reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
I did receive contact from the business and a suggestion was madeHowever, the suggestion was to register for a 3rd party site to opt out of credit offersAnd, I am already registered with that site and am still receiving credit offers from PNCThe credit offers from PNC did not start coming until after I opened an account with PNCI appreciate the initial suggestion, but I do not believe it will work

To whom it may concern,My name is *** ***I just submitted a complaint against PNC Bank and forgot to add some information: In addition to the issues I outlined with PNC, my account had opted out of overdraft protection and the transaction that brought to light the fact that the
wrong check card had be deleted from account, should never had gone through in the first place.Thank you,*** ***
the people at PNC have not called me back to clean up
their mistakes Auto pay should have worked for the months in question but as I was tod by the PNC manager at the Lindhurst location the fees shold be reversed and a letter of good standing will need to be sent to all credit beauros Still no call to resolve the problem Another example of their poor customer support
