Complaint: [redacted]
With thanks to [redacted] for his response, I need more information on the offer before I can accept or reject it. Exactly which tires is the company offering to replace my tires with ([redacted]?) and is the company offering to refund the extra $252.38 I was charged to switch to all season tires (since no winter tire options were available)?  If those are the replacement tires in questions they seem to be substantially cheaper than the tires currently on my car ([redacted]).

Terrible customer service!!!! Was absolutely ignored, it was like I was invisible!!! 5 people on line behind me all muttering how bad this place is! They never even said, just another minute or sorry for the wait. I was never even acknowledged. Firestone is right down the street. They were very helpful and polite.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 9971741, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. Seth told me it will take approximately 2 weeks to complete the refund and other documents pertaining to the guarantee's and rebate form from Michelin. If all documents are received within the time frame this complaint will be resolved satisfactorily.

I received the promised form and took it to the Town Fair dealer from whom I purchased the tires.  They helped me locate and record the correct registration number to submit to the tire recall notification agency.

We are aware of this issue with [redacted]. I spoke with the store and had the inventory checked. Unfortunately there is no record of the tire being returned or the extra tire in inventory. At this point because we cannot determine one way or the other...

dealt with was polite and professional the entire time. The one thing the associate did wrong was mention a prior issue and I have addressed this with the store. I also offered to honor [redacted] price in any of our stores and we are still willing to do so.

This is the first we are hearing for Mr. [redacted] issue. Unfortunately a ripped or gashed tire is the result of a road hazard  That particular tire we don't offer a free road hazard on. It would have been offered as an option at the...

time of purchase. Mr. [redacted] opted not to purchase the warranty. [redacted] doesn't cover any road hazard at all regardless of time. Their manufacturer's warranty covers workmanship only. As for our 30 day test drive the tires must be returned undamaged in exchange for a different set. At this point we will gladly replace the tire as a one time courtesy however it would be up to Mr. [redacted] to purchase the road hazard if he would like the coverage.Sincerely,
