. I've also contacted them by messenger and the last reply I received was on Jan 22,2020 stating my order would be here by the following week and they apologize for the delay but yet I still have not received my order. I just want my money back and to never do business with this company again!! I have all messages still on my phone from the company which implicates I purchased the product and I have my statement showing they debited my account.

I've been waiting for my product that I ordered two months ago.
I placed an order on December 18, 2019, Order # *** for *** I received an email with USPS tracking number on January 8, 2020 but sill have not received my product as February 9, 2020. I have communicated with this company via Facebook messenger to no avail. The email on their website does not respond to inquiries. I find that 2 months of waiting regardless of Christmas sales being on an uptick.

Absolutely the worst business I've ever encountered. Doesn't even deserve one star. There is absolutely no contacting this company. I ordered product on December 25 and didn't receive until February 5. And it took them that long to send me the incorrect order. I realize that "the fish stinks from the head". So the person that runs this company must truly reek by now. I am attempting to contact the fulfillment company (Medallion Fulfillment and Logistics) to seek an answer to this snafu. We should all light up their phone lines.

I placed my order with the company December 18th. The website says free 3 days to shipping. I didn't receive a shipping notice until January 8th, after contacting them twice. The tracking information stated that a label had been created with USPS and they were waiting on the item to arrive to a mail facility. I have called, emailed, and tried to chat with the company several times asking for a status on the order or a refund. I constantly see the company on social media stating they are shipping out 7,000 orders daily. Needless to say my order was too hot one of them. It is February and I have not received anything yet. I have been seeing alot of people with this same issue and also people stating the company is a scam.

Upon checking my bank has credited me for these charges. I would like to close the case.

I am requesting my paid items be delivered or I would like a full refund.
I placed an order on Dec 29th and I have not receieved my order. My order number is *** and it was for some hair oil. The money was taken from my bank account on Dec 30th. I have emailed them several times with no information as to when my order will ship. I have been on their website and Facebook page and several customers have reported they had placed orders after I have and they have already received their order. The website states that all sales are final however I feel like they stole my money and are running a scam operation.

The issue was resolved. As soon as I filed through Revdex.com I received an email stating my item was being shipped.

Bought items on website since 01/19/20 haven't received them yet.
I bought items on *** it'll almost be two weeks since and the product hasn't shipped. I wish I had checked Revdex.com before purchasing from them, I would have never made that purchase. This is the first time I bought something off an online ad and it's disappointing.
They've sent me the same generic messages they've posted here after much pestering and said my product would ship this week, still nothing.
What's more annoying is that they keep placing more ads and collecting payments from people, what sort of dingy business is this?

They finally shipped my product on Saturday and I got it today.

I placed my order online via the Hollywood Hair Bar website on 23Jan20. I received an order confirmation email very soon afterwards. On Monday, 27Jan20 I received an automated text message stating my order would ship this week and I would receive a email shipping confirmation with tracking number. I did not receive an email a shipping confirmation email or tracking number. I have email the company requesting a full refund be credited back to my card used for payment. I have received no reply. I tried to contact the company via PayPal however, the company contact information has been removed from the PayPal site. I then called the phone number listed in the Terms of Service section of the company website. The phone number is a recording stating if you are calling about your order it will ship this week and you will receive an confirmation email with tracking number...same as the automated text message I received. I am requesting a full refund. I have not received my purchase and this is not the type of company I want to do business with. ORDER #***.

I ordered by product for the hair serum on 12/28/19. I too sent numerous emails regarding my product not be delivered. I dont have my product.
I ordered the hair regrowth serum large bottle - order # *** recieved confirmed email on 12/28/19 same date the product was purchased. The email stated allow 7-10 days. I waited for the product it never came. I sent several emails on the following
dates: January 13,2020 stating that I had not recieved my product. I received an email back from the company regarding a delay because of the Christmas Holidays. But that my order was on the way. Waited emails were sent on Jan.20, and 28th of 2020 no response or product. No one should have to contact a company that many times to get a product that they have paid for in good faith expecting the company to send what they promised to deliver. You can't effectively see if the product works, unless the product is sent to you in a timely fashion and on continuous bases, so one can find out the benefits of the product .

I prefer having the product and want an assurance that if I should to decide to order in the future that my product will be delivered. I will never again order during the Holiday season. And I would like to know when are the best times to order the product to prevent having this issue again.And if it can't be resolved I am requesting a full refund.

This company communication is only via email or telephone. They are not customer friendly if you have issues with there product.I
