I'm following up with you because PNC has not kept its promiseDennis from their Executive Client Relations department left me a message at 2:pm on promising that a corrected form would be mailed to me "in today's mail."Ten days later I don't have itI understand that there's a lot of Valentines Day mail so it might have been delayed a bit but really, even third class mail would be hear by now.So what's my next step? They bend the truth about simple things like mailing a letterHow can we trust them on anything?Please helpThey won't help me.Thanks [redacted] ***

Hello,Thank you for your help with my complaint I see that PNC has deposited money into my account but there is no written response from them that I can close my business and merchant account now with no penalty to me That would be the last thing I need from them before considering this case closed They state on your website that they have communicated to me on August 14th (maybe something is being sent in the mail?), but I never received any correspondence I just want to be sure I can close these accounts (withdrawing my money) without any further penalty to me Thank you!Kind Regards, [redacted]

I am looking to be reimbursed from the insurance policy that was added to my account for the past 5yearsPNC added an insurance policy to my vehicle believing I didn't have insuranceI have made several attempts to supply the required documents but I continue to the run around from PNCMy payment was increased by a month..if I don't pay my full payment then I would get a late payment......I hope this answer your questions,
