Dear Mr***:This is in response to your complaints filed with the Revdex.com of Western Pennsylvania on March 2, 2018, and the ***on March 5, 2018, regarding your PNC Bank, National Association (“PNC”) Automobile Loan endingin*** (the “Loan”)I attempted
to contact you by telephone on March 20, 2018, but was unsuccessful in reaching youI appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns.In your complaints, you stated that you paid the Loan in full in December and were advised that your vehicle’s title would be mailed to you within seven (7) to ten (10) business daysYou stated that you never received the vehicle’s title and that a subsequent request placed by you to receive the title was also unsuccessfulYou are requesting that PNC reimburse you for the cost of a duplicate title.Our records indicate that your Account was paid in full and closed on December 7, On December 15, 2017, PNC mailed written notification that the Account was paid in full, along with the vehicle’s title, via United States Postal Service to your address of record: *** *** *** *** *** *** ***.On March 2, 2018, you contacted PNC’s Customer Care Center and advised that you had not received the titleAt that time, since PNC was no longer in possession of the original title, a second letter indicating that the Account was paid in full was mailed to your address of recordAlso, during the conversation, you were advised that you will need to request a duplicate from the Illinois Secretary of State, Vehicle Services Department since the disposition of the original title is unknown.Regarding your request that PNC reimburse you *** for the cost of a duplicate title, it is PNC’s policy to refund any fee that is assessed as the result of a bank error, which did not occur in this instanceHowever, PNC is sympathetic to your concernsAs a courtesy, a cashier’s check in the amount of *** is enclosed with this letterOn behalf of PNC, I regret any inconvenience you experienced regarding this concern.Thank you for allowing me to clarify PNC’s position in this matterIf you have additional questions regarding this issue, please contact me directly at ***I am available Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:AM and 4:PM, Eastern Time.Sincerely, Executive Client Relations Enclosure

Virtual Wallet Spend account ending in (“Account”)I attempted to contact you by telephone on March and 30, 2018, but was unsuccessful in speaking with youI appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns.In your complaint you state that the response you had previously received did not resolve your concernYou further state that you never received the original check back in the mail and that you have received contradicting reports from PNC and the maker of the checkHowever, you never provided details regarding what check you are referring toAdditionally, an email was received by you dated March 30, stating that you are not available during PNC business hours, that you were unable at that time to discuss your concern over the phone, and requesting information regarding your AccountAdditionally you stated that you felt PNC’s options for communication were discriminatory against individuals with disabilitiesPNC denies that our available means of communication are discriminatory in any way.PNC recognizes the importance of treating all individuals fairly and equally, and works diligently to ensure that its employees communicate with individuals in a professional manner and do not engage in any discriminatory behaviorAll of PNC’s policies and procedures are administered without regard to race, religion, color, age, sex, national origin, ethnicity, disability, or other factors identified and protected by applicable laws.Upon receipt of your complaint, PNC reviewed this matter and determined that on March 7, PNC responded to your complaint (the “Response”)A copy of our prior response is enclosed for your review, as our position remains the same.In regards to your request for additional information, as described in our Response, our records indicate that on January 22, 2018, you deposited three checks, each in the amount of $***: one (1) identified with check number ***, and two (2) identified with the same check number of *** to your AccountOn January 25, 2018, the Account was debited in the amount of ** because check number *** was returned to PNC as Refer to MakerOn January 26, 2018, the Account was appropriate assessed one (1) * Return of Deposit item fee, which was refunded as a courtesy on February 26, Enclosed for your records is the copy of the Returned Check notice dated 01/25/mailed to your address of record at that time of *Additionally, on February 13, 2018, a debit in the amount of $m was processed on your Account as PNC was notified by Citibank that check mm had been processed twice for paymentAs a check can only be negotiated one (1) time, PNC debited the funds from the AccountEnclosed for your records are copies of the three (3) checks that were deposited on January 22, 2018.It is PNC’s practice to refund any fees assessed as the result of a bank error, which did not occur in this instanceHowever, PNC was sympathetic towards your concern and according to our records, as a courtesy, PNC refunded one (1) *** Return of Deposit item fee to your Account on February 26, Additionally, PNC refunded fourteen (14) *** continuous overdraft fees, totaling ***You were notified in our Response that future refunds may not be granted unless the fees are the result of a bank error.On March 23, your Account was charged off with a balance owing of ***To date, we have not received payment on the balance that is currently owed of **' You may contact our Recovery Department at *** to discuss payment of balance owedEnclosed for your record are your Account statements dated December 21, through March 23, 2018, which detail the transactions that led to the closing of your Account.In regards to your concern regarding the communication abilities of PNC and your claim of discrimination, due to privacy concerns, we were unable to provide the information you requested via emailOn April 2, PNC offered to accommodate needs you had in order to communicate via phone, which included contacting you at a time that was convenient for you, even if it was outside of our business hours, and speaking via a third partyAdditionally we offered to mail you the requested information, to which you stated you would not immediately receive the information as you were out of townOn June 14, we sent an additional email offering to accommodate your needs in order to communicate verbally and requesting that you verify your mailing address, as we have not been able to verify which of the multiple addresses you have provided to us is currently validWhile you did not provide details on the type of disability you referenced, PNC made attempts to accommodate your requests while considering your privacy and security.Thank you for the opportunity to clarify PNC’s positionIf you have any questions or additional
