This complaint as far as am concerned has not been resolved below is the last conversation if any I had with Ms Andrea m [redacted] I spoke to her on the phone(I called her ) and she told me she is is still investigating and like her other colleagues gave me her number and her extension I need for PNC BANK to remove the derogatory remarks on my credit rep [redacted] I have paid in full and on time I asked Andrea M [redacted] to let me hear the recordings and she told me I need court order to do that that just shows that the employees are in the wrong I need the remarks removed from my credit Immediately [redacted] Oct (days ago) tome Ms [redacted] Reference Number [redacted] At PNC, we believe feedback from our customers helps us provide better service in the future That’s why we want to thank you for taking the time on October 18, 2016to share your concerns with us Your concern has been forwarded to my office for review, and I would appreciate the opportunity to discuss the matter further I have not been able to reach you by phone at ###-###-#### Please contact me by phone at ###-###-####, extension [redacted] , or reply to this message with the best times and phone number to contact you I look forward to the opportunity to assist you

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I appreciate the PNC response to my complaint, unfortunately, the response only dictates some incomplete facts (no answers) and continues to miss the point of the issue at hand I hope this is not evasion The referenced National City Bank (acquired by PNC Mortgage in 2008) was cited as discriminatory, check the National City Settlement with CFPB PNC Mortgage is still servicing discriminatory loans with no remedy And the review of prior modification and refinance attempts failed to capture the applications submitted in & with National City Bank (contact was Tim D.), the refinance attempt with PNC Bank in August (contact was Shenugah GPNC Branch Manager Sunny I***), and the NACA Home Save modification application submitted on 9/15/(documented with NACA) In each case, PNC (and National City) failed to provide any options to keep the property or stay in my home, only offering liquidation options (including deed in lieu of foreclosure, and short sale) Please help me find real options to keep my home, instead of continued stalling and pushback Thank you for your time and consideration Regards, [redacted]

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.PNC has not provided me with the information requested concerning the credit card account in question In particular, whether or not the account was opened in person, whether or not the account was opened via telephone or internet application, what PNC employee assisted in the initial application, etc PNC has not also provided me with a copy of the initial application, any applicable signatures, etc The PNC contact of November 20, 2017, was an inquiry to get additional information for their investigation To date, PNC has not contacted me with the requested information on the credit card application, or in follwith the any results of their investigation PNC has not resolved my complaint and I reject their business response Regards, [redacted] ***
