Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Regards, [redacted] ** Since October 2014, I have tried to resolve this issue with PNC Bank to no availThey have place punitive late charges and fees on a prepayment I mad on my account in and continue to add these fees to this dayI have repeatedly shown PNC that my account should be current if they took away the penalties and fees; yet somehow, PNC doesn't seem to understand what I am trying to communicate to themThey have consistently said they want to resolve the issue with me and then they send me communications stating that the issue is closedThey know I am current with my mortgageThey know I am not lateThey know all they have to do is physically moved the mortgage due date to the correct month, and the issue would be resolved

I am fully disputing there claimsThey denied my fraud dispute claim and closed the claim because they stated I did not send them the papers they sent to me on timeIn October they sent me dispute forms and I took them into the local officeThe local office did not fax them on the date they claimed they would send them to the dispute departmentBy there local bank fault of not sending the documents on time PNC decided to stop my complaintIn other words they went on and abused there powerI called pnc to make them aware that I had sent in all the documents to there team and yet they are trying to foce me to pay for fraud items now because the bank failed to fix in the documents on timeI will not pay for any kind of fraud itemsI also had made them aware of this because the guy they had working on my disputes refused to call me backI even told them mark at my local pnc was to fax the documents over but because they did not pnc are making me at fault to pay thisIt is not right and I am aware of my rights when it comes to fraud chargesThe account needs to be put in my favorI did not order anything and will not pay for fraud items that have been disputedI also made them aware of the fact that [redacted] tried to fraud my credit card and gave them that letterI did a three way call with them and was givin my money backPnc on the other hand is refusing to correct there mistake they did by not sending the letters on time and now are trying to force me to pay for fraud itemsThey were made aware they are fraud items and claim that [redacted] gave them proof I did these charges but in fact I did not do these charges and will not pay for these fraud itemsBecause of pnc bank not sending these letters on time they want me to pay for there error but I will not alow my social security to continue to be affected because of there mistakesThey did not fax it on time and that is on there end and they need to try to correct this.As we discussed in my telephone call of 11/28/2016, I am disputing a fraudulent (charge/debit) on my account in the amount of $__1, Accordingly, I request the following:that the aforementioned fraudulent (charges be removed or debits reinstated) that any finance charges associated with the fraudulent transactions be credited;and that I receive an accurate statement.Please investigate this matter and make appropriate corrections to my account as soon as possible that any finance charges associated with the fraudulent transactions be credited;and that I receive an accurate statement.that the aforementioned fraudulent (charges be removed or debits reinstated) ; that any finance charges associated with the fraudulent transactions be credited;and that I receive an accurate statementIn addition to the statement containing the erroneous charges, I have enclosed (describe any documents you enclosure), which show that the charges were fraudulent Please investigate this matter and make appropriate corrections to my account as soon as possible [redacted]
