I purchased a vehicle that technically should not have been sold to meWhen trying to obtain a title I was made aware that there was a lien on the title from Honor FinanceI contacted the finance company to inquire about the lienI was informed that there was no longer a lien on the vehicleI asked if I could get a lien release letterI was told yes and that it was not a problemTo date I have not received the lien release letterI have called SEVERAL times and spoke with several different people who continue to tell me that they would be faxing the lien release letterStill have not received anythingI have tried to contact them several more times and I get the voicemail and no one calls me back

my pay at my job changed and I called to let them know they stated that I had to make a two month paymentI refused because the next payment was not due until the 3rd a day gap in betweenThe csr threatened to repo my car, got real nasty with me, and told me she was chucking me the deuces and hung upI've never been treated so nastily before in my life!!! She got real ignorant and nasty with me!!!!!!

Honor Finance does not honor military SCRA rights.I have for the past months made phone calls, written email, made faxes to the finance company requesting my 6% interest cap on my auto loan while I was serving on orders and before I started serving my ordersIt was agreed that My account will be back dated for the 6% cap interest since they accused me of never mailing a letter requesting this if It is verified I was activeI went out of my way while in the middle of duty to contact the business attorney and get my orders faxed and I still haven't received what I requestedthe attorney agreed to honor this after I faxed my orders and it was verified he have received itdays later I called to find out why my account has not changed and why the same amount was taken out of my account and I was accused of not sending any fax to the companythis is the second time I was told they didn't receive anything after a phone call back that my fax was receivedI resent a copy of the same fax that was sent before with the date and time I first faxed honor finance along with the same number given to me from before to send about my 6% interest cap to this company and called leaving a voicemail and have not received a phone call backI later sunt a certified letter to the complaint division company in January about what happen and requesting a call back within weeks of receiving the letter and have not to this day received an call and its been over weeksI am upset and dissatisfied with this company never have an issue getting the SCRA honored by any company except this business

contractual negotiated

Keep receiving collection calls for my brother and they wont stopDidn't mind them at first then started receiving automated calls on my cell phone at 2:in the morning in clear violation of TCPA and FDCPA guidelinesIf this don't stop I will be entitled to my $per INTENTIONAL violation

The complainant's rendition of her account standing is incorrect. Honor Finance has supplied the complainant with her pay history so as to rectify her misunderstanding. The complainant is encouraged to contact Honor Finance for a detailed explanation of how interest bearing installment contracts operate in simple interest transactions. Moreover, the complainant has repeatedly been informed Honor Finance will not waive its rights under the installment contract, and the company has made clear its expectation the complainant properly administer her account.Honor Finance is not in a position to address any claims as to the behavior or practices of the dealership, or as to any actions taken against it by any party. Honor Finance will continue its efforts to work with the complainant to resolve this matter

I want to file a complaint against this company, but it states I have to do a review firstI am also looking into filing a complaint with the Federal Trade Comission for harassment These people call and call more than ten times a day starting the day the payment is due, this is unacceptableThey call anyone listed on the applicationI have never been a month late on my car note, maybe two weeks but never a month Even when the bill is paid they have a collection agency call and bother youThis is illegal I know I wish to god I never had to deal with this agencyThey also place a tracking device on the care and this is crap I hate this company with a passion and something has to be done about the harassment

Honor Finance has reviewed the complainant’s account and confirm we are not in receipt of either of the alleged payments.  Her contractual obligations notwithstanding, we will contact the complainant in efforts to secure the listed funds.

The insurance payout received in furtherance of settling the Complainant's account was negotiated with the insurance company in such a manner as to bring the account balance to zero.  Accordingly, there was no surplus following receipt of the insurance proceeds.As to a refund of any remaining...

The complainant has invoked the protections afforded her under Title 11, Chapter 7 of the United States Code. Honor Finance has filed a dispositive motion relative to same. Accordingly, her dispute is out of purview as a matter in litigation.

For each written request for verification documentation, Honor Finance mailed an up-to-date pay history, and the complainant was further advised to contact Honor Finance for an explanation and description of the account details, including the operation of simple interest and late charges upon the remaining balance. The complainant was most recently mailed an explanation on August 28, 2015.
Honor Finance has made several efforts to inform the complainant of the then-current payoff, and of our commitment to close the account upon payment of $349.20. We have determined closing the account upon receipt of $349.20 would resolve the remaining balance, and relieve any further confusion. The complainant has been asked to document the payments made should she disagree with our accounting.

I am rejecting this response because: I have paid on my car for 36 out of 45 months. In addition there is a overwhelming amount of complaints about Honor Finance taking people's possessions when they are at the end of there loans. Also on my contract myself with [redacted] is the owners of the vehicle. I believe there might be some fraud going on. I say fraud because after purchasing a 6,000 vehicle and 36 months of payments, H.F. says that I still owe $9,000; also [redacted] the place that I pitched my vehicle at, has went out of business says the state of Michigan Secretary of State due to illegal titles and other things. With that being said I would like to stress the fact that I received a letter in the mail on July 22 saying that honor finance was going to wave any late fees and to give them a call. So after calling and speaking with a representative we agreed that I could make the late payment on the 29th of July. As well as I was notified that payments were pushed to the back to the end of my loan by on July 29th my vehicle was repossessed!

Honor Finance has contacted Ms. [redacted] and explained in detail the process relevant to warranty cancellations, as well as the parties' respective duties. Ms. [redacted] expressed an understanding of our explanation and will await arrival of any remittance.

The complainant is not a customer of Honor Finance and misrepresents the nature of any communication he has experienced with the company.  Honor Finance will remove the complainant as a contact associated with the underlying account. Moreover, this complaint appears to fall out of the...
