Yes I bought a GMC envoy through [redacted] that was financed through honor finance I was happy that they helped me but two weeks later I started having problems and I know when you buy a used car that there are problems but when I learned of the many problems that the car actually had I asked to bring the car back and get another car and continue paying the car note but [redacted] refused to take the car back so I used the warranty that I had on the car to get some repairs done and I send a copy to all of the problems to honor fiancé to a guy named Joshua who said since I was a good customer that he would help me into another car but he never did I continued to have problems with this car and pay for the car but on April 1,it was enough of this car me and my kids was riding home when we turned the corner the whole back tire fell off and the car just went down hard I had to call a tow truck to tow the car to my house I'm fed up so I called honor finance to surrender the car and the staff was so rude to me and acts like they don't want the car back they know the car is worth less I feel that I already paid enough money to own this car but I don't want this car they charged me to much for this old car I tried to trade the car in no one would take this car as a trade in they said it's to old and I owe more than what the car is worth and I feel ripped off and I believe in honor finance but they disappointed me this is how they treat a loyal customer this is not fair

My name is DeNay [redacted] , I was financing my vehicle through your companyI have since voluntarily surrendered the vehicleI have been contacting your company on numerous occasions in regards to information and have been given the run aroundI surrendered this vehicle in the beginning of January the 2nd to be exact, I called back on 01/12/and was told that the Manager Tim would be contacting because the repo order was not put in but they reassured me I would not have this issueI called back at the end of January the car was still not picked up, and I know this because the VIRGINIA DMV contacted me requesting proof of insurance in February because it was never reported to them that I surrendered the vehicleI have called your company several times and always get a story or a dance, I always get told Tim will contact me before close of businessTim has told his CSR reps to let me know that your legal department would be contacting me and yet and still nothingToday at 3:34pm

I had a car financed through this company and purchased an extended warrantyAfter trading the car in I was advised to call the warranty company and request a refundThe warranty company instructed me to call the dealer and speak with them (who then advised for me to speak with the finance company)I spoke with several employees who knew nothing of what I was talking aboutAfter I spoke with [redacted] he said they cancel the warranty and would do soCalled back in the following week and [redacted] said that the warranty was sent in for cancellationFast forward to today,m nothing has been cancelled and [redacted] is now retracting his statements and saying it is I who should cancel the warrantyI am seeking help because they are basically refusing to cancel this warranty

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: This company does not give the information neededI requested information as to why after I surrendered the vehicle the car was not picked up until almost a month laterI have called the number listed and have been given the run around, Tim [redacted] is a salesman not a manager, I spoke directly to the Matt [redacted] who stated that he did not know Tim [redacted] and he then stated that wasn't his last name"Tim" has made it clear that he is not assisting and told me he is not in the business of repoing vehiclesMatt [redacted] is the assistant to Rober [redacted] who is the CEO of Honor Finance I emailed him and he said someone would be contacting me again no one hasMr [redacted] also stated that he does not know why it took almost a month for the vehicle to be picked upThe company did not notify the DMV that the vehicle was reposed nor did they company return the plates they kept themNow this is a tow company that they use regularly as I was told and if they are not in the business of towing vehicles why did they allow the surrender of the vehicle? I want a written statement as to the day I called for the car to be picked up and why it took so long after for it to actually be removed from the location Sincerely, Denay [redacted]

I currently have a [redacted] Coupe financed thru Honor Finance, the car was totaled by [redacted] Insurance in August from an accident [redacted] sent the accident check to Honor Finance and the total left to pay by me was $When I contacted Honor Finance to inquire about my account and to see if I had GAP coverage, Honor Finance said they would send me the original paperworkI've requested this information on several occasions and they will not send the requested information on GAP coverage and have yet to deduct the amount sent from [redacted] towards my total amount financedThe interest is accruing and therefore hurting my credit and future financing abilities

The complainant is not a customer of Honor Finance and misrepresents the nature of any communication he has experienced with the company Honor Finance will remove the complainant as a contact associated with the underlying accountMoreover, this complaint appears to fall out of the Revdex.com's purview in that it alleges matters not related to marketplace issues

Besides the horrible and rude customer service I have recievedI completed the term of my contact in February I requested my title and was told I still oweWhen I asked for them to explain how, no explaination was givenNow I requested a payment history from them back in December When I accessed my account in December a and March 2018, their system stated my payoff/ balance owed was $I made a payment of $ on 01/07/and 02/06/I actually overpaid per my calculations $And the payment that was made on 02/06/that was a check was cashed and not credited my account even when I accessed the account in MarchI have reached out to my States attorney's office and Honor finance have yet to reply to them in this matterAnd they have the nerve to say I still owe $

Honor Finance has contacted Ms [redacted] and explained in detail the process relevant to warranty cancellations, as well as the parties' respective dutiesMs [redacted] expressed an understanding of our explanation and will await arrival of any remittance

The service is horrible! If it has nothing to do with collecting a debt you cant not speak to anyoneI just wanted to get a copy of my statement saying that I have zero balance, and the representative said that she was not able to to send that information to meShe then said that she would transfer me to someone who couldI was on hold for about two minutes before they call dropped on meI gave them the benefit of the doubt, and called again, went through the entire verification of my account again, for the exact same thing to happenSo I drew the conclusion that they were hanging up on meI then called one last time and instead of verifying all of my information I had to ask for a supervisor., and before I even stated what my issue was she new exactly what I was calling for, my name and allOnce that was taken care of I called my car dealer and told I got the document he neededHe was pleased and also informed me that when he called in to get the form released, they hung up on him several times as well Horrible customer service!

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I have not received any said correspondence or payment history from Honor FinanceI have tried numerous times to work with and talk to Honor Fiance to resolve this issue and without avail, nothingI have proof that I even sent to the Attorney General office, from December from Honor Fiance's website showing my total balance of $I sent payment of $and Honor Fiance is still saying I have a balance of $with no explanation of how or why my prior payments was not appliedWhen they do call it's a representative that is unable to explain why the payment are not reflectingOr someone telling me I have to speak to the legal department, which I can't recall if I have ever spoke toBut the continue to call daily sometimes twice a day and even to my referencesMy loan was originally supposed to be paid of by Octand because I deferred my payment twice, it was to be paid by February But in December I saw inconsistacies in my payments I was makingI notified my account manager and worked out a planAnd supposedly fixed my accountNow they are saying I still owe moreWhy would I risk losing my truck over $Honor Fiance has numerous complaints for the same or similar situationsI just want my title or a reasonable compromise Sincerely, Shirley ***

INCORRECT REPORTING TO THE CREDIT BUREAUS ABOUT THE ACCOUNTREPORTED AS A INVOLUNTARY REPO THE COMPANY NEVER DID ANY OF THE FOLLOW PERTAINING TO THE REPO LAWS IN OHIO ie:."Within five days of repossession, your lender must send you a notice of default and the right to cure."The notice should've told me what I could've done to get the car backmaking a deposit with the lender of up to two months’ car payments plus the creditor’s costs of repossession up to $25.with maybe late charges to bring the loan current which at the time the loan if I wasn't able to make the loan current they were required to send a second notice within 10days after the repo had taken place notifying me of when the vehicle will be sold, when and where the sale will take place, and a minimum acceptable price for the vehicleI believe the lender failed to sell the vehicle in a commercially reasonable mannerBecause of this I'm asking that this be removed from my report due to the unfair and untrue reporting pra

This company is the WORST!! We paid our loan off (online) at the beginning of February and our title was FINALLY sent to us March UNACCEPTABLE Their justification was that they require days from the last payment to ensure the customer will not cancel the payment We had to sign a special form and submit it via email and snail mail in order to finally receive the title They do not tell you about this detail at the time of payoff We found out after waiting weeks If we had known that Honor Finance was affiliated with [redacted] ***, we would never have initiated the loan BIG MISTAKE!

The complainant's concern has been reviewed, and the error has been corrected The account in reference has been credited appropriately Should the complainant have any further questions or require additional information, she may contact Honor Finance at [redacted]
