PNC Bank has not responded with an adequate resolution. All that PNC has done is talk around the problem Someone at PNC Bank has be held accountable, and thus far PNC has not shown any accountability

Western Pennsylvania regarding your PNC Bank, National Association (“PNC”), CashBuilder credit card
account ending in *** (the “Account”)I appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns
According to your complaint and our records on June 5, 2016, you visited the PNC Potomac Yard @
Giant Branch located at E Glebe Road, Alexandria, VA (the “Branch”)This visit resulted in an
application for a credit card for which you were approved but for which you state you did not applyYou
requested to be relieved of the debt that was incurred
Our records indicate that the above-referenced Account was opened on July 9, The credit card was
sent to *** *** *** *** *** ** *** , which is the address on the applicationOn July
14, 2016, a statement cycled and was sent to the address of record at the timeThe statement showed
the card had been used to make six transactions totaling $A minimum payment of $was
due on August 9, On August 11, 2016, a payment in the amount of $was made to the
AccountThis payment was made using a check drawn on your PNC checking account ending in #***
Additionally, our records reflect that this Account has been used consistently throughout
PNC takes very seriously its commitment to conduct business in a professional mannerUpon receipt of
the complaint, PNC researched and reviewed this matter and determined that at the time of application,
you provided the necessary information for the PNC employee to complete the credit card application
Furthermore, in a conversation with a PNC representative on October 3, 2017, you admitted to receiving,
activating, and using the AccountYou allegedly decided to keep and use the Account because you were
told you could lower your interest rate laterI apologize but PNC currently does not have a program to
evaluate individual requests for lower rates on existing accounts
Since no employee wrongdoing occurred, and you acknowledged receipt and use of the Account, PNC
respectfully declines your request to relieve you of your debt

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.After speaking with the PNC Bank rep , I still feel unsatisfied PNC Bank ignored my repeated attempts to resolve the issue UNTIL I sent a formal complaint to the Revdex.com They want to act as if the time & effort I had to invest , in addressing an issue THEY created , has no value Add to that , the rep said they will use our recorded conversation as a "learning tool " , & made no offer to compensate for THAT either PNC Bank may consider the matter closed , but I don't I will now address this using social media , & let others know what they can expect from this particular institution I wish to Thank the Revdex.com for their assistance Regards,

Thank you, alked to Bret B*** at lengthHe was very nice and informativePNC's reasons to reject my claim is preposterous. He gave two reasons when pushed. 1) He sited my statement that I had put my pin number on the card for my roommate that I claimed he was a suspectI verbalized that this was not the case a number of times to the original CSR that I only mentioned this as why I put the number on the card as he has a memory problemHe does me a favor to use the card when I am too ill as I have a serious life-threatening chronic illnessI find PNC's statement as Dante as a suspect because of what I said as libelous.2) Bret said the investigation sited Walmart charges from days earlier of the incidentThat made totally no senseThere were NO charges from Walmart on the evening that my card was used fraudulentlyThe original CSR was reading off posts as I did not have access to my computer or IPhone at the time so I simply said any charges after the one at Images were not mineIf she incorrectly reported a Walmart charge as happening that night, that was her error, not mineThis should be so very simpleAll transactions after the original Images transaction are NOT mineTalking to Bret, I felt like I as talking to someone under waterI made no mistakesPNC did-manyHe said once PNC makes a decision, they do not reverseThat is totally wrong and unprofessionalI made a mistake and left my card on the bar when I went to play poolPeriodIf PNC had rejected my claim for a valid reason, fineTheir explanation is groundless and invalidI looked at the transactions from that evening: there are NO transactions from Walmart: only ATM and several bar charges.
