I ordered a garden kneeler from this company approximately 2 months ago. They charged it to my Capital One mastercard on July 3rd. I have sent them at least 4 emails and they would not respond. I would like a refund or my merchandise.

I placed my order July 1,20. It's not Aug 10. Tried to contact this company via email twice to request a refund, no response. The phone number given on the website is never available. Where is the customer service?

Have not received product ordered on 5/20/20, after multiple emails, with little to no response.
On 5/20/20, I ordered 10 Brass keys and a gold mask. I received a tracking number that the items were on their way. I only received the brass keys. I contacted the store the mask didn't come, they responded it had left with the courier, this was in June. Did not receive it, or a tracking number, contacted them again, with no response, or a 'we're sorry were in the middle of a pandemic' excuse , until I demanded a refund. They offered me 20% off, instead. I, once again, demanded a refund, with no response. I know we are in the middle of a pandemic, have ordered many things online, for that reason, and have received every single item. They cannot supply or won't give me a tracking number for something that the courier supposedly has had since June.

Never received order.
Ordered ergonomic garden kneeler and seat for the unbelievable price of $11.99, plus $4.95 shipping. Total charged to my credit card $16.94. That was on July 13th order confirmed #XXXXX. I never received a tracking code or the product. From what I read on the internet this is not a real company.

Refund credited to my credit card account. August 17th

I ordered an item online from this company 3 weeks ago and have not received any notice about when it will be shipped or the status of my order.
I ordered a tripod online from this company on July 29 2020. They charged my credit card on July 30 2020 and sent me a text message thanking me for my purchase and offering me a discount on future items. I replied to the text asking about the status of my order and got no response. I called the number indicated in the text and got no response. I looked up their website and how to contact them, and sent them an email on August 6 to the email address indicated on their site. I have still received no response from them.

Desired Outcome

I would like to have the item delivered and would like confirmation from the companh that it will be delivered and some indication of the date. Otherwise, I would like a refund to my bank account / credit card.

They sent a refund which has been deposited in my bank. I would have preferred to get the tripod but this is acceptable.

I have not received my product in over 2 months and am getting nowhere with customer service
I ordered an Earwax removal system, item *** on 6-2-2020 from Home Essentials, online.

I have emailed repeatedly but I keep getting the same answer - we apologize, we are looking for it and Now they are blaming the virus. I'm now asking for a refund as they have obviously lost it so my last correspondence, I asked for a refund and rep Ananastacia said they can't I've a refund once it's processed but offered to give
Me a 10% discount on it.

Order for No Touch Thermometer never received. Multiple attempts by e-mail and phone to reach the vendor have been ignored.
On July 23, 2020 I placed an order online for a No Touch Thermometer for the price of @24.99 plus $4.95 shipping. I was told the item would ship within 3 days. As of today, August 6, 2020, I have not received the item. I have attempted on multiple occasions to contact the vendor, both by email and phone, all with no response. My debit card was charged a total of $29.94 on July 27, 2020 and I am trying to get a refund. I will contact my bank today to see if the charge can be reversed. I checked on SunBiz and this business does not seem to be registered with them. Although the company lists a Tampa address, the phone number is in Missouri.

I'm satisfied they give me a full refund.

Ordered and paid for product. Have not received product and no response to several attempts to contact them.
Ordered garden kneeler bench on July 13. Paid with credit card. Order #XXXXX. Received email saying order was being prepared for shipment, and that they would notify me when it was being shipped. On July 17, emailed them at [email protected]. asking when I could expect delivery. Provided them my email address and phone number.. No response. Tried unsuccessfully to reach them by phone. On August 4th I emailed them again, asking to be contacted, and telling them I am going to notify the fraud department at my bank, because they took my money and sent nothing in return. Also told them I was filing a complaint with The Revdex.com. Nothing in their original confirmation gave an address for the business. However, there was a reference to a Florida warehouse. That's why I chose the company with a Florida address. Hope this is the right company.

On 07/07/2020, I ordered 2 mini-swamp-coolers for my car. The site said I'd receive my order by 07/21/2020. It has still not arrived.
When I placed my order, I never received an email giving me an order number. The site showed my order had processed and would arrive by July 21. My payment cleared on 07/09/2020. I still received no email, nor any phone calls. Today, it is August 4, and I have still not received my order. There is no way to contact them, since they sent me no email. The message on my bank statement only says the purchase was authorized on 07/07 Home Essentials FL. And the last digits of my card, as well as the cost of the order: $74.93. Under "Merchant Address", it only says "Tampa, FL" and gives the phone number: 954-480-7068. I can't reach anyone to find out what happened to my order.

They returned the funds to me

I placed my order with Home Essentials on 7/18. Still not shipped as of 8/5!
I placed an order with Home Essentials on 7/18 for a magic hose. I immediately
received a confirmation text with the order #XXXXX and information that I would be notified when it ships. My debit card was debited for the $16.94 the next day! I waited a week and nothing. I have sent texts and emails. I also called the telephone number on the website which answers that the Google subscriber is not available. I have left messages there too. They will not respond.
After not being able to contact them I felt that this business might be a fraud and then I saw how many other complaints were filed. At this time all I would like is a credit to my account as quickly as they charged me!!

Consumer goods scam
This company is disguising itself as a retail marketplace but does not ship products. There are over 41 online complaints from people that are purchasing items online but the products are never shipped. The contact phone number is a cell number that you have to leave a voicemail message. When you email the customer support address, you get the same reply that the product has left the warehouse, but due to covid 19, shipping is delayed. This company is a complete scam. I'm going to have to now go to my bank and get the charges reversed and my credit card cancelled. This person needs to be shut down and possibly prosecuted if found guilty.

I purchased an item from this company online. I have not received the merchandise even though they charged my credit card for the item.
I googled to search for a ring light to purchase. The search results included the home essentials website picture of the product and price. I clicked on the picture of the product and was directed to the website. I purchased the item from the website on July 13th 2020 for $39.99. $44.97 was removed from my bank account on July 15th 2020. I have not received an order confirmation, tracking information or the merchandise. On July 29th 2020 I sent an email via the company's website asking for a refund. I still have not been contacted by the company. On that same day, I decided to google home essentials reviews and I see that many other people have had the same problem with this company. That is when I realized it is a scam website used to steal people's money.

I would like the Revdex.com to make the company refund my money. I have disputed the claim with my bank. If I am not granted the dispute I will continue with this claim. Otherwise, I want this company shut down so that they can't take people's money.

I accept the response of Home Essentials. I would have preferred if they had initially responded to my inquiry about my purchase. If by chance they don't honor their word and refund my money , then I will file another complaint.

Scam scam scam!! Don't even remember how I came across the site because it was such a long time ago. Placed my order on June 21, 2020 and didn't even receive an email confirmation for the order, which should have been my first alert that this was a scam. Honestly thought maybe it was a mistake on my part or something; didn't think much of it.

Anyways, I tried calling their number and it auto-directs you to leave a voicemail. No response when requesting to contact them via message on their site. It's August 3rd, 2020 and I still haven't received anything.

Had to call my bank to dispute the charges / file a claim.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

P.S. Wish I could leave 0 stars cause.... they don't even deserve 1 star.
