RevDex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your... reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. Regards, [redacted] FDIC 02/08/18PNC bank has affected our credit in ad adverse way because they stopped reporting payments made on our Equity loan since 2015. We disputed this 3 times with all credit agencies and PNC did not respond. We were forced to obtain advice from a Civil Litigations Attorney because PNC has not reported over 40,000.00 in payments which affected our credit score and our LTV. For this reason we were not able to refinance our home when rates were low and qualify with the accurate credit score so we could refinance. We will now be forced to pay over 150,000.00 dollars in interest because of their error and refusal to correct the mistake. The individuals who answered the phone said we cannot help you and don't know what you want. We have proof of all of these allegations and the refusal to update our balance to the credit reporting agencies. We were told 1 day ago that this was an oversight so the complaint is closed. No explanation. We are filing suit for illegal and unfair business practices. This has ruined our financial lives. The Client director stated the reporting system was turned off and never turned back on, therefore all reports did not get sent to credit agency.

Good Afternoon,PNC Bank, N.Aresponded to Mr [redacted] on January 5, and considers this matter addressed.ThanksLauren R [redacted] Executive Client Relations
