Have not received order #XXXXX from Home Essentials or received a tracking order # to know if it has even been sent.
Place order #XXXXX oil free air fryer on 6/27/20 and paid $20.94 USD on same day by debit card. Fryer was $15.99 + $4.95 shipping. I have sent 2 emails and tried to call but it only gives a google voice mail - voice mail does not even give the name of the company. I have received no response as of 7/18/20. I do not even know if this item has been shipped because I have not received a tracking number. This company needs to be closed down and should not be advertising on social media.

I have received the money back on my account.

I ordered an Xbox 1 controller. Never got an order confirmation & my cc was charged $19.95 Ending *** 2 days after my order on July 16, 2020.
My VISA (ending with *** CREDIT CARD was charged $19.95 on July 16, 2020, 2 days after my order date of July 14, 2020.
My poor son gave me all his money from his piggybank to buy this product.

I appreciate a quick and immediate refund..

This company is a scam I have placed an order for $81 since May 15 Supposed to be a gift for my son on the 28th I have waited nothing arrived! I called the phone number is not out of device the 1800 # is not working I have sent an email someone by the name of Ezra reply and apologize for the delay and stating that my product just left the warehouse and he will send me the tracking # until now nothing I sent them many emails to refund my $81 they have not Reply It's July. This business is a scam and needs to be off the internet it's a real scam.

I ordered a skin care product over a month ago and the changed me but have not shipped the product or provided an adequate response to my emails.
On June 12th I placed an order for the "Clear Skin Skincare Pore Blackhead Remover" and my banking information shows that I was charged $23.94 for this on June 15th and my order number is #8521. The website claims that items should ship within a few days of ordering, however after more than a month the tracking information I was provided with shows that mine has not yet shipped. I have emailed the company multiple times and some emails were ignored completely whereas others were responded to but with no helpful information. I also called the company multiply times, but they never picked up. I am tired of waiting and believe the company has no intention of ever actually delivering the product so I would like a full and immediate refund.

I would like an immediate refund of the $23.94 that I paid for this product to the debit card that was charged.

I need my money back. I haven't received any items. Called a non working number. Emailed no answer. Was told I will receive text when order shipped.
I order on 7/8/2020 products total $71.85 with my debit card. Was texted saying I will receive a text when my order is shipped. Given an Order #XXXXX which I can't track. Called their number, it is a google number. Emailed several times no respond. I realized I was scam when within a few days no text of my order. The company advertised on facebook. they keep texting me to order more products. I checked their address and it is a residential building. My kids really wanted the pool. Sad u guys are FAKE!!!!!!Refund me!!!

I need my money back $71.85. All of it. I need my name, address and phone number taken off their list. Please, Essential, don't text me with specials which are fake. This is a time people need their money and you are scamming people. Unreal...God is real..

No update on my order and theIr 48 hours preparation has passed since I placed my order. After other complaints I feel that I have been taken too.

Purchased Product - no response from company or shipping notification
On July 2, 2020, I purchased four inflatable pools at $124.91 charged directly to my credit card on date of purchase. Immediately following the purchase, I received a purchase confirmation email documenting an order confirmation and providing Order # XXXXX. With no updated information on shipping or additional correspondence from the company, I waited until the following week, Wednesday, July 8, 2020, to inquire about shipping information. To date, I have submitted requests for update on July 8, July 10 and July 14 and have not received a response. Additionally, I submitted multiple requests for contact via the "Contact Us" information to no avail. I also submitted a number of requests for updates via the recommended tracking system, the "Shop" App. Finally, I have contacted the company via the telephone number listed on their website https://home-essentials-co.com (XXX) XXX-XXXX and reached a Google phone number that leads directly to a voicemail. These calls have not been returned.

I request an immediate refund of $124.91 to the credit card on file.

After the company's failure to respond to multiple requests for shipping information and requests for contact, I disputed the charge with my credit card company. The credit card company pursued the matter directly with the company and retrieved the full amount of the charge.

I have not received bought item.
I ordered and paid for a thermometer on June 29, 2020. Item was $29.94 with debit card. I needed it fast because of COVID exposure. It has not come nore can I track it through required app. I emailed Home Essiental support twice with no response. Phone goes straight to voice mail without ID of company.

This is a fair response due to COVID-19.

Unacceptable delivery time frame of 45 days and beyond. Items still not received. Requesting for a full refund.

I PAID A TOTAL OF $90.88 for these 2 orders that I placed online on May 22, 2020. Website says 2 to 4 weeks delivery. I emailed this company at least 10 times to get an update, shipping info, tracking #, etc. There are no active phone #'s and any response to emails are answered on Sundays only. The only message I received is an apology for the delayed delivery and to contact them if no delivery in 45 days. Well, that came and went. I sent 5 more emails and they offered me 5, 10, 15, and 20% off my order. I accepted the 20% discount, waited another 7 days and called it quits. I am requesting for a return of my monies and noone has responded to me yet.

I would like my monies returned to me. I have not received any products, and I no longer want the products. I have completely lost faith in Home Essentials, this was my first and last time ever dealing with this company. Please, can you help me? I feel so helpless and taken for a fool.

I accept and I'm satisfied with the response for a full refund for items not delivered. However, I am disappointed with Home Essentials due to my request alone was not good enough and it warranted an intervention by the Revdex.com. Poor business ethics, buyer's beware!
I will be looking for the return of my monies and I am informed that if they are not received in a timely fashion, I have the right to reopen this case. I thank the Revdex.com for their assistance in this matter.

Scammed out of money never received product and no return information.

Ring light ordered from Home Essentials 60 days ago never received
I ordered a 10 inch Ring Light from Home Essentials, Order *** on May 16, 2020, and I haven't received it yet. It's been now almost 60 days and their customer service can't even produce a tracking number. I sent an email to their customer service on 5/24 and on 6/1 to check on status and try to get a tracking number. Both times I was told by rep Ezra G that they were doing their best during the pandemic and that they were at the mercy of post office. On 6/3 I was told again by Ezra G that the product had been shipped but they still couldn't provide a tracking number. On 6/17 I sent another email saying that since it had been a month since I ordered my product and they couldn't provide me with a tracking number, that I wanted to cancel it and get a refund. On 6/21 another customer rep named Sam emailed me back saying that they couldn't cancel my order because the product had already left the building and once again, they couldn't provide me with a tracking number.

It's been now almost 60 days since I've ordered the product and while I understand that there could be delays due to the pandemic, I feel that 2 months is beyond acceptable.

Desired Outcome

I would like to get my money back so I can buy this product elsewhere since OR if they can prove that they've shipped it and can provide me with the date it was shipped, the courier, a tracking number along with the status, I might reconsider it but I want to be able to verify the status myself. What I do not want is to go back and forth checking on status. I will take one last email from them with all the details I listed above or simply give me my money back.

Ordered a chain saw sharpener. Have not received and have tried to cancel the order.
Order #***. Realized the chainsaw sharpener will not work with my model. Have sent 10 emails asking to cancel order. They say since the order was processed, it cannot be canceled. Have not received the item. The order was placed on June 10, 2020. I just want a refund. The item obviously has not shipped so a refund should not be an issue. I have sent them 9 emails regarding a refund and continue to get the same automated responses.

I ordered from Home Essentials a ring light for my daugther May 19, 2020. I still have not received the product although my credit card was charged.
I ordered from Home Essentials a ring light for my daughter on May 19, 2020. The item was charged to my credit card and paid in full on May 19, 2020. As of today's date July 8 2020 I have not received the tracking number or the ring light. I have contacted the company by numerous of e-mail exchanges. The first was June 17, 2020 with Abbi whom stated that due to COVID they are behind on shipping and it should take additional two weeks. After that e-mail I still have not even received a tracking order number.On June 23 I e-mailed the company again to cancel my order since I have not received anything and Sam e-mailed me back stating, my order can not be canceled because it has left the facility. I still haven't received my tracking number so how was it sent out. He stated." he could not cancel the order and I will have to wait . The purchase of ring light was 38.94 and listed the number of my credit card statement purchased with a visa as XXX-XXX-XXXX with a reference number ***.

I do accept the response since I have not received the merchandise or a phone call, or email.

Company has not delivered package wont give tracking number, wont give refund.
I ordered from this company on June 4 2020 and have not received my package. They email me and say it has left their building but can't provide a tracking number I have been emailing them for over a month. I ordered 2 massage guns for 68.94 my order number is *** I am starting to think they are a scam. No product and no tracking number and the only thing they say is it has left the building and sorry for the delay it is due to Covid 19.
