I want a refund back.
I want a refund, because the order hasn't arrived even though it's been weeks and I am tired of it. I paid 24.94 on July 7th and they haven't responded at all. The order number is #XXXXX.

I accept because that are planning to give the money back to me after a long time of waiting for a response from their end. However I will open this back up if nothing changes.

Placed two orders on July 10 that have not been delivered. Sent two messages to the company inquiring about the order and I received no response.

Placed order on Jul 10, status of orders hasn't changed since. Shipping time is contradicting on website, requested follow up thru message on the website and a second follow up via email (attached) and have not received any response from the company.

I expect Delivery or Refund of products from this company or I will also be filing fraud charges thru my bank.

Non-delivery of product after being charged weeks ago.
Purchased a tripod from this company and was charged on 7/15 for $24.94. The item has not shipped, nor can I get in touch with anyone at this company.

I ordered 3 phone cases from this company. Payment was taken and I have not received shipping confirmation or the phone cases.
On July 20, 2020, I purchased 3 phone cases from this company (Order #XXXXX). Payment was taken on the same date. On July 27, I had not received shipping confirmation for the items purchases so I emailed the company at [email protected] to inquire about my order and also called the company at 314-399-8786 which is a google number that goes straight to voicemail so I left a message. As of July 31, 2020, I have not received a reply email with shipping confirmation or return phone call about the items I ordered. I would like a full refund for my order for the total of $29.92 to my Visa card. This is bad business and it seems like a company that scams people out of money. I do not recommend this company to anyone. Their website should be taken down.

Ordered a product, my debit card was charged, yet 3 weeks later I have not yet received my purchase. No communication/updates from Home Essentials.
I ordered a Ring Light and my banking information shows I was charged $44.94 on July 10th. It has been over 3 weeks, but the product has not yet arrived, nor has the company sent me any updates on expected ship dates or arrival dates. My order number is XXXXX.
I've attempted to call the company, but calls go straight to voice mail.The website claims that items should ship within a few days of ordering, and that I would receive shipping and delivery updates by email and texts, but they have never contacted me.
Like another customer who has complained, I believe the company has no
intention of ever actually delivering the product. I feel like they took advantage of me. I should have checked them out through the Revdex.com before ordering. Now I am worried that I will be swindled out of my money from a dishonest company. Thank you Revdex.com for any help you can provide in getting me my refund.

No product or refund recieved!
6/25/20 I received conformation on order XXXXX for 2 air purifers which I paid $124.93. Since I have not recieved any answers from my several emails and various phone calls, I decided to contact Revdex.com. I am 73 and can't afford to loose my money for no product which my doctor suggested I get!

Business contacted me about old debit card would not work.Emailed them back with my new debit card information which was almost which was over a week ago and still have not received my refund! Emailed them twice since then and still no response.

ordered a product on 7/29/2020. I have been billed twice for the product, haven't received a tracking# and haven't been able to get in contact with HE
I ordered a projector with home essentials. I ordered the projector on 7/29/2020 for 44$. I have not received a confirmation # or a tracking # for my purchase. I do not have a receipt or any information on my purchase but I was billed for the product twice. I was billed twice on my debit card, which is incorrect. I have tried to contact home essentials numerous times and have not had any luck getting in contact with anyone.

I am getting really frustrated at the fact that I was billed twice on my debit card, as well as not know when my product is coming or if it is coming at all.

I would like a refund to my debit card.

Waiting on my product I ordered. I was charged for the product but have been waiting for almost 3 weeks.
I ordered the Skincare Pore Blackhead Remover on 7/12/2020. I still have yet to receive the product. It should not take that long for a company that is in FL. I have e-mail the company twice & have gottwn no response. I have tried tracking my order, but there is no easy way to do so. It directs you to download an app called Shop. When you're there it doesn't tell you anything about your product being shipped. This is poor business. Stop scamming people. I am demanding my order be canceled & a refund.

I ordered plaque remover on 06/10/20 as of this date no product received and I would like to have my refund.

I ordered a gardening bench on line on 7/13/20 - Home Essentials was paid $16.94 on 7/15/20. I have not received the item as of today (7/30/20).
I have tried to call the phone # listed (314)399-8786 several times, left messages and have not received either the item or a return phone call. Something should be done to close this "fake" business down before more people are cheated out of the products ordered and their money.

3 items were purchased online and charged to my credit card on July 8, 2020. I have received no further information or the items ordered.

I purchased two items at Home Essentials website and turns out their a scam
On June 30th I ordered two items on Home Essentials website .
A Muscle Massage order #XXXXX $44.94 and a No Touch Thermometer order # XXXXX $24.94. 28 day have gone by and no merchandise has been delivered, I tried contacting them through email and phone but they never responded and their phone number is disconnected, so I searched them up today and turns out that their scammers. Please help me get my money back. Thank You.

On july 12 I received an email informing me about the refunds.

On May 30, 2020 I ordered a Massage Gun red from the company, the price was 39.99 plus 4.95 shipping. I have not received product, I want a refund.
Ordered 1 red Massage gun cost was 39.99 plus 4.95 shipping. I paid using a visa bank card. The order number is *** they stated I would be notified when item was shipped, I sent an email on June 24, 2020, and a Marie replied that the shipping team confirmed that it has left the building. That response came July 6. I sent another email on the 25 of June which I received a reply on July 10, they were sorry for the delay and tracking updates may be delayed. On July 24; I sent an email requesting update or a refund. I have not had a reply from the company. Today July 28, I sent an email requesting a refund and an email of when refund will be issued.

I placed and on line order. Never received the product. Tried contacting the company by phone, email and social media. Only got a bot reply on FB.
On 2/2/20 placed order #XXXXX for a garden kneeler. Never arrived. Contacted company and asked to refund my $19.94. Received generic message on Facebook messenger saying.....

Honestly I'd like a refund and to have others warned about how they do business. We are in a global crisis and they are taking advantage of people. If you look at the FB page daily there are complaints. Even though they remove the complaints people still are posting they are getting ripped off.

Be Ouse I had to reach out to my credit card company for help I'm getting my funds back. The company was completely unresponsive. Try as I may I could not make human contact even on Facebook all I could get was a bit offering me a discount on my next purchase. They had zero intent on shipping as you can see there were many people having the same issue as myself

I ordered an air fryer online that I have not received.
I have not heard anything about delivery or packaging updates. I have seen numerous other people file complaints for the same reason and it seems like a rather suspicious website not affiliated with actual home essentials. I ordered this item on Tuesday July 21st. I emailed to ask for an update on July 23rd, and today on the 28th, but have not heard back. I paid 20.94 for this item and would like it returned to me. I ordered an Air Fryer from this site and never received any tracking number and I get no answer when I attempt to reach out to them.

I Placed order #XXXXX oil free air fryer on 7/12/20 and paid $20.94 USD on same day by debit card. Fryer was $15.99 + $4.95 shipping. I also have not received order #XXXXX from Home Essentials or received a tracking order # to know if it has even been sent. I have sent 3 emails, Contacted them on there Facebook page "Home Essentials" and every time I called I got a google voice mail or a user busy the voice mail doesn't even give the name of the company. I have received no response as of 7/29/20. This Company Is a Scam and needs to be reported and Taken Down. I was planning on getting this Air Fryer for my Girlfriends Birthday. so It is extremely annoying I am left empty handed. In the middle of a pandemic It truly shows how evil people can be.
