Matter is not handled. PNC is not accepting any responsibility for any of this. They failed to follow their own policiesIf they do it for one they need to do it for allmy check slipped through the cracks and I'm being penalized or made to shoulder all of the blame. What is wrong with this picture? The consumer gets screwed over on a mistake the bank made. I work extremely hard for my money to just have it thrown away as it has been. I am not satisfied with the results nor the way PNC handled it. I will let all family and friends know of this. r/,*** ***
