Have not received item paid for on 6/8/20.
Ordered muscle massage kit and debited from my account on 6/8/20. Order #7053. Emailed customer service on 6/23/20 and response was they would check on order and respond ASAP. Email from "Sam". Never heard back. Emailed again on 6/30/20 and response from "Marie" was delay d/t COVID-19 but item had been shipped. Never received shipping notification or tracking information as stated I would in original order. I live in Florida so if it was shipped I would have it by now.

Refund or immediate delivery of item.

Desired Outcome

Since product wasn't received I simply want a refund of my money.

I have two outstanding orders from 6/8/2020. I have tried emailing the company multiple times for follow up and they have not responded.
On 6/8/2020, I ordered 2 adjustable breastfeeding pillows from Home Essentials Order Number *** ($51.29) and Order Number *** ($41.75). I have sent multiple emails to there support email address, and have not received any response as to when I should expect delivery of my product.

Desired Outcome

I would like to receive a refund for both of my purchases as it has been a month since they were ordered and I have not received any kind of communication from the company.

Order never received and can not reach anyone at the phone number provided.
I made an order on June 4, 2020. My card was charged $36.93. I sent an email after not receiving the item I ordered nor a confirmation that any item was shipped. I called the phone number and no answer.

Desired Outcome

I want my money refunded. I had to purchase items elsewhere. At a greater cost. This business should be shut down for fraud.

Full refund was in my account today, 7-10-2020. Hope I never make the mistake again to order from this company, because I made several attempts to contact
and they never responded.

I ordered a ring light from seller and it has not been delivered, neither gave tracking number for shipping.
Purchased a ring light from this site on 6/10/2020 its been almost a month and it hasnt been delivered when the promise of delivery was supposed to take 10 days. I have contacted them and only gave an excuse of delayed delivery because of the pandemic but didnt provide tracking number nor courier company name. I asked for a refund and havent heard back from them at all placed a review on their site and is not displayed.
Im asking for a full refund of the amount paid of $37.94

Have not received my order that was placed in the beginning of June. Get no response to emails or phone calls I make to the company.
Made a purchase the beginning of June, but have not received the product. I tried contacting customer service through email and by phone. I received 2 responses from email in the beginning, but now I get no response. My credit card was charged for the items, but haven't received any additional information as to where my order is, or tracking number. The last response I got said that they would personally look into and let me know what is going on with my order. Correct me if I'm wrong, but the definition of stealing is basically taking something that is not yours, and not give something in return. What this company is doing to me is stealing from me. They took my money, and I got absolutely nothing in return.

Desired Outcome

I would like either the products I ordered, or a refund. Furthermore, I would like to press theft charges against the company. What I ordered was not terribly expensive, but it's how the company doesn't seem to care.

I made a purchase from this company on May 27th of this year. I have not received my Items.My last three emails to them have not been answered.
I made a purchase on May 27th. I sent them an email to make sure the business was open. They answered my email to say yes but the mail was slow. I told them that I would need my items because one thing I purchased was for work.
I received emails from an Ezra saying sorry for the inconvenience. A person named Abbi said the same thing. After the third week I told them I wanted a refund. They said the package had gone out. When I asked for a refund a second time I never heard from them. I sent two more emails asking to get a tracking number or a refund. I have not heard from them. During business hours today I called 954.480.7068 because that is the number that is listed on my bank statement when they took their payment. No word.

I paid them $64.95 and I would like my money returned.

I placed an order 12 days ago and haven't received the item, confirmation email or any shipping information.
I ordered a ring light from Home Essentials on 6/18. The purchase cleared my bank account on 6/19. I never received an order confirmation email or any shipping information. Today is 6/30 and I have not received the item or any contact from the retailer. I called the number listed on the website and got a recording that said "the google subscriber you are looking for is not available." I called a different number that I found on the Revdex.com website and it, too, was answered by a recording that said it was transcribing my message. I left a message and also sent an email and I have not heard back.

I would like to receive the item within 3 days or a full refund.

Order *** $30.29 for items ordered have not received
On June 14, I ordered the earwax removal family pack for a total cost of $30.29 (order #8928) and have not received the item or even been able to contact the company.

Desired Outcome

I want a refund of my money as this company does not fulfill any orders.

Paid full price for products, was never provided tracking information, and products were never delivered. No customer service response.
On May 9, 2020 I ordered 3 Massage Guns at the purchase price of $138.92 and received a confirmation email. Due to COVID we were fairly patient awaiting our products. On June 15, 2020 we emailed customer service inquiring about our order. An automated response by Abbi had replied that we would receive our products within 2-4 weeks. We waited and no tracking information was ever provided. We contacted the phone number on the Home Essential website with no response. We reached out via email on June 28 and 29 with no success. We also contacted them June 29 via Facebook with no response. It was fairly suspicious because there were little users and not much activity on their Facebook profile. Further investigation about this company we found their address was advertised on a real estate company.

Full refund and an investigation on fraudulent practices.

Got full refund

No response from company after inquiring about not receiving item.
Never received tracking number for my item #7352 so I called the company several times and emailed support/customer service and no response. It has been over three weeks and still no response. If you are not going to send the item, let me know so I can order it from a company that cares about their customers.

It took the company 6-1/2 weeks before they decided they were going to refund me. In the meantime, I could of ordered the item somewhere else. If I would not have contacted Revdex.com, they would of never responded back to me. I had emailed them and left phone messages and nothing before Revdex.com got involved.
Never will I ever buy from this company again and I hope no one else will either.

Home essentials is a scam company. Please be careful. I ordered a Ring Light - 10 inch Ring With 3.6FT Stand Ã? I paid online. I have not received the light nor any reply to 4 emails I sent them already. They stole my money :-(. I just read similar stories from different clients that order from this scam company. I ordered on June 19th. Today is June 30th and they never reply or send my item. They don't deserve any star.

I have emailed them on an order I made on may 25th, 2020. I emailed them multiple times to refund and cancel my order but no refund yet.
I ordered the item and tried to track the item a week later but I didn't get any updates so I emailed them. They responded by saying they will update me when it is being delivered. A couple weeks after no update I asked for my order to be canceled and refunded. No answers after that. It's been over a month since I ordered it and I read on the site : Returns (Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.) I asked them for a refund prior to the 30 days.

I purchased a ring light and led lights for my daughter on May 30, 2020. I haven't received my purchases and support hasn't replied to my email.
On May 30, 2020, I purchased a ring light and led lights for my daughter and a detox patch with my visa debit card totaling, $161.18, order number 6178.
After the purchase, Home Essentials sent me a text, to thank me for my purchase and 20% off my next purchase. Approximately, a week later I checked my text messages, email and website to track my order but, didn't see it. I then messaged the company to ask, the status of my order and delivery. After a week's time, there was no response. I messaged them again, and still, no response. I viewed the website to look for a customer service number but, was unsuccessful. On June 24, 2020, I emailed the service team to notify them of my concern of, not receiving my order and not having a tracking number. Also, I wanted to find out when, I would receive my order or to give me a full refund. To this point, there has been no response.
My concern increased. So, I googled the company to again, try and find a telephone number or address. Then, I
found the Revdex.com with reviews of the company and my heart sank of the fear and thought of being scammed.
It would be greatly appreciated if you could help me resolve this issue soon. As two of the items are for my daughter's birthday, in the second week of July.

Ordered a product in May and have yet to receive updates on the order and have not been in contact with an actual representative from the company
Placed an order on 29 May 2020 and received a text confirmation of the order (no email). I waited about 2 weeks and received no further communication from Home Essentials Co.

On 10 June 2020 I tried calling the business but it went straight to google voice/phone voicemail which I found highly suspicious. I then sent an email and Facebook message.

On 12 June 2020 "Abbi" reached out to be via email stating that orders are usually delivered within 5-7 days but due to COVID-19 there is a delay up to 4 weeks. This seemed incredibly long but I understood. Abbi stayed too remain patient and my tracking number would be provided as soon as it was available.

On 14 June 2020 I received a message back on Facebook. Again, reassuring my that my order will arrive and that they apologize I have not received an email but they resent a text confirmation - to this date, I had not received another text confirmation.

On 19 June 2020 I reached back out to Home Essentials via Facebook and asked for a tracking update and to be provided with my tracking number.

On 23 June 2020 they responded and said my shipment left the warehouse and was on its way to be delivered. They stated they could not provide a tracking number at this time because their courier is understaffed and they have a high volume of orders to get out. They also stated they're would provide the tracking number as soon as they get it. Very suspicious in my opinion.

I replied to that message on 23 June 2020 asking for my shipping information and have yet to receive a response from the company. I find it incredibly hard to believe that they do not have a shipping number.

It has been made clear through my experience and the experience of others that this is a fraudulent company. There are "delivery" issues and delays simply because the company and products do not exist. I have yet to find any positive reviews on this company and their Facebook page does not allow for reviews or posts to be submitted by the general public. Negative comments under their posts have been deleted and all you can see are the "angry" emoticon reactions to theirs posts assuming its from customers who are experiencing the same issues.

It is I cried my disappointing to be dealing with this during a global pandemic. The people behind "Home Essentials Co" should be ashamed of themselves for running a scam when everyone is already struggling.

I would like my order to be delivered (provide tracking number) if in fact this company is legitimate which I do not believe to be true. I would like someone from headquarters to reach out to me to discuss. Lastly, I demand a full refund (including shipping) for the product.
