I placed an order on 12/26/19 and still have no received the product or a shipping confirmation. The company is now not responding to any messages.
I placed an order on 12/26/19 (order #***) and still have not received the product. I attempted to call with no success as there is an automatic recording and the voicemail is full. I have emailed them on 1/1/2020, 1/3/2020 and 1/24/2020 with no response. I have reached out via Facebook and Instagram private messages and was informed multiple times that my order would arrive "this week" as recent as last week and still no order. I have not received a shipping confirmation however the money was deducted from my account. When I requested to cancel the order and have a refund I was told there are no refunds given the nature of the product even though the product has not shipped. Messages on Instagram and Facebook are now being ignored

Desired Outcome

I would like the product to be delivered ASAP since the business now offers "overnight shipping" according to their website this should not be an issue. If the product cannot be delivered ASAP I would like a FULL REFUND.

The package was delivered on 2/8/2020 with the incorrect products. I ordered and paid for the "Extra Strength Growth Serum" but I received "Regular Strength Growth Serum". I have attempted to contact the business multiple times regarding the matter with no response. I will not place any future orders with this business. Thank you Revdex.com for your assistance.

So sad because I had high hope's for this company and product. I ordered on December 18th, 2019 and when New Year's came and left and I still had yet to hear back and also that my order hadn't shipped, I assumed the holidays had them swamped. I've sent many emails and I've made many phone calls... No reply. No answer. Now its February and I never got an any form of feedback from any human being in this company. Not even on Facebook. And I'm out $51. So disappointed but also infuriated.

Same as everyone else. I placed my order December 18th- received a mailing notice January 8th telling me order was on its way and still today NOTHING. I've been emailing, IM on FB and calling and the response was "We have experienced some delays in order processing and shipping due to our company going VIRAL over the Holiday Season! Your order is on its way. It will ship this week. Please look out for your tracking email any day now. " I responded saying did you not read my original email I got that email 2 weeks ago. I wish I had researched before I spent my $113. This is ridiculous!! Send me the product or REFUND me my money!!!

The company never sent the product I paid for and they won't respond to my emails are texts.

Ordered 2 items and no shipping information or customer service to provide a solution.
I ordered the growth serum and the Mango Shea hair/body butter on 1/4/2020. I used Arrive to track the items on 1/10/2020 the order was confirmed now 1/31/2020 no item, no return emails no phone calls or follow up. I contacted via email several times on 1/24/2020 and twice on 1/26/2020 before receiving an email on 1/29/20 after mentioning the Revdex.com will be contacted. At this point they send me a link stating the only information they have is my order was received and I would receive a follow up email when the order was ready. This was the same thing I received when I purchased and the same thing I received when I was contacted by Arrive on 1/10 /2020. On Arrive it states no tracking information was provided by Hollywood Hair Bar. I spent *** and have not received even a courtesy call about why my shipment is taking so long. They promote customer service but no one even answers a phone just a message. The address that is posted on the site have to search for and is different then the phone and address on this site. As stated in the email I sent to them on 1/29/2020, I shop online in Los Angeles and it never takes more than 7-10 business days and runs even quicker on the holidays. This is poor business ethics, no professionalism and false advertising from product to services.

Ordered a 3 step extra strength regrowth kit from Hollywood Hair Bar. I have never received the product.
Ordered the 3 step extra regrowth kit from Hollywood Hair Bar. On December 29th after five weeks received text on December 29, 2019 that my order was being shipped. To this date I have never received the order. I have sent several emails and even called and no response. I would like my money returned.

I ordered Hair Regrowth Serum- Extra Strength 2oz Large Bottle. Ordered December 5,2019.They received payment the same day. About 1 1/2 month later I received a package with one 1oz bottle in it. Enclosed was paper stating that my full order was enclosed which was not true. I have emailed ,called left messages never being able to talk to anyone. I have tried so many times to resolve this issue with no response.

I still haven't received the reminder of my order as of yet. I recieved an email saying they will send it to me and I still haven't received it.

I placed an order on Dec. 17, 2019. I only received 1/2 of my order. I have contacted the company via phone, email and social media with no response.
I placed an order on Dec. 17, 2019 totaling to *** Only half of the items I ordered were delivered on Jan. 13, 2020. My confirmation number is #XXXXX. The missing items total to $58.00 plus the *** shipping fee I paid. I am missing the Hair ReGrowth Serum - Best Friend Kit. I used a Visa credit card and had listed for the items to be shipped to *** I have access to track the remaining items for my package and it states a shipping label was created on Dec, 23, 2019, however it has not been shipped. I contacted the company via phone, email and social media (both direct message and comments under posts). My final attempt to contact them was on Jan.19, 2020. This package was supposed to be a gift for my mother for Christmas, who suffers from hair loss. No one from the company has reached out to me or responded to any of my attempts to get in touch with them. February is now approaching and I have no products and haven't received a refund for my loss.

On 12/22/19, I placed an order for products with Hollywood Hair Bar on its website. To date, I have not received the order.
On 12/22/19, I placed Order #XXXXX on Hollywood Hair bar's website for 4 Hair ReGrowth serum, totaling $99.96. It was charged to my card and payment was processed to Hollywood Hair bar that same day. I received an email from Hollywood confirming the order on 12/22/19 and indicating to allow up to 7 to 10 business days to receive my order. Depending on the holidays, orders may be delayed a few more days. I would receive notification when the order has been shipped. On 1/9/20, I emailed Hollywood at the provided customer service email address *** for a status of my order. I got no response. I waited again and on January 24, 2020, I again emailed Hollywood hair bar at the above email address for a status of my order. I got no response. On 1/24/20, I went to their facebook page and I called the number on the page XXX-XXX-XXXX. The recording indicated that "all orders would be shipping on Saturday if you didnt receive your order as yet." I was not able to leave a message as it indicated the mailbox was full. Saturday passed and I did not get any notification as to my order. On 1/27/20, I called the face book number again to see if there were any further updates as to orders not received. The same recording came on indicating that all orders will be shipped out on Saturday. The recording advises the public to email customer service at the gmail address and that they would get back to you as soon as possible. Customer service still has not answered any of my emails. I have not received any information on shipping despite the order was paid for on 12/22/19.

Desired Outcome

I would like rapid delivery of my products. If not, then i would like a full refund of my order, $99.96.

After the complaint was filed with Revdex.com and submitted to Hollywood hair, I received a text message on 1/31/20 that my order was shipped. A few days after, I received my Order in the mail. Thank you for your assistance in getting my order. The matter is resolved. Thanks.

I ordered 2 bottles on the 19th of December and I haven't received nothing
I ordered 2 bottles of the regrowth serum on the 19th December and have yet to receive a tracking # or products. I called them around the end of December and got the recording about the shipping delays due to the holidays and waited another 2 weeks still nothing so I emailed them a little over a week ago again no products, no type of tracking # or info or no response at all.

My products or my money refunded as fast as you took it out of my account I would like it back in there the same.

The company responded and sent products out but it was not what was ordered which I was supposed to receive 2 4oz bottles of regrowth serum and I ended up with what looks to be 2 half oz. bottles. I am very disappointed with this company and they never have to look forward to me dealing with them again.

I ordered hair oil on 1/17. The funds were taken from my PayPal account on 1/17. Still no email confirmation or product.

The customer service phone number provides a general message stating to send an email for any questions and someone will respond "immediately." I have yet to receive a response. These products are very expensive. Tons of five-star reviews all over the website. I don't believe it. Very poor customer service. I paid for a product, and I do not have it. Pops from this appear constantly while on intagram. There is even a post on IG stating the company is fake.

Have sent at least six emails and four live chat sessions ( on their website) to get a status on my refund for part of an order I never received.
Order no XXXXX was only partially filled. Ordered hair serum and mango shea butter on Dec 31, 2019. Never received mango shea butter. Have sent at least 6 emails requesting update to order then requested to cancel remaining part of order and get a refund from of the rest of the order. I have called at least 4 times but only get a voice message saying orders are being shipped all the time. There has been no response at all from this company to address the status of my order or my refund. Very disappointed with the nonexistent customer service.

I would like a refund of my money for unfulfilled order XXXXX about *** plus tax. Getting the mango shea butter would be the alternative.

The company sent email on 7 Feb 20 stating the final part of my order was being shipped. I immediately responded via email to not ship item because I had sent 4 previous emails stating I wanted to cancel my order and wanted a refund for the shea butter. Received no response to my email. On Monday or Tuesday 10 or 11 Feb received the shea butter. It was in horrible condition. No shrink wrap or labeling with ingredients. Opened and it looked like it has been used. I took it to post office to return but sales receipt says no returns and the sales date on the receipt had been changed from 1 or 2 dec 19 when I originally ordered. I do not accept the horrible product they sent. I have idea what they put in this product but I will not use it. Taking a sample to a lab to have it tested for harmful products and bacteria. Never will order from this company again. Will try to upload pictures. I have kept all emails to this company if I can upload the I will. Thank you Revdex.com for following up.

I have reached out to the company regarding the status of my purchase, three time by email, twice by phone. The last email I sent on 1/23/20, I requested my money back that they already took out of my account. I have not heard back from hollywood hair yet regarding the issue. I would like my money back. Their website says that all orders will be processed within 7 days. I should have received my product by now and I feel I have been patient and nice enough about them taking my money and not sending my product. The order number is ***.

Hollywood hair responded by sending the product I ordered. It wasnt the results I wanted but, case van be closed. I just wont order from them again.

I ordered Hollywood Hair Bar on 12/29/2019 my total was 61.49 billed my credit card .
I ordered from this company, they billed my credit card for 61.49 seems like the next day and I have yet to receive my product or a return or a email or anything from this company. I called and have sent at least four different emails and still not response, they have a preference recorded message that all orders were shipped and sent out and Saturday all orders should be received by next week it is the end of January and it still has not been received. If you are going to offer a product to millions of people make sure you have it available to be sent out once the order has been placed. If you are not going to send it then credit my credit back.

I noticed that your voicemail started saying that orders were shipping out on Saturday the 18th on Friday of last week. I never received shipping confirmation with tracking and I also sent an email inquiring about my order on Jan 3rd and still have not received a response. I am very concerned about this because I ordered my product on 12/27. IT HAS ALMOST BEEN AN ENTIRE MONTH! Can I get an update today?

I would like to receive my product prior to my Feb 6th trip now that I have braids in my hair. I even called today and the same voice mail was there saying that I should have received tracking information by today.......I HAVE NOTHING. I also find it very funny that the voicemail states that they have new customer service that will respond to email immediately.
