I did speak with Rich but did not receive an email from him. I will take the vehicle to anyone of his recommended locations within his company besides the Nashua location located on Daniel Webster Highway. The only way I will accept this is that I do not have have to pay one dime out of my pocket for the same exact tire and labor costs needed for the new tire and adjustments. If he agrees to this I will also reflect the service that was done all reviews I have posted. Please advise a time and location I can get this done.

I am rejecting this response because:
All 4 wheels were referred to at the store after the vehicle was serviced. All 4 wheels show the same character and extent of damage.
During previous negotiations, Town Fair Tire - [redacted]nformed me of the autobody shop at which they usually do business. I went to the autobody shop for an appraisal/estimate. They recommended that all the wheels should be refinished, and said that it would cost $125 to $150 per wheel.

We apologize for Mr. [redacted] issue he is having with the wheel. We don't feel the damage was done at our shop. The wheel in question has a chrome cladded plastic façade glued to it. The glue let go and the entire cap is off of the wheel as a whole. If the cap was pried off by one of our...

techs it would be broken or cracked where it was attempted to pry off the cap. As promised a letter was mailed to  Mr. [redacted]  on 4/29 the day we spoke. I have attached a copy of the letter. We offered the 50% coverage strictly as a courtesy because we value Mr. [redacted] as a customer and we still stand by that offer. However we would not be able to take responsibility for the wheel given it's condition.Sincerely,

We are aware of the unfortunate incident that occurred with [redacted] 's vehicle. We apologize for any inconvenience that she has experienced. However after an investigation of the incident by us and our insurance company we are unable to take responsibility for 2...

reasons. The first being it is an industry standard for all dual rear axel vehicles to return for a torque check after service. We ask that our customers with these vehicles return at 25 miles after service and again at 500 miles. The rear wheels on these types of vehicles are notorious for coming loose. The store made Ms. [redacted]  of this procedure and she acknowledges that she did not return for the first re-torque and planned on coming in for the second mileage torque check though she was over the mileage for that check as well.  The second reason is we are not the last party to touch the vehicle. Ms. [redacted] had stated that another shop did an inspection on the vehicle after we serviced it and she had assumed that they checked the torque for her. Also during to inspect the brakes on that type of vehicle, the rear wheels on at least one side would need to be removed.  So with that said though we do apologize for the issue Ms. [redacted] experienced with her truck however we are unable to take responsibility for the issue. We sincerely apologize for Mr. [redacted] extended wait at the store. We have been offering appointments for over 5 years. Appointments are taken as priority and go to the front of the line for service when they arrive. The associate at the store should have...

explained this to Mr. [redacted] when he was taken in and offered an appointment if the wait was too long.. The associate should have also taken into account for the appointments when he gave the estimated wait time. We have addressed this with the store to prevent  again in the future. Mr. [redacted] had also emailed us directly and responded to his concerns. We are sending him a $50.00 [redacted] card as we had promised him to the address he provided. since we offer it as a free service. We will refund her $50.00 for t he changeover and inconvenience. We will use the address provided by the Revdex.com. Also we will gladly get her TPMS sensors at cost and install them for free.

I tried to let you know that my father and I went into town fair tire with the original recipient  and the clerk looked for the tire and it was found on the shelving unit and he said he would send the paperwork in for a refund he said that the other clerk never put it into the system that the tire was returned and apologized..... so hopefully this is all resolved.

At this point I would like to have another one of our stores inspect the vehicle and see if the 2 tires were installed. As previously stated we will gladly refund Mr. NeJame the $7.95 he was charged. As for future repairs all [redacted] would have to do is decline the additional services. However we will supply a letter along with the refund authorizing the balancing and TPMS core replacement with the repair of his tire at no charge on this vehicle only. This will not include any issues stemming from a TPMS sensors or system resets as they are not part of the tire or wheel. [redacted] would just need to contact Me at ###-###-#### to arrange the refund.
