I am rejecting this response because:
Unfortunately that statement regarding the policy on mounting wheels purchased elsewhere is not accurate. The clause referenced was added to the site after this complaint was lodged and appears to contradict what is stated on the previous paragraph on that same page and what I have been told previously from town fair tire employees when purchasing tires from them
per the website: ***
"It's almost the winter season and that means it's time to swap out your summer or all-season tires for reliable winter tires. As a valued customer at Town Fair Tire, you are entitled to our free lifetime winter tire changeover service Whether you buy your tires with us or not, this service is still completely free for you."
The sentence that was just recently added to their site states:
(excludes New Tires and / or Wheels not purchased from us)
How does this newly added clause align with the previous statement "whether you buy your tires with us or not"

I am rejecting this response because:The tires were not swapped out to my satisfactionBecause I was not able to return either of the winter tire packages I had bought (despite stated "day Satisfaction Guarantee" and separately advertised "free day test drive"), the only options I was given were to swap the tires on one of the cars to another, more expensive set of winter tiresOn the other car I was told that no other winter tires were available for the car (despite winter tires of that size being listed as available on the company website)Given this, and our dissatisfaction with the originally purchased tires (in our experience with them, they have been unsafe) I switched to more expensive all season tiresNote that I did not want all season tires, but that I was told repeatedly that I could not switch the tires for any other winter tiresIn no way do I consider either of these switches to be satisfactory In both cases I do not believe this Satisfaction Guarantee was honored because I was not allowed to return the tire packages or any part of themThis is even more so in the case of the 2nd car where the store could/would not offer to switch the tires for any other winter tires (again, despite winter tires being shown as available in the size required for my car)Please let me return the tire packages I have purchased from Town Faire Tire and refund the money that I have paid

We sincerely apologize that *** *** was dissatisfied with his alignment serviceWe do our best to get all vehicles within specSometimes limitations of adjustments or where the other adjustments are sitting limit how far into
specification each angle can be brought inHowever with every alignment we guarantee the vehicle will drive straight and tires will where as evenly as the manufacturer's specification will allowAt this point we will gladly refund *** *** for the alignment we will use the address he has provided on his invoice.

I am rejecting this response because:
For one thing, I didn't receive the letter mentioned until weeks after it was promised to meI received a voice mail from *** at Town Fair on May 11, 2015 asking me to call back so that I could provide her with my address after I had already confirmed all of my information with Mr*** on April I am attaching the post marked envelope belowThis continues to prove to me that Town Fair could care less about my business or repairing the damage they did to my vehicleIn addition, I find it odd that Town Fair replaced the tire that was being repaired on April just weeks prior on April and never mentioned that the cap was at all looseI also added air to the tire about hour prior to taking my vehicle to Town Fair and noticed nothing out of the ordinary with the cap in questionI find it odd that they waited until my truck was done to tell my wife that the rim "fell off" instead of letting her know immediately that there was an issueTown Fair has a sign in the *** location that indicates that they want their customers to be 100% satisfied with their experience and to let the manager know so that they can ensure that the customer is satisfiedI guess this only applies when it's a cheap and easy fix?
I understand that Town Fair claims that they are offering to pay for half of the cost of a new rim to me as a courtesy, however, if they could prove that they did not damage my vehicle why would they offer anything at all? The only resolution I will be satisfied with is the entire cost of a new rim

This is the first this office is hearing of the issue. Our policy with studs is if the stud breaks while the nut is being removed we are not responsible because it is either from wear and tear or improper installation. If the stud breaks when we are reinstalling the...

nut we cover it because we may have not installed it correctly. If it broke coming off the customer should have been explained at the time.
