Product never received, even though my card was charged over two months ago. No real response from company when I requested tracking information.
Ordered a product in early May 2020. In June, still had not received the product or even a shipping email. Contacted the company and was told it was delayed due to shipping problems during COVID. Another three weeks later received a similar email. Three weeks after that received the exact same form email. Never received a tracking number.

Desired Outcome

I would like my money refunded.

Purchased 4 pools, phone stand and water sprinkler with no update after purchase than confirmed payment.
I made a purchase on 7/9 ORDER #XXXXX in the amount of $53.92. itait wasawas for 2 pools and a phone holder.

Then again on 7/21 ORDER #XXXXX in the amount of $74.53 I purchase 2 larger pools noticing my mistake and adding a water sprinkler.

I have emailed with no response.N andrand through your website ioI havephave tried to call getting a Google number outgoing message. I'd like my products or a refund if they cannot fulfill the order.

Desired Outcome

Ideally I want what I ordered. I'd prefer the 2 larger pools, with the phone stand and the sprinkler with a refund of the smaller pools. If they can't fulfill the order, then an immediate refund.

I have not received the ergonomic garden kneeler and seat I ordered from Home Essentials
I ordered an ergonomic garden kneeler and seat from Home Essentials website July 11. I never received a confirmation or shipping details from the company. On Jul 16 my credit card was charged $13.99 for the purchase. Numerous emails and phone calls have gone unanswered.

I accept the offer to refund my payment in 3 to 5 days as stated above.

I ordered a massage gun for my husband for Father's Day on June 11th 2020. The funds were deducted within 4 days and the site said delivery within 7 days. When the product was a no show I emailed and was told due to Covid the order could take 4-8 weeks. They would email when it shipped which would be within 1-2 weeks. Nothing by email and I have contacted two more times with no response. I am about to report fraud to my bank. I am also going to post about it on Instagram and Facebook. This is very wrong!!

I placed an order with Home Essentials on June 18,2020 and have not received it as of July 24 2020. I think this company is a scammer. There is no phone that is answered or response from what they say is their customer support email. The address they give seems to be fake. I am going to file a complaint with my credit card company.

I placed an online order with Home Essentials on July 9,2020- and have not received an email stating if the item has shipped. I want my $$ refunded!!!
I have the email from Home Essentials thanking me for my order but where is my order?? I have ordered a new bank card because of concerns for fraud. I would like my money refunded - please send a check for the amount I paid since I have closed the card I paid them with. Unfortunately I fell for this scam. I have contacted my bank and the county sheriffs department regarding this fraudulent company.

Item ordered July 4 has not arrived, and no response to inquiries about product
On July 4, 2020, we placed an order with Home Essentials for a mini-projector for $49.94. We immediately received an email stating "Order #XXXXX confirmed," and listing our delivery address but no expected "deliver-by" date. The purchase price was debited from my bank account on July 6. On July 15, having not received the product nor any correspondence from Home Esssentials, I sent an inquiry about the status of our order to the customer service email provided [email protected]. I did not get a response, so I emailed again on July 18. On July 22, having still not received a reply to my emails, I attempted to call the number associated with Home Essentials that appeared on my bank statement, 954-480-7068, to seek information about the purchase. I discovered that the outgoing message for this number was not a business line but indicated in a computerized voice that it is the phone of "Nick." I did not leave a voice mail as I don't know who Nick is and did not want to provide more info to a potential scammer.

Do not order from this company! They are a scam! I placed an order on June 15, 2020 and it posted to my credit card on June 19. I received a text message thanking me for my order and saying that they would notify me when my item (a $45 muscle massager) shipped and also a link to be able to view my order, and gave me an order number. My husband never heard or received anything else from them. I looked up and found a company. with this name online, called the phone number and spoke with a very kind lady who informed me that she has been receiving many phone calls from people, who too, were looking to find out where their order was. She said she spoke with the police and they told her that the company was a scam and that people could contact their credit card company to try to dispute the charge. This is where I am at now. I contacted my CC company and started a dispute and they are investigating now. I have looked at their website and it looks VERY legitimate........but it is not. Don't even deserve ONE star!

Their number is disconnected so this is a scam company which takes your money and does not deliver on the product! Would like to see the owner or owners tossed in jail!!

Requested refund through website for $42.93 charged on 7/12/20. No response, phone number on website "unavailable."
Ordered two kids inflatable pools On 7/9/20, charged to my credit card on 7/12/20. Other than two confirmation texts, I have received no further information. Website indicated that these items were available and would be shipped within a few days. Phone number on website is answered with recording that "google customer is not available" and the number associated with the charge to my Visa does not allow you to speak with anyone. I have sent two customer service requests on the website for a refund and have not received a response to either. At this point, all I want is a refund but there seems to be no avenue available to request it from them, at least that they respond to. My order number, according to text confirmation, is 17010.

They have submitted another debit authorization on my *** account that is now a pending transaction. I understand the credit may take a few days but there is absolutely no reason for another debit. I'd like an explanation and sincerely hope a second debit does not actually post.

I have received credit from company. I only wish I had not had to resort to filing Revdex.com complaint to get it. This is the first time I've ever had to do that.

The company gave me a refund, but it was on a card that I cancelled. I have been trying to get in touch with them but they have not been responsive. In that case, I would like to file a complaint in regards to them not being responsive.

I wish I would have read more reviews on this company before I ordered from them. I do believe this company is a scan and they need to be investigated and shut down immediately. On July 2nd, I ordered a fetal Doppler heart monitor, as I am an expecting mother. It is now July 20th and I haven't heard from the company once. I understand covid is potentially making business orders take longer than usual, however, I have emailed the customer service twice now and haven't heard a single thing back from them. Not only have I emailed them, but I called the owner from the number provided and was referred to the voicemail, where I left a voicemail questioning why my order was taking so long, why I haven't heard a single thing about when it would be shipped, why I haven't had a confirmation number for tracking, and why they stole my money and are now ignoring me. The order total was 34.94 and I demand a refund immediately. I will never order from this company again, and I hope that this review will sway people from buying from them ever. They are con artists. Also, I must note that in order for me to submit this review I had to rank this company 1-5 on the star scale. I ONLY clicked one because I couldn't leave it at zero. In my opinion, they don't even deserve a one star rating.

I ordered an air fryer from this business on July 5th. After I saw there was no activity on shipping this I sent numerous emails to the provided address from this business to which I got no answers. I look for reviews online and a printout from the Revdex.com shows that this is kind of common practice from this business while I am out only $20.94 I wonder how many other people they've taken advantage of for a lot more money I continue to get emails from this business wanting me to buy more stuff from them don't understand call they can do that with a straight face. I am just purely disgusted with this company

I only accept their claim if they actually follow through on something and refund me. It's sad when a business takes advantage of the situation in the country right now to take advantage of people.
