This matter is not addressed and PNC has made no effort to assist in getting my funds backI have lost count of how many PNC agents I have spoken to but just YESTERDAY I spoke with a Rachel M [redacted] who told me that she was going to submit ANOTHER dispute because the PREVIOUS TWO were filed incorrectlyShe assured me that she was doing it correctly and gave the impression that it was resolved (as did the prior agent)MrB [redacted] initially contacted me on June but I missed his call2-minutes later I responded to his emailI also listened to his voicemailIn total, I called about times and least a voicemail onceThe only reason I am getting a response (this morning) is because I emailed him again last night and spoke with MsM [redacted] yesterday PNC has made absolutely no effort is making sure that I am getting my money back and none of them has offered any helpI have been a PNC customer for over years, but this year will be finding a new bank Regards, [redacted] ***

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Frankly, PNC Bank is not being honest with you They sent me a letter dated 10/30/in an envelope postmarked 11/3/ I have attached a copy of their letter for your review They argue that I signed a contract to pay for the car, but they refuse to acknowledge that the contract I signed for the GAP policy states that they will pay for the vehicle as of the date of the incident They didn't comply with the request that was made for the payoff amount due as of the date of the accident because that's not their standard practice.My contention is that both agreements I signed were equally important, as the purpose of the GAP policy was to make sure they were paid off The GAP policy paid them exactly what they asked for I have copies of this at home Had they bothered to ask a question as to why I wanted the payoff as of the date of the accident, instead of assuming their "standard practice" was correct, this would have never happened It is their own fault they didn't get more money because they didn't follow the instructions of the GAP policy.I made payments to them after the accident in good faith that my payments would be returned once they received the money from the GAP policy Their "standard practice" is flawed and is the cause of this Regards, [redacted]
