To the Revdex.com,Thank you for helping to resolve my complaint I sent this email to MsConnie G [redacted] today (8/28) explaining why my complaint is not resolved:,"The Revdex.com said you considered my action resolved at this timeHowever, I rejected that since it is not resolvedAs we discussed on two occasions, I need in writing from you an assurance that upon my payment back into my business account the amount of $[a "mistake" made by PNC], there will be no penalty or repercussion to me for closing my merchant account and my business account You claimed that this was being sent to me in the mail on two occasion but nothing has been forthcomingI need the above language in writing after which I will put money back into business accountThank you." Please let me know if you need anything further from me Thank you very much!

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below I want the bad credit remark removed from our credit report, we never had a late payment with PNCI believe that in a situation like this PNC needs to work with their customers, they clearly do not! We will NEVER do any banking/ loans with PNC againThis whole process has been a huge mess with no help at all on the banks end, their customer service is terribleIf this bad remark is not removed from our credit report I will take action further Regards, [redacted] [redacted]

I contacted PNC Executive Client Relations today and was patched through to Kim C [redacted] , the representative tasked to investigate my caseShe said that she had "finished the research" and would pass the completed investigation to legal in order to make a decisionShe said that if I was reimbursed for these debits (which she did not total) there would be two things that could pose a problemOne was that there is a tying period where I had to alert PNC to any discrepancies on my statements within forty (40) days of the day the statement was issuedI told C [redacted] that that was not fair that I would be penalized because I submitted a signature card and PNC did not follow through with taking my mother's name off my accountSecond, she said because my mother is on the statements that might also pose a problem (she did not explain why)She said I should have an answer within 3-days, so I should hear back from her by Monday, March 7.Before I was patched through to C [redacted] , "Janet" told me that a signature card was not sufficient to remove my mother from my account, and that the teller that told me this back in had "mis-communicated" with me She said I should have closed the account and opened a new oneI told her that the signature card had taken my mother's name off of my checking account but not from my reserve or my savings.It looks like they are moving towards a decision, but I worry that they will find some loophole to not refund me that money that they should have never had the right to takeAny help you can offer me is much appreciated[redacted]
