PNC Bank, N.A. responded to Ms. [redacted] in writing on November 28, 2017, and considers this matter addressed.
Problem: Keep getting emails from the bank asking me to sign up for a credit card. Replied to the email as was told some sort of gibberish about how I have to go into my account and change my preferences. Makes no sense. 1) I already changed my preferences in November of 2017 to not receive any ads from PNC. Went to the bank and did it with a teller. 2) It takes 2 seconds to remove someone from a email mailing list. It doesn't take 4-5 months and then require me to go and do something else again. No more email advertisements and not more mailed advertisements, please.TranslateDesiredSettlementID: No further contact by the busi No more avert emails from this bank. As I said in the complainant which PNC is ignoring. I called back twice and left 2 voice mail messages with Stephanie I. B[redacted] and an email. Below is the email. I have not heard back from Stephanie nor has she responded to my email. On the voice mail with Stephanie I left my phone number to be reached at. The phone number on the account is my sisters as she is co-owner. So if Stephane had listened to the two voice she would have the number to reach me at. As usual PNC is making this sound like someone else is at fault. They are terrible business and I want my voice heard on the Revdex.com.I want assurances that my checks will be cashed and that my account will be credited the $50 in fees I was charged for returned checks. PNC could make those assurances know through the Revdex.com as I filed a complainant instead they want to say the contacted me offer no resolution to the complainant.Hi Stephanie, I have filed another Revdex.com complaint against PNC bank. I called and left you two messages and never heard back from you. But you being from PNC Bank I never expected you to reply.I have tried to write 2 checks against my account and both times payments have been refused. First to Fidelity investments for $7,000.00 check #**. Second to Tdameritrade for $10,000.00 check #**. Since my account has over $11,000.00 I filed a complainant since there was $25 check refund charge from both institutions. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. I don't think this matter to be addressed in the way of pnc asked for papers that I cant obtain as I stated previously. And pnc has now stated that my deceased custodial spouse over the said savings accounts is the only person that can access those accounts per pnc tiffin ohio. Pnc has willingly let me be miss lead sence I started putting mony into those accounts after I became a widow if those where inactive accounts pnc would have closed those accounts in 2009 to my understanding.
