Dear Mr [redacted] :This is in response to your complaints filed with the Revdex.com of Western Pennsylvania on March 2, 2018, and the [redacted] on March 5, 2018, regarding your PNC Bank, National Association (“PNC”) Automobile Loan endingin [redacted] (the “Loan”)I attempted to contact you by telephone on March 20, 2018, but was unsuccessful in reaching youI appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns.In your complaints, you stated that you paid the Loan in full in December and were advised that your vehicle’s title would be mailed to you within seven (7) to ten (10) business daysYou stated that you never received the vehicle’s title and that a subsequent request placed by you to receive the title was also unsuccessfulYou are requesting that PNC reimburse you for the cost of a duplicate title.Our records indicate that your Account was paid in full and closed on December 7, On December 15, 2017, PNC mailed written notification that the Account was paid in full, along with the vehicle’s title, via United States Postal Service to your address of record: [redacted] ***.On March 2, 2018, you contacted PNC’s Customer Care Center and advised that you had not received the titleAt that time, since PNC was no longer in possession of the original title, a second letter indicating that the Account was paid in full was mailed to your address of recordAlso, during the conversation, you were advised that you will need to request a duplicate from the Illinois Secretary of State, Vehicle Services Department since the disposition of the original title is unknown.Regarding your request that PNC reimburse you *** for the cost of a duplicate title, it is PNC’s policy to refund any fee that is assessed as the result of a bank error, which did not occur in this instanceHowever, PNC is sympathetic to your concernsAs a courtesy, a cashier’s check in the amount of [redacted] is enclosed with this letterOn behalf of PNC, I regret any inconvenience you experienced regarding this concern.Thank you for allowing me to clarify PNC’s position in this matterIf you have additional questions regarding this issue, please contact me directly at [redacted] I am available Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:AM and 4:PM, Eastern Time.Sincerely, Executive Client Relations Enclosure

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below [redacted] Here is my response to their letter.Dear Che J [redacted] In response to your letter dated 11/25/2015Started this process on or before July 27, with Guy M*** I have email to prove this dateTheir were previous phone calls before this date also.Spring House expenseI did send PNC an appraisal that didn't have any problem with the spring house It was emailed to Guy M [redacted] which I have a copy of the email The loan proceeded to the next step because of the appraisal I emailed to PNC BankGuy M [redacted] also said my PMI would be significantly lower and it was exactly the sameI also have that in an email from Guy M***.By the way Guy M [redacted] is no longer with them He left PNC Bank after one and a half monthsThat is the reason my loan took months to try and close.Appraisal FeeYou didn't send me a copy of the appraisal until after I filed numerous complaints with youI also have those in emails to PNC CEO and Elizabeth M***Rate Change reimbursementThe reimbursement rate was requested because I will have to go to another bank to get my refinance because you could not complete it in a timely manner and get me a copy of it before signing PNC sent numerous paper work that was wrong They sent more then pages of paper work with at least error or more per page The best we got had errors on it I requested to see a copy of the paperwork at least hours in advance and didn't even have it hours in advanced when I asked them to reschedule they told me it would cost me over $to put it off for the next day I think I should have a right to read the paperwork before signing.Additional problemsPNC also messed up my home insurance with Nationwide and never fixed itThey set it up to have payments taken out before the process was complete Good thing [redacted] mailed me that there was a change and I immediately called to have them change this back Isn't that illegal?Didn't you read all the emails that were sent back and forthIt sure doesn't sound like it.Why are the not handling the case in Ohio? That seems very odd? Are you trying to hide problems I live in Ohio.Is this why there are no complaints about PNC in [redacted] , Ohio?Sincerely, [redacted] ***
