I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear incorrect.The reaponse was extremely late in a timely manner and onky partially correct I was run around in circles I spoke to EWS and they advised there was nothing found on my record warranting a denial There obviously is a system glitch I was told based on this to call PNC and request an override of the denial I did exactly that and went back and forth for weeks making no ground Nobody knew what was going on and kept blaming the other party A conplete lack of knowledge on policy and procedure Why was I given an override option if it doesn’t existIf PNC does not wish to have my business then I will not bank thereHowever, my wife has her accounts there and it would make my life easier to bank thereI still would like to open the account but I doubt I am going to get anywhere based on my prior experience Can you please explin why EWS tells me there was no reason for denial but PNC tells me EWS told them my score was low and to deny me? Makes no sense at all I want whatever issue between the two companies resolved ASAP to not scorn my banking reputation in an unwarranted manner Thank you.

a cosigner releasePNC is the lender on four (4) Undergraduate Alternative Loan Program ("UALP") loans that you cosigned for *** ***The loans are serviced by *** *** *** ("***").Your concern, as we understand it, is that you feel you were not fully notified by *** of the requirements to release the cosigner from the loansYou are also concerned about how long it took for you to be notified of the decision.On 11/3/*** contacted *** and inquired about the cosigner release optionThe *** representative explained that there must be consecutive on-time payments to apply for a cosigner releaseThe representative reviewed your account and confirmed out of the required consecutive on-time payments were made for one of your four loansOne more payment was needed before you could submit an application to request to have the cosigner released from that loan.During a call on 11/29/*** requested that the cosigner be released for the loan discussed on the prior callThe loan was reviewed and *** sent *** a notification on 12/7/that explained she may be eligible to apply for a cosigner releaseThe notice referenced the consecutive on-time payment requirement and that there may be different eligibility criteria for loans based on your lenderYou contacted *** on 12/18/to inquire about the cosigner release benefitThe representative mentioned the Cosigner Release Benefit letter sent to *** on 12/7/17.Although you and *** were informed of the consecutive on-time payment requirement that is needed to apply for the cosigner release*** representatives could have better explained during the phone conversations the additional requirements considered with the application for release, including credit and income verificationThis information is disclosed on our website as well as on the cosigner release application form that must be completed in order to release a cosignerWe apologize that information was not better explained to you when you contacted *** initiallyPlease note this has been addressed with the *** representatives.On 1/8/you called *** and requested to be released on the loan; however, you were advised that only the borrower could request and apply for the releaseOn that same day *** called in to request the application to release her cosigner and *** mailed the application to her.You state that the application was submitted on 12/17/17; however, the signature date on the application is 1/22/and the fax transmission displays a sent date of 1/23/As a result of a system issue, the fax was not received by PNC until 4/11/Upon receipt and review of the application, it was determined that you did not qualify at this time for the cosigner release benefitOur PNC representative reached out to you to apologize for the length of time it took for you to receive a response on your request and discussed with you the reason for the denialA copy of the notification is enclosed.I would like to extend my apologies regarding the incomplete information that you had been provided initially regarding the cosigner release requirements and the delay with processing your application to release the cosigner.If you have questions or concerns regarding this response, please email me at *** or call 412-762-I am available Monday through Friday from 8:a.mto 5:p.mFor questions regarding your account, please contact *** at ***Loan representatives are available Monday through Friday from 7:a.mto 9:p.m., ET.Sincerely,Rome W***PNC Client Solution Specialist

PNC Bank responded to Mr*** on and advised that the appropriate process and procedures were followed regarding the matter. If the customer still believes that an error occurred he will need to provide documentation to substantiate his claim

I received a call from Erin B*** (client resolution specialist) on 12/and explained the issue to him He said that he would have a resolution that day
and promised to call me back, He did not call me back, I left or voicemail messages for him and still no return call I visited the *** *** PNC branch and explained the situation to the Manager, she attempted to contact Erin B***, but she could not reach him either The issue has not been resolved I have been a customer with PNC bank for over years and do not even value me enough to return my call

PNC CLAIMS THEY WERE CORRECT IN TAKING THE EXTRA FROM MY ACCTTHEY CLAIM THEY HAD INITIALLY OVERPAID MY ACCTTHIS IS NOT TRUE. I HAVE THE RECORDS OF ITi TOLD HIM I WANTED FURTHER RESOLUTION, NOT THAT THIS WAS CLOSED
