I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference,...
details of the offer I reviewed appear below. The response was just "PNC Bank, N.A. responded to Mr. [redacted] on August 28, 2015, and considers this matter addressed." How is saying they responded a response when I have received no response but the caption above. So certainly I am not satisfied. I also think it is very poor service to have not made any response in over a month.

complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.PNC did nothing to address my concern. They would not contact [redacted] on my behalf to notify that the personal loan in question, which caused the [redacted] credit card to be closed, had been paid in full in cash and was no longer in existence. The representative provided no additional detail to me of the action she took to attempt to resolve this issue, aside from saying that they would not contact [redacted] I am not satisfied with the resolution, since there was none as evidenced by the lack of information included in the PNC representative's response to the Revdex.com.

June 21, 2018[redacted]RE: Revdex.com of Western Pennsylvania - Case Number [redacted]Dear Ms. [redacted]:This is in response to your complaint filed on March 27, 2018, with the Revdex.com of Western Pennsylvania regarding your PNC Bank, National Association (“PNC”), Automobile Installment Loan ending in * (the “Loan”). Thank you for taking the time to speak with me on April 5, 2018, regarding your complaint. I appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns. In your complaint and during our conversation you stated your vehicle was deemed a total loss from an accident in October 2017. You stated the insurance paid a portion of the balance owed, however the refunds from the dealership warranty and your Gap Insurance were delayed for two (2) months before being received towards the remaining balance owed. You further stated that PNC advised you to continue to make payments on a vehicle that was no longer owned by you or in your possession. You stated the Loan was reported sixty (60) days late and you should not be penalized for the Gap Insurance’s delay in remitting the payment and you want these delinquencies removed from your credit report.During our conversation I explained this was not a bank error and that we could not alter credit reporting unless it was a bank error. You would not accept this explanation and demanded to speak with a supervisor.During a subsequent conversation on April 12, 2018, with an Executive Client Relations manager you confirmed that you did not continue making payments as the vehicle was no longer operable even though PNC representatives had informed you on several occasions that you were required to make your payments until the loan was paid in full. The manager advised you that as no bank error occurred, the information PNC provided to the credit bureau agencies to which we report is accurate and complete and would not be changed.PNC again researched your assertions regarding this matter and determined the information PNC provided to the credit bureau agencies to which we report is accurate and complete. When a total loss occurs, it is the responsibility of the borrower to continue making payments on the Loan until the Loan has been paid in full. In accordance with the terms of the Retail Installment Sale Contract signed on September 20, 2017, your payment schedule consisted of [redacted] monthly payments of $[redacted], beginning on [redacted]. Under Section 2a of the Contract titled If the vehicle is damaged, destroyed, or missing it states, “You agree to pay us all you owe under this contract even if the vehicle is damaged, destroyed, or missing.” Enclosed is a copy of your Contract for your records. In the event of a total loss, it is standard practice for PNC to apply payments from insurance, cancelled warranties, and GAP insurance payments to the principal balance of the Loan as they are received.Since the payments are applied to the principal balance, they do not satisfy the outstanding monthly payment obligation due, accrued interest and other charges that may have been assessed on the Loan as defined in the Contract. Our records reflect you made one (1) payment in the amount of $[redacted] on September 11, 2017. Our records further reflect PNC received the following payments from your primary insurance, GAP insurance, and the warranty, all of which were applied correctly to your Loan’s principal balance.Source Amount Date ReceivedPrimary Insurance $xx.xx October 3, 2017 Warranty Refund $xx.xx December 6, 2017GAP Insurance $xx.xx November 30, 2017After PNC applied the check from warranty refund, there was a remaining balance of accrued interest in the amount of $[redacted] and one (1) $** late fee for a total balance owing of $** On December 18, 2018, PNC waived this remaining balance owed as an accommodation. A copy of your payment history is enclosed for your records. As you have not provided any new information for research, our position remains the same as communicated to you during telephone conversations on April 5 and 12, 2018. As no bank error occurred, the information PNC provided to the credit bureau agencies to which we report is accurate and complete and will not be changedThank you for allowing me to clarify PNC’s position in this matter. If you have any further questions regarding this issue, please feel free to contact me directly at[redacted]. I am available Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 4:45pm, Eastern Time.Sincerely,Executive Client Relations

I have made it clear that I am no longer willing to discuss this matter with any customer service representative of PNC. Short of one of the members of the board. Over the many attempts at resolving it with them came up short as the several reps. continually dropped the ball. Why I would have conjured up any story such as this is beyond belief yet their response is to say that tier research did not match my words. In effect calling me a liar. The only person to have any belief in my claim was a upstanding representative at a local branch that was able to do said research, crunch the numbers by hand on paper and see exactly what I had stated and referenced this in writing to his own institution. They ignored him. To add insult to injury, The last representative of PNC to handle this, Ms. Stephanie B[redacted], saw in her "research" sent the packet that was promised to me several months prior by another rep and never sent out. One fact that has not been mentioned is that the bogus draft, "the check" not only was from a now closed subsidiary swallowed up by PNC but also bore the ithe numbers [redacted]. these numbers were recognized by the fine rep at the branch as the opening date of my account, some 35 years ago. Regards,
[redacted] Ms. I[redacted] from PNC has no ability to make any changes to address the issue in my complaint. She was only able to make requests to other departments to look into the matter. According to her, the person that looked into the matter said because the account was delinquent for the month of November, PNC feels it is in their right to report it negatively for the month of December. I do not understand what November has to do with December? The account was paid off on December 9th so no negative information should be posted for December. She stated the nothing was being reported for the month of December 2015. But when I called Experian they confirmed it still was reporting. She also stated that the information was suppressed and should not be reporting to the CRA. That I should try to dispute it again. Experian will not allow me to dispute it because I previously did and PNC verified the "suppressed" information.
