For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I left a true feedback on the facebook,they asked me to contact them about the problem ,I did and nothing changed since thenI still have "hiden' fees on our non profit accountWe don't even put big money on it anymore,we handle 10- and note bills there now,till we close itWe just giving bank the second chance and patiently waiting for they to change their attitude towards us.? ?

I want the bad credit remark removed from our credit report, we never had a late payment with PNCI believe that in a situation like this PNC needs to work with their customers, they clearly do not! We will NEVER do any banking/ loans with PNC againThis whole process has been a huge mess with no help at all on the banks end, their customer service is terribleIf this bad remark is not removed from our credit report I will take action further

This matter is not addressed and PNC has made no effort to assist in getting my funds backI have lost count of how many PNC agents I have spoken to but just YESTERDAY I spoke with a Rachel
M*** who told me that she was going to submit ANOTHER dispute because the PREVIOUS TWO were filed incorrectlyShe assured me that she was doing it correctly and gave the impression that it was resolved (as did the prior agent).? MrB*** initially contacted me on June but I missed his call2-minutes later I responded to his emailI also listened to his voicemailIn total, I called about times and least a voicemail onceThe only reason I am getting a response (this morning) is because I emailed him again last night and spoke with MsM*** yesterday.? ? PNC has made absolutely no effort is making sure that I am getting my money back and none of them has offered any helpI have been a PNC customer for over years, but this year will be finding a new bank

PNC continues to send advertising by USPSreceived the latest 5/31/Have requested PNC to stop send their SCAM advertising many timesLatest is a credit card application received by USPSI do NOT want this type of application falling into the wrong hands and have my identity stolenASAP
