July 6, 2018Re: Revdex.com - Reference Number *** & ***Dear Mr***:This is in response to your complaint filed on June 1, 2018, with the Revdex.com of Western Pennsylvania regarding credit card offers from PNC BankThank you for taking the time to speak with me on June 6, 2018, regarding your complaintI appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns.In your complaint, you stated that you continue to get offers in the mail to your home addressYou stated that you have asked PNC to stop sending you offers, however, you continue to receive themMost recently you expressed concern about ensuring these offers are not received by someone else.Pre-selected direct mail offers are the result of your name appearing on a prescreened list that PNC has obtained from a credit reporting agencyWhen a prescreened list is obtained by a financial institution, it is required by law to provide a firm offer of credit to everyone on the listIn order to not appear on such lists, you need to opt-out of receiving such prescreened offers by requesting that the credit reporting agencies remove you from receiving prescreened offers.The directions for opting out are included with the “prescreened” offers sent to you by PNCIf you do not want to receive prescreened offers from PNC and other companies, you may exercise the right to not be included in pre-selected lists by calling toll-free ***You may also submit your request in writing to the credit reporting agency that provided pre-selected lists to us: *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** ***Once you instruct the bureaus to opt you out of receiving such offers, it may take to days before no further offers are received, as lists are obtained in advance of such mailings.Additionally, PNC reviewed your customer profile and determined that your privacy settings were updated on May 31, to opt-out of receiving any sales and marketing by mail, phone and e-mailThis change can take up to thirty (30) daysPlease allow the necessary time for this change to occur.Thank you for allowing me to clarify PNC's position in this matter.lfyouhaye any further questions regarding this issue, please feel free to contact me directly at ***I am available Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 4:45pm, Eastern Time.Sincerely,PNC Executive Client Relations

I sent this email to MsConnie G*** today (8/28) explaining why my complaint is not resolved:,"The Revdex.com said you considered my action resolved at this timeHowever, I rejected that since it is not resolvedAs we discussed on two occasions, I need in writing from you an assurance that upon my payment back into my business account the amount of $[a "mistake" made by PNC], there will be no penalty or repercussion to me for closing my merchant account and my business account? You claimed that this was being sent to me in the mail on two occasion but nothing has been forthcomingI need the above language in writing after which I will put money back into business accountThank you."? ? Please let me know if you need anything further from me? Thank you very much!

In particular, whether or not the account was opened in person, whether or not the account was opened via telephone or internet application, what PNC employee assisted in the initial application, etc.? PNC has not also provided me with a copy of the initial application, any applicable signatures, etc.? The PNC contact of November 20, 2017, was an inquiry to get additional information for their investigation.? To date, PNC has not contacted me with the requested information on the credit card application, or in follwith the any? results of their? investigation.? PNC has not resolved my complaint and I reject their business response
