On September 7th, 2016, when PNC claims they contacted me, it was actually I who contacted themI spent nearly an hour on the phone with PNC's executive customer relationsThey put me through to my "case worker", Jeanette E***, who refused to give me any informationShe would not answer my questions, she would not address my concernsWhen I became frustrated, she actually said "We do not have to give you any information and will not tell you anythingThe next time you hear from us will be in business days when we have made our decision"When I demanded to be escalated, she said "No, I am not escalating you" and hung up on meNo information was provided to me, my concerns were not addressed, and my money was not returned to meThis is not how a customer should be treatedThey held over a thousand dollars from me without reason for over a month, provided no information, made no attempts to contact meThey claimed to be resolving the fraud, but did not want any information from me about said fraudI will not be satisfied until my money is returned to me PLUS interest from holding it from me for over a month, and until my account is permanently closed with no further financial responsibilities on my part to PNC or any of its subsidiaries

Please see the attached loan documents and payoff letterAs previously indicated within the complaint, when the payoff letters were presented to me by the personal banker he said they were to ensure that the credit card companies would know the correct account for application of the paymentsAside from this letter being titled 'cancellation', there was absolutely no conversation at any time during the application or signing process about my accounts being closed and as you will see, there is no discussion of such in the loan documents eitherPlease let me know if you require additional information.Thank you,***
